There are a few movies that really had a profound affect on me as a child. "Legend" was one of them. I was completely enraptured by Princess Lily, the main character who seems must wait for her hero. Since I have grown up, I try to be my own hero. But the movie still holds a special place in my heart.

The Unicorn and the fairy represent the other minor characters in the movie. This necklace was meant to capture the scene with Princess Lily, the Unicorn, and the fairy the moment before the Goblins abducted them.

All metal is sterling silver plated, except the chain, that's gunmetal.

The Knights Templar were one of the most well know religious military orders during the Dark Ages. They are popular in many novels and where brutally exterminated in 1307 after nearly 2 centuries of being a prominent military force. Many of the order where never found and mysteriously disappeared.

A Cross is a must have item for any self-respecting Gothic Lady. ;)

I love how the brilliantly sparkly rhinestones reflects the light and shines in the center of the cross. Its so eye catching and mesmerizing. The sparkle reminds me of the brightly shining North Star, for finding your way through the dark places.

The size is dramatic and perfect for all sorts of necklines. I have made it adjustable so you can wear it with even more tops. YAY!

Lady Noir, is one of my many make believe characters. She is a true lady of the night. Most comfortable in the small hours of the morning. Her only companions are her inner thoughts. Deep introspection is her favorite past time. Trials and tribulations have created a true Lady, with a backbone as rigid as steel. Her beauty comes from within. She understands that by knowing and loving herself, she has the ability to love others.

I love this inverted hand painted Cameo. Everything is black, with a few pops of color. The roses in her hair are painted a deep crimson red, the jewelry is painted a pearly white, then I have knocked back the color to show some of the detail in her face and the waves of her hair.

The lace edge bezel setting is Sterling silver. The setting below that is gunmetal. The chain is a matte textured gunmetal gray as well as the clasp.

What a versatile piece! This is a One of a Kind accessory piece.

The metal holder is VERY bright and highly mirrored chrome. You can use the outside as a mirror to check your mug before a business meeting or a meeting for pleasure. ;)

The inside has a textured black backing to protect your cards and as well as making it easier to remove your items. There is also a picture frame that has been riveted to the inside. Which will accommodate a 2" by 2 5/8" photo. You can fit 15 to 20 business card depending on thickness or 6 to 7 cigarettes if you smoke (which I do not, but I don't discriminate, will take smokers money and non-smokers alike) ;)

One the outside is a sterling silver plated Victorian adornment. There is some height to the adornments but not much. It will still fit in your pocket comfortably. This is by far one of my favorite necklaces that I have made to date. Its not the most intricate or the most time consuming. It was rather effortless. The pieces just seemed to make themselves and I was just the hands that put it together. The result is just breathtaking. All of the individual components have been manipulated to look like one solid piece of metal.

I am an avid reader and most of my design inspirations come from the books I read. Griffins are in quite a few of them. Such a mixture of wisdom and fierce loyalty. They are very inspiring.

The chain is gunmetal and the griffin is a heavily oxidized sterling silver plate. The wire used to secure the chain to the griffin and the clasp is solid Sterling Silver.

The Pirate Wench necklace invokes the image of a salty pirate wench bellowing orders at her men to get their job done. Close your eyes and just imagine the scene, salty air, sea-gulls, ale and debauchery. It appears that a Pirate Wench picked up a rope from the deck of her ship, added her most prized baubles and created her own necklace. What a fun necklace. A very Victorian or Old World Style. A Cross is a must have item for any self-respecting Gothic Lady. ;)

The size is dramatic and perfect for all sorts of necklines. I have made it adjustable so you can wear it with even more tops. YAY!

This necklace is so deceptively simple. Upon closer inspection you notice all of the details. The fluer de lis is richly detailed like a decorative character in the beginning of paragraph of some ancient text. When paired with the beaded rectangle below it. The necklace takes on a much more modern tone. Now it resembles gate that you might see barring the entry to a beautiful Garden District Home in New Orleans.

I love contrast of the old distressed look of the metals and the beautiful faceted rhinestones. The sparkle seems to pop more when in a darker background. There is some yellowing present due to the age of the bow.

The jewels are new (never used) Swarovski. I love the character of older pieces. They add such authenticity to jewelry. I have gone one step further and distressed the individual pieces to make the overall necklace more cohesive.

This Templar was made with the Assassin in mind. Some of us do the dirty work for others. Our souls bare the inky dark of our deeds. Yet our eyes reflect deeds back on to themselves. So just as we slip from the shadows to deliver the final blow, they understand why.

The Knights Templar were one of the most well know religious military orders during the Dark Ages. They are popular in many novels and where brutally exterminated in 1307 after nearly 2 centuries of being a prominent military force. Many of the order where never found and mysteriously disappeared.

A Cross is a must have item for any self-respecting Gothic Lady. ;)

The size is dramatic and perfect for all sorts of necklines. I have made it adjustable so you can wear it with even more tops. YAY!

This necklace was made with a Victorian antique feel and a modern twist. I named it Antebellum because the flavor the necklace overall all is pre-civil war. I can imagine this necklace gracing the neck of a Victorian Lady just as well as a present day woman.

This is a smaller version of my Purgatory Necklace.

Silver and Black dark goodness!

All of the metal components have been manipulated to look like one solid piece of jewelry. The wings have been molded so that they conform to the curve of your body for a more flattering fit.

The chain is gunmetal and metal is all antiqued silver plated. Whats best about my distressed pieces are that they look better the more you wear them. The more beat up they get the better. Yay!

I love mixing new and old items. A Vintage (1950's) brooch that was rescued from a life of obscurity, finds new life as a necklace. The rose is very detailed and 3 dimensional. It is simply stunning!

A detailed art nouveau connector attaches the round brooch to the gunmetal chain.

The necklace measures 16" and the Rose pendant measures 1 1/2" round. This is a very great piece and has a good amount of weight to the necklace.

I think this necklace is completely and utterly bad@ss! I love the deep plunging crystal and the darkened gunmetal chains that are mixed with the silver plated chains.

Who says hardcore can't be beautiful? This is my homage to one of my favorite bands, Nightwish. I designed this with the lead singer, Alyson Avenue in mind.

Messy, mixed up visceral and oh ya, blood red crimson. What could be better? And yet, it's still beautiful. Hauntingly so, just like her voice.
