This is a gorgeous bead, and unlike some of the " genuine baltic amber " pcs I see, this is plastic-- just like the supposed real ones. Real Amber does not have a bunch of uniform flaws in it.Plus real Amber is much to costly to be shaped into uniform pieces.

So while these are man made, they havea lovely color and sheen.

They are very very lightweight, and would make great earrings or a pendant.

They measure 22mm or 7/8" long, not kiddie size ear wires, a good long french hook.

These are a great alternative to Gold filled ear wires, if your customers have sensitivity to Gold filled ear wires.

Some people prefer Titanium and some say niobium is the way to go, either way, this should solve any sensitivity problems your customer may have.

These stamped 925 Sterling Silver, and are 20 Gauge, that means they are nice and stiff. You won't be crushing the eye nearly as much as with those higher ga. wires.

You get to choose which group you want, each group is 5 15-15.5" strands, each group is either 8mm-6mm or 4mm.

The OD (outside diameter) of the chain is approx. 7mm and the ID (inside diameter) of the chain is just under 5mm!!
