I found this rocking horse in the back yard of a home in Corpus Christi. The faded, weathered horse in the barren yard of dry grass in poignant. What child played here? Did you have one? Will the child come back? What a treasured friend!

This is the back wall of a friend's metal sculpting studio. The sunlight and colors just jumped up to be photographed as I went to visit her.

The location is Harvard, Nebraska in the heart of the midwest and an art-loving region suroundiing Aurora, Nebraska.

This abstract is a section of a garage door in Woodriver Nebraska. As we passed by sight seeing, I exclaimed, "stop". It was captivating in texture and light - right out there on the street. I have post processed it to bring out the texture. I find it stirs memories and draws me in. What is behind those windows? Stories?
