A comfy wool sweater and your favorite slippers - both signs that winter is just around the corner. The luscious plum and warm blue in this set is inspired by the fabulous sweaters I've been drooling over on at Talbot's website. Great color combination! This is a set of 13 lampwork glass beads handcrafted by me in my glass studio.

Five of these beads have been encased with a generous layer of crystal clear or transparent colored glass for depth and have been embellished with colorful bumpy dot or stripe designs. Also included are 2 matching encased disk beads and, 2 small plain encased violet beads and 2 plain spacer beads. Colors include ink blue, steel blue, amber, amethyst, violet, dark blue, transparent yellow.

Sunny and happy colors, this is a set of 11 lampwork glass beads that feature a pretty little floral bead, all handcrafted by me in my glass studio.

Seven of these beads have been encased with a generous layer of crystal clear or transparent colored glass for depth, and have been embellished with colorful flower, scroll, dot and stripe designs. Also included are 2 ivory beads with a simple stripe of "silvered ivory stringer" and 2 little plain turquoise spacer beads. Colors include turquoise, ivory, raku, dark blue, amber, taupe.

You know when the sun just barely peaks above the horizon and the sky is filled with colors that don't seem natural? The pinks and oranges as the blend with the still-dark sky, and the pink and turquoise in this set reminds me of those little moments. This is a set of 11 lampwork glass beads handcrafted by me in my glass studio.

Seven of these beads have been encased with a generous layer of crystal clear glass for depth and have been embellished with colorful dot, scroll and stripe designs. This is a set of 11 lampwork glass beads handcrafted by me in my glass studio.

Six of these beads have been encased with a generous layer of crystal clear and one has been encased with transparent green, then embellished with colorful scrollwork, stripe, flower and dot designs. Also included are 4 matching spacer beads. Colors include grass green, lime green, ink blue violet, violet, light amethyst, and a touch of lavender.

NOTE: The flowers in the center bead appear in the photos to look a bluish-gray, but they are actually a light violet color. The color was made by layering transparent lavender over opaque violet. The lavender color “shifts” blue in fluorescent lighting, so I wasn’t able to get a great photo of this particular bead. I’ll try to get another to add to this listing.

This is a set of 6 lampwork glass beads handcrafted by me in my glass studio.

This isn’t a bead style that I do very often anymore, but I felt like a little return to simplicity. These beads are all lentil-shaped, and consist of a base of sky blue that has been rolled in a special blend of frit (crushed glass) for that colorful, organic design. Colors include grass green, teal, blue, violet, amethyst, and I think a hint of periwinkle.

This is a set of 7 lampwork glass beads handcrafted by me in my glass studio.

Colors include blue, red, turquoise, mango orange, yellow, nile green, pea green.
