It is 9 inches wide and 3 inches deep across the flat bottom. The handles are 18 inches long.

The flower is actually a removeable brooch. The brooch was also made from felted wool sweaters. The rose is a creamy white and the leaves are green with a little bit of machine embroidery. The flower pin measures approximately 4 1/2 inches in diameter. The pin could also be worn on a coat or jacket, hat or scarf.

A pretty flower to wear! I made this flower from an orange felted recycled wool sweater. Then I needle felted a little brown wool roving to the center to add some detail. I used green wool felt fringe and a matching orange and brown wet felted ball for the center. This is a nice sized flower measuring about 3 3/4 inches in diameter. It has a silver pin back sewn securely to the back.

A lovely accessory to wear year round! It would look lovely on a jacket, sweater, handbag, or hat or to fasten a wrap on a cool evening.

This sweet, light blue, plush bunny was made from a repurposed, luxuriously soft, cashmere sweater. The pale pink appliqued heart was made from a piece of a felted wool sweater. The paw pads and inner ears were once a cream wool sweater. The bunny's eyes, nose and mouth were appliqued and embroidered and the sewn-on "cotton tail" is a cream pom-pom that I made from acrylic yarn. Soft and cuddly, he would be a sweet baby gift. Bunny sits 13 inches high and the outstretched arms are 15 inches wide. Bunny is super soft and cuddly and is stuffed with a hypo-allergenic, down-like polyester fiber-fil. He is wearing a light blue and green plaid bow.

I just made a new batch of "Heart Felt" brooches! This cute puffed heart pin was made from felted recycled wool sweaters. The background heart is light pink and the small appliqued heart is bright pink. It is embroidered in the colors of purple, red, orange, lavender and pink and accented with a vintage button. It is blanket stitched around the edge and "puffed" with a little stuffing. The back of the pin is light pink with a silver pin back. This heart is 3 1/2 inches across and 3 inches high. It would be cute on a jacket, sweater, hat or scarf. I often put mine on a handbag!

Each heart is stitched entirely by hand. Although the colors will be the same, your heart may vary slightly from the heart in the photo.

This is the "Emma" style handbag in a pretty ruby red cabled wool. I made this bag from a felted, repurposed wool sweater. It has a soft luxurious feel because there is a touch of angora in the wool. It is 10 inches wide and 10.5 inches high. It has a couple of darts at the bottom to make the bottom about 3 inches deep. The handle is 20.5 inches long with a pretty gold vintage button accent. (the handle does not actually unbutton) I lined the bag with a pretty red and cream floral print cotton fabric. There are two patch pockets, one on each interior side of the bag and it closes with a magnetic snap.

These cute mittens were made from felted, recycled wool sweaters. They have a graphic argyle pattern on the front and coordinating black and medium gray on the palm side. The cuffs are charcoal gray with a medium gray edge. These mittens are unlined, but nice and warm, since felting the wool makes it very dense. These are a child's size medium/large and measure 7 inches from cuff to finger tip and 3 3/4 inches across the palm.

White Poppy Felted Flower Brooch, upcycled Wool Sweater

A pretty flower to wear! I made this flower from a creamy white, felted, recycled merino wool sweater. Then I needle felted a little red wool roving to the center to add some detail. I used green wool felt and a matching needle felted ball for the center. This is a nice sized flower measuring about 3 3/4 inches in diameter. It has a silver bar pin pinback sewn securely to the back.

A lovely accessory to wear year round! It would look great on a jacket, coat lapel, sweater or handbag.

This one-of-a-kind "Elizabeth" style handbag was made from felted, repurposed wool sweaters. The soft, cool hues of the light blue, medium blue, cream and seafoam green stripe pattern is complimented by solid medium blue on the back and handles of the bag. My "Falling Leaves I" decorative pillow was made from wool felt and felted, recycled wool sweaters. It could be just a pretty Autumn accent, or would be a nice touch to go with a year round earthtone decor. This pillow is 12 inches square and includes the pillow form. The front of the pillow is heathered, buff colored, felted sweater wool. The hand appliqued leaves in burgundy, brown, purple, gold and green are a combination of wool felt and felted wool. The back of the pillow is green wool felt.

This would be a great accent for your home and would be lovely combined with "Falling Leaves II" decorative pillow, also available in my shop.

These pretty mittens were made from a felted, recycled merino wool sweater. The front and the palm side are the same tiny burgundy and taupe stripes with coordinating burgundy cuffs. I've trimmed the cuffs with vintage brass buttons. These mittens are unlined, but nice and warm, since felting the wool makes it very dense. However, these are more light weight than some of my other mittens, since the merino wool is very finely textured. These are a ladies size medium and measure 9 inches in length. They are slightly stretchy and will fit most adult women.

Use this pretty flower to hold your hair in place! This red rose barrette was made from felted recycled wool sweaters. The bright red rose is 2 1/2 inches wide and has a small pearl flower center. The leaves and flower back are dark green. The barrette measures 4 1/2 inches from leaf tip to leaf tip. I have securely sewn a 3 inch spring hair barrette to the back of the flower. What a pretty accessory to wear any time or for that special occasion!
