Here is something different for me, first of all this a new clay body our studio is trying out. It is a buff stoneware, a little darker and groggier than our usual clay. It is really fun to throw with. Secondly, I fired these bowls (with lots of other things) in a wood kiln, not my usual electric kiln. This was an experimental firing, going only to cone 6 (which is the same temp as my electric kiln). Usually we fire this wood kiln to cone 10 and get much different results.

This listing is for a one medium sized wood fired bowl glazed in a Teadust Temmoku, which is a glossy brownish-green glaze.

The bowl measures 6 1/2 inches (16 cm) wide and is just under 3 1/2 inches (8.5 cm) tall.
