This Vermont hot sauce is an island favorite! It is made with macintosh apples locally grown in South Hero, VT. Add to that a few habeneros and the hot sauce name begins to make sense. South Hero peppers and maple syrup round out the flavors. This is not a super hot sauce but does have a wonderful sweet flavor that is followed by a bit of heat. It has been dubbed a "happy hot" sauce by the locals. 5 ounce bottle.
