Very simply put, this is a classic organic bracelet made of varying shades of barrel shaped carnelian--just gorgeous striations. I've added sponge coral for a little zip, and a wavy, shiny sterling toggle which gives this the balance it needs...imagine wearing this stacked with your favorite sterling bracelet.

This necklace is 16 inches (40.6cm) by design, a choker style. I spotted these beads in my local shop instantly, as anything shiny catches my eye. You cannot believe how much this bounces off the light--it's amazing. The black triangular shaped beads have iridescent spots of blue and gold. Combined that with tangerine AB crystal, antiqued sterling spacers and burgundy Czech glass.

The sterling toggle is a wonderful antiqued look to offset the "shine" of the necklace.

I've wirewrapped microfaceted Madeira citrine, natural pink coral, astoundingly brilliant coral Czech glass, goldstone, and new jade onto brass chain...this drops 2 inches (5cm) from the sterling ear wires to form a nice cluster dangle effect. Because of my love for mixing metals, I used brass chain and all the rest is sterling.

These are a color bonanza and sport some of my favorites...mustard, coral, amber, pale celery green and rust/brick. The lampwork is veined with these colors and were the inspiration from the start.

This necklace measures 30 inches (76.2cm)...I've the m-o-s-t gorgeous large faceted, Czech glass that looks aqua, but also has an inner pale amber glow. Added nuggets of Czech glass that resemble rocks (aqua/green/amber), blue jade, and amazonite.

There is a hammered sterling link and a sterling S-hook closure ... and here's the good part: you can put that hook anywhere to shorten the necklace, wrap it around your wrist a few times, etc. Sky is the limit.

The photos will show ultra bright copper with a slight grain (photos 3 and 4)...the copper is oxidizing to a nice rich patina as we speak (1, 2, 5).

Another amazing dichroic lampwork focal by artist Kimberly Lynn is set off by an array of vivid color and texture, complete with a really bright sterling toggle—this is truly another showstopper bracelet. If you love primary colors, then this is the deal.

I’ve mixed sterling and Bali silver with tomato red dichoric lampwork beads that draw out the flower on the focal. If you are a fan of gorgeous Murano glass...this may be of interest...black, gold, coppery all swirl together to form a gorgeous focal. This is wire wrapped onto a sterling etched circle.

What is interesting, I think, is the multi metal colors...I used gunmetal, diamond cut, rolo chain so this picks up the light--almost like faceting. Attached to that, at the back, is oxidized sterling to complement the circle...and we close with a copper lobster claw...which picks up the color in the focal. Notice two Swarovski crystals peeking out.

I just can't help myself... all this color and texture is intoxicating!! Better than a chilled, slightly dirty Greygoose martini!

This measures 20 inches (50.8cm) and the circle drops a tad under one inch...so I guess we could call this delicate. Also note that you can wear it etched circle side out, or plain side out.

Simply put...sterling wire wrapped natural green turquoise slabs are joined by onyx beads, obsidian, and close with two faceted smaller onyx beads.

Once in a while we just have to step back, as artists, and say "did I just make THAT?" Ya know, you start out with an idea and materials and hope for the best. Gotta say, I just love this and not in an egotistical way...just the majesty of the stones.

AND IT FEELS SO GOOD next to your skin!!

Of interest:

--Wrapped with shiny silver and caged a huge piece of faceted obsidian to offset the earthy organic feel of the turquoise.

--Joined two smooth onyx stones with a super artisan sterling spacer.

Duplicity - copper, labradorite and Murano glass pendant

A really eclectic and bohemian look ... containing super cool ingredients: a Murano silver foiled blue heart is joined by step faceted greyish blue labradorite (AAA) and complementary Czech glass beads in shades of olive and pale royal blue.

I brought the braided copper wire up and into a messy (and very durable) bail and continued on with the wrapping. Each bead is independently wrapped onto the pendant frame.

From the tip of the bail to the bottom point, it measures 2.25 inches (5.7cm) and I would be happy to provide a chain in sterling, copper, or brass. But you may already have something that you can easily swap out, including leather or ribbon. THINK of how cool this would look on a silver chain!! CHECK OUT Photo #1--I added a chain for looks (not for sale).

The fun, I feel, in wearing jewelry (or really any accessory)...is creating different looks, options, and lengths.

The table faceted Swarovski crystal flanked by Swarovski pearls is offset by natural turquoise, jade and other earthy stones. This 24 inch (61cm) asymmetrical signature necklace did not happen in a minute...I searched around, wanting a balance between earthy and elegant.

Just want to draw attention to the most amazing amber round that I have seen in a long time...top notch...thank you Nora.

Due to my love for mixing metals, I've used brass chain, a copper toggle, and sterling link plus big sterling bead--all melding together and it works perfectly. You can wear this anyway you please and not feel restricted to where the toggle is placed. Also...SEE PHOTO 4, and note that you can take the bar from the toggle and place it through the brass link to create even another look.

Golden honey colored Murano glass is joined with scrolled and oxidized sterling to form a contemporary and mod pendant necklace.

I was fortunate to visit my favorite gem shop in Alkmaar, The Netherlands where I purchased lots of Murano glass and other goodies...

The soft chocolate, gold, slate blue and cream colors are soft and very pleasing to the eye. This lampwork almost looks organic. Because the pattern is messy striped with a row of dots...guess what? Yep. I took advantage of the pattern flow and made them asymmetrically.

Super lampwork by fellow Etsian radiantmind...thank you for your craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The only embellishment I used is Hill Tribe caps which, I thought, really set off the earth feel of these earrings. They drop .75 inch from the sterling leverbacks.

I named these after a good friend who is a rare find, just like this glass.

Bought these beads in The Netherlands last December...they are beige and black spotted leather covered wood--saucer shaped. I added sterling hoop beads and set it all on a cream silk cord with sterling chain extender and lobster claw.

The combination of Swarovski's new autumn blaze cosmic (12mm) crystals and the silver grey microfaceted Czech glass disco balls makes for an incredible neutral stunner! I wanted to capture the "metallic" look through glass. The AB coating on the back of the crystals make them sizzle...true.

The stones in this necklace are just amazing--micro-faceted golden Madeira citrine, neon blue apatite, and rootbeer micro-faceted quartz. I've repeated the citrine and apatite right where the sterling meets the antiqued brass chain.

Using two metals gives you more options, and I prefer to see this worn asymmetrically, though it also looks great as a "hanger" style necklace. I had fun with this one...29 inches (73.7cm) of antiqued copper open link chain... AND ... there is a drop of 3.75 inches (9.5cm). What does this contain?

The drop contains actual real leaves that have been bronzed--they were once in someone's backyard! Gorgeous, plump Etsy red-orange, faceted carnelian rounds are joined by a microfaceted clear disco ball--an awesome combo, linked on sterling chain.

Gotta say...this 24 inch (60.9 cm) necklace is so versatile...it even becomes a bracelet. I wrapped it 3 times around my wrist. There are some treasures from my latest trip to Holland--the beach glass and the groovy robins egg blue and silver studded bead.

A collection of complementary stones...basically neutral in tone with varying shades of pale celadon green with turquoise hints and the huge Swarovski brown pearl to offset the brass stamping which can act as a focal ... I know...should have put a little orange tee shirt on this piece, but wirewrapped the creamy pale blue amazonite instead. Hooter, the well proportioned pendant, has moveable parts...she shakes, rattles and rolls...no kidding! Well, she moves... And she is almost at 2.5 inches (6.4 cm)long.

Antiqued brass chain--23 inches (58.3 cm), large brass circle link, and closes with an s-hook. Why? Because if you take a look at the main photo, you can see how I made the necklace a LOT shorter and just snaked the chain around and tucked it in. I uses that type closure often because it offers options.

I am lovin’ this bracelet with black, peach, aqua and yellow. A totally cool set of lampwork teamed with peach aventurine, apatite, faceted onyx and one lone designer polymer clay bead. WOW--this is classic and timeless...but more.

You can MOVE THE PENDANT OFF THE NECKLACE...yes, gently pry apart the pinch bail, remove the pendant...and wear the necklace with the gorgeous sterling floral box clasp to the side.

Add the pendant to yet another necklace...just a suggestion.

LOVE the smooth black onyx mixed with the mother of pearl which gives off colors of pink, taupe, green, champagne and tan--but all with an iridescent glow. I've enhanced what might be construed as a conservative look into something else, by adding the sterling ring spacers, Swarovski champagne glass pearls, and mother of pearl beads that I purchased in Holland.

The pendant is a crushed laminate, just so you know it is not a complete shell, but gorgeous just the same...and lightweight. The sterling floral box clasp is the living end and, to me, just adds another touch of "flair."

The necklace is 15 inches (38.1cm) and sits comfortably below the collar bone; the pendant drop from the bail is two inches (5.1cm).

Really great lampwork focal...love the shades of mauve/pink/pale rose, and since I am such a turquoise/brown freak, appreciate that those colors are present also. The adjoining lampwork beads are by Skaramouche and the photos did capture the detailing—beautiful.

I included a copper Swarovski pearl encased in a copper frame, the palest of Chinese turquoise (great matrix), neon apatite, new jade and lovely pale rose, faceted Czech glass. Oh, and check out the crystal daisy spacers—too cute. I used a triangular sterling toggle to join the angular bead frame. Measures 7.75 inches and can be resized if needed.

Rascal is a frisky little guy--that is why he is in a mother of pearl window looking out at the rest of the world...wondering just who will adopt him. He is a wonderful lampwork creation by Studio Marcy and drops approx 1.5 inches below the 22 inch chain.

I was going to name this Fire and Ice...but decided to dedicate it to my sister Bev who, among many other talents, has an innate talent for color matching.

The fire within the stunning sunstone nuggets is calmed by the rough cut aquamarine and paired so well with a lampwork pendant...sitting between two Bali silver spacers and matched perfectly with the two marbelized Czech glass beads. The rounded toggle offsets the chunky shape of the stones, as the pendant elongates. Thanks to Marlabeads for the wonderful lampwork.

Don't know why, but this just made me think of a stormy day at the shore (that's the Jersey coming out)... the focal lampwork is a pale mustard with fine silver, black and actually a muted iris. It's flanked by black acid washed lampwork spacers, crystal, and crazy lace agate. I also included a few garnet chips which were fun to use.

The agate is faceted and the striations are gorgeous shades of grey, white, rust, and mustard. This 8 inch (20.3cm) bracelet closes with a hammered, matte sterling toggle. The fit is meant to be snug.

Asymmetrical cascade clusters of inky blue iolite suspended on sterling chain are what these earrings are all about. You can see from the photos the natural inherent organic markings in these tiny gemstones...really very pretty.

Often referred to as water sapphire, iolite is a tranquil shade of slate blue...it is that color far from shore, seen over the balcony of a cruise ship...at least that was *my* experience.

This is a complete color meltdown...a frenzy of emotional shades, great textures, and it all flows so well. From the custom fiery orange dichroic lampwork (decorated with a pink flower) to the natural turquoise...this is an overload that will be noticed. Shades of red, tangerine, teal and pink all show us that they can inhabit the same space! Check out the striped designer polymer clay bead (thanks, aslancrafts).

To counter some of the liveliness, I added a honkin' piece of Bali silver, faceted champagne quartz, and tied it all together with an oxidized sterling diamond-shaped toggle--did not want to repeat the "round" pattern. It closes on one side with Hill Tribe spacers. Also, notice the copper spacers on either side of the focal.

This 17.5 inch (44.4 cm) necklace is composed primarily of red fossil coral rounds with striking striations...and creamy pale blue amazonite rounds. However, this is broken up by a gorgeous deep honey colored and textured piece of Murano glass which may work as a focal or to the side (the latter, my preference).

Wish you could see this in person, so if you love pale aqua and amber...and...a short necklace that drops just at the collar bone...as ABBA said: "take a chance on me."

I used Hill Tribe silver and Swarovski crystal as spacers to add a little contrast; also, note the hexagonal floral Bali spacer and the v. cool square copper dimensional beads. The sterling toggle is handmade (not by me)--square to offset the roundness of the stones.

What an organic yet elegant necklace…simple yet great quality AND colorful. I have used 17 inches (43.2cm) of really good weight/quality rolo sterling chain. Dropping another 2.5 inches (6.4cm) is a butterscotch carnelian bead frame containing natural carved turquoise…and hanging below is a sterling feather charm. The amazonite dangles above the frame give it a perky touch. This is neutral enough to go with just about anything.

This bracelet is a very cool blending of butterscotch, turquoise and yellow. To offset those colors, I decided to use copper to bring out the colors in the lampwork, carnelian and turquoise (wonderful matrix).

LOVE the copper wheel spacers…Joining the party are two polymer clay beads that are out of this world in terms of color matching—can ya tell I get jazzed doing this?? Threw in a couple turquoise colored vintage German beads for balance. This measures 8.25 inches (20.95 cm) and is intended to fit a smaller wrist. Remember, chunky subtracts from the inside circumference.
