Pressed Amber is melted down Amber mixed with resin that has air whipped/blown into it for that amazing bubbling effect. It also allows it to be formed/shaped into beads for jewelry making and is surprisingly light weight.

This Amber reminds me of Marmalade....Yummmmm!

It's said that Amber absorbs negative energy and turns it into positive energy. It purifies the body, improves its wearer's disposition and calms the nerves. The main sources of amber in today's market are the Baltic states.

The Turritella (fossilized snail shells) is a blend of shades of warm brown and ivory tones and is stunning!

Turritella Agate is composed by sea creatures, snails that are fossilized into stone. It is a stone many use for healing Mother Earth, as it opens the channels between the plant world and the mineral world. It can be used to help one through transitions and helps to rid one of unpleasant thoughts during these transitions. It encourages the survival instinct and is good for the 1st or root chakra. It also helps with calming.

Trying to find great quality Turritella components to make this piece wasn't easy and explains why there isn't much out there in the way of Turritella Necklaces.

This by far the biggest Turritella piece I've made OR seen and I just love it!!

She consist of large approx 25 x 40mm Turritella Ovals accented with Sterling Silver and a Huge 2 3/4" Turritella Pendant with a 30x40mm Chunky Turritella Stone in it.

It took me quite a while to get all the components together for this Grand piece and it was worth it.

Why do I use magnetic clasps?

I've been selling jewelry for over 9 yrs and have seen an increasing demand for a strong magnetic clasp that was secure and easy. I researched a lot of clasps and found what I feel to be the strongest.

They're great for people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel or any other hand condition. They also avoid the frustration of having to change necklaces etc. and wrestling with other types of clasps....you might even save a fingernail or two!

Mother Earth 3 - Turritella Agate and Sterling Silver Necklace with Unique Pendant.

This necklace consist of approx 15 x 25 mm thick faceted nugget cut Turritella Agate accented with Sterling Silver and a Gorgeous, Chunky and Unique approx 47 mm long (incld bail) Turritella and Sterling Silver Pendant.

The Turritella (fossilized snail shells) is a blend of shades of warm brown and ivory tones and is stunning!

Turritella Agate is composed by sea creatures, snails that are fossilized into stone. It is a stone many use for healing Mother Earth, as it opens the channels between the plant world and the mineral world. It can be used to help one through transitions and helps to rid one of unpleasant thoughts during these transitions. It encourages the survival instinct and is good for the 1st or root chakra. It also helps with calming.

Trying to find great quality Turritella components to make this piece wasn't easy and explains why there isn't much out there in the way of Turritella Necklaces.

These nuggets I found for this piece don't come cheap and are almost twice as much as the flat marquis cuts I have on my other piece listed under "Mother Earth" making this piece a bit pricier.

A very unique piece of nature!

20 1/2" long (wearable length) finished off with an easy to use ornate toggle clasp.

***SPECIAL NOTE*** If there's a necklace you'd like in a different size etc. let me know...I often have extra gems available to make this happen...won't hurt to ask!

I also offer a variety of clasp such as toggle, hook and eye and a very sturdy magnetic clasp so If there's a piece you would like re-stranded to be either magnetic or non magnetic just drop me a line.
