These are the real gloves!!!! This pair is knit in TWF Organic Wool merino yarn in Pistachio colorway. Supersoft worsted weight yarn feels so good next to the skin. Color is a tonal green gold with occasional earth tone specks. Sized to fit women's medium hands. Hand wash only. This is my original pattern and these gloves are knit by yours truly.

This long band of Four Pointed Stars dressed up with an asymmetrical pointed edging makes fun use of small amounts of yarn from your stash. I used 6 colorways of handpainted roving to spin my yarn, plying the colorways in various combinations then knitting each star with a different color combo. Achieve a similar color effect by double stranding handpainted sock weight yarns. Use your own yarns and change colors whenever you like.

Experience Level: Intermediate

YARN: any worsted weight yarn: Allow 300 yards overall.
GAUGE: 4 sts per inch, 8 rows per inch in garter stitch
NEEDLES: One pair US size 8 (5mm), or size to obtain desired gauge.

This easy pattern is the perfect solution for small amounts of yarn. Included are two versions of the neckwarmer; pullover gaiter or moebius styles, plus, a slightly modified version of the Star Flower Cuff written to match the neckwarmer. This is one of those patterns you can knit in any gauge with any weight of yarn, though if you use anything smaller than a dk weight, it will require more yardage and it will be narrower unless you add a few stitches to the cast on number. As written, both Gaiter and Moebius take approx 100 yds. Cuffs take approx 50 yds.

Gaiter Style Neckwarmer: L 18”, W 10”
Needles: US 10 1/2/ 6.5mm for neckwarmer, US 8/ 5mm or smaller for cuffs.
Yarn: 100 yds Chunky to Bulky Weight
Matching cuffs require additional 50 yds.

I am totally in love with these easy to knit cuffs, inspired by my Starry Nite Scarf. I'm wearing them when I spin, knit, write at the computer. They never get in the way, never restrict my movement. And they are so quick to knit. Using less than 100 yards of yarn, you can find many yarns ready and waiting in your stash. This pattern has instructions for both versions shown here, one in heavy worsted weight and one in sport weight handspun. I used two colorways of LV ltd for Three Waters Farm Blue-faced Leicester fiber to spin the worsted weight yarn; "Lounge Lizard" and "African Sunset", one ply each plied together into a two ply handspun. For the sport weight cuffs I used the same fiber in the "Delphiniums" colorway.

Allow 90 yds of yarn per pair for both versions.
For the worsted weight version:
Needles: US 7 (4.75mm)
Finished Measurements: Length 4 3/4 inches, circumference 6 7/8 inches

For the sport weight version:
Needles: US 3 (3.25mm)

These beautiful, unique art-to-wear cuffs are designed and knit by the artist, moi, with yarn spun by my own hand from 100% Blue Faced Leicester wool fiber from my own line. Blue face is a very soft wool, very close to merino in softness, but more durable and with greater stitch definition and higher sheen.

This is the first time I've offered anything like this on Etsy, in fact it's the first time I've actually offered a piece of my handknitting for sale anywhere for quite some time. I usually keep my original handknits as show and tell for my classes and books.

These cuffs are fraternal twins, alike in shape with variations in color. They were made in a smoke-free, cat-free studio. As most of you know by my avatar, I do have a dog.
Finished measurements: Approx 8" long, 6 1/2 inches around the narrowest part of the cuff, and 4 3/4 inches at the widest part of the open bud.

These cuffs will be the first of a very limited edition. No two pairs will be in exactly the same colorways. They come with a card with a handwritten description, signed by the artist.
They are beautifully packaged in a cellophane bag with ribbon tie, suitable for gifting.

Shipping to Canada is included in the shipping price. Shipping outside the United States and Canada can be negotiated between buyer and seller.

This bolero boucle jacket is indeed flattering...looks great on everybody. It's simple to knit too. Pattern gives instructions for short and long (3/4 length) sleeve versions. Pattern is sized for s, m, l. Medium fits most (sizes 6-14) because fabric is so stretchy, drapey. Small fits 0-4 and large 16-18.
