These super fun ephemera surprise balls are a take-off of the classics usually made with crepe paper.

These surprise balls are made with strips of fabric from a vintage sheet for the inner wrapping and seasonal fabric for the final outer wrapping. They are filled with a variety of small toys, feathers, stickers, doll house miniatures, and lots of beads. Each ball has the same variety of items but different specific toys and miniatures so that each ephemera surprise ball is one-of-a-kind. About 4" wide x 3" high.

The variety of items pictured is *similar* to the variety you will receive but not *exactly* what you will receive.

Great party favors, Thanksgiving table decoration/keep the kids busy, stocking stuffer, or special little gift. They will have you dancing when you unwind the yards of fabric to reveal the contents!

These cool letters are created by pressing newsprint paper pulp into plastic letter shaped molds. The letters are left to dry and then decoupaged with vintage sewing patterns using Mod Podge. The letters measure between 2.5" and 3" high.

This set of 7 wooden blocks are part of a set that I bought at a yard sale and decoupaged with vintage sewing patterns. Set no. 4 includes the seven blocks pictured, 2 squares (2" x 2" x 1"), 1 long rectange (8" x 2" x 1"), 2 medium rectangles (4"x 2" x 1"), and 2 long squares (1" x 1" x 4")

Best not to be used traditionally for young kids but rather as an art piece to admire and add to your display. Fun to try to match up the patterns!

These new gift tags are created from gouache paintings I did in college and have saved over the years. They were painted on heavyweight archival watercolor paper and I have covered the painted side with mod podge. The result is a wonderful, painterly tag perfect for gifts, favor bags, scrapbooking, and more. The opposite side is uncoated and mostly white, some charcoal and water marks appear from being rolled up, perfect for writing a name or message!

This listing is for one dozen tags that I will randomly choose from those pictured. The painting these tags are made from was huge, 4' high by 3' wide, and I made dozens of tags from it! I'll choose my favorites for you, you won't be disappointed!

They measure 2.75" x 1.75" and have a fabric strip string attached. These tags are larger than my sewing pattern tags.

A note about the paintings:
I was a Weaving and Textile Design major in college and these paintings are heavily influenced by the resist techniques I was using in my major at the time. I would apply rubber cement to the watercolor paper and paint broad brush strokes of color, wait for it to dry, apply more rubber cement, and so on. When the painting was done I would rub off the rubber cement and then often apply pen lines or india ink and charcoal to add yet another dimension to the painting.

This perpetual calendar is created with 50 collage magnets made from retro images from books and old cookbooks. The magnets have a baking/retro theme which inspired me to display it on one of my old cookie sheets!
