on Bazzill cardstock (textured on outside, smooth on inside for message).

Each says "thanks: or "thank you" (stamped)--the pink card has this stamped vertically on the inner edge of the card, it is visible when the card is closed (I made this edge stick out!)

Each between 1"--3" inches.

I can also do larger batches or attach fibres so these can be used as gift tags. Just let me know!

This is for a custom whimsical pet portrait featuring your cat, dog, mouse, or bird, 8" x 10", in acrylics on stretched canvas. Great for a kids rooms! I can do up sets of two or three to put up in sequence along a nursery wall, as well.

The image featured here is just an example--you will receive a customized painting featuring your own favourite person or pet!

CUSTOM NAMES! I can also do lettering in the layout....i.e. "Amanda's Room"

I can adjust the price for larger works or featuring several animal friends!

I use archival-quality materials, stretched canvas stapled on the back (with finished sides) and I attach hardware to the back so the work is ready to go up on the wall immediately!

Please contact me for an estimate on how long the work will take to complete--usually about a month from when I receive photos, though this depends on the time of year and other projects that are on the go. I usually work from one or two photos, and add in at least two or three fun toys and personalized background details.

TITLE: Spring Garden Vase

Dimensions: 30" x 30" (depth: .75")

This is an original painting done in acyrlics on stretched canvas. I have attached hardware/wire to the back, so it can go up on the wall immediately--only frame it if you feel like it!

I have finished the sides, and have coated it with an acrylic varnish for protection. I include a certificate of authenticity with each painting; they are signed and dated on the back as well.

Techniques: mixed media--texture gels, fabric that I hardened first by coating with acrylic medium, then cut out; seed beads and even some sawdust that was stuck on using acrylic medium. I also drew in charcoal pencil for the stems, then coated this with medium, giving it a smudged look.

Title: Rose Vase (Vase de Roses)

Dimensions: 16” x 20” (depth: .75”)

Date and location work was produced: 2009: Quebec

Materials: stretched canvas, acrylic paint, texture gels, postage stamps, fabric

Techniques employed:
Acrylic paints were used as the basis for the painting. Texture gels (stucco, and glass bead gels) were liberally applied before the flowers were painted. This can be seen particularly in the reverse-embossed effect of the leaf shapes in the background near the vase, and in the texture created for the vase itself. Fabric was then cut out and then adhered and painted over to form the leaves. Postage stamps and small gold rings were attached to the surface using an acrylic medium (varnish) that permanently adheres the materials to the canvas.

I have finished the sides of the painting, and added hardware to the back, so it is ready to go up on the wall immediately--no need to frame. I include a certificate of authenticity with each painting.

BIRD CARD with glitter details and SCENE INSIDE

Greeting card, stamped on both the inside and the outside...

dimensions: 4 1/8" x 5 1/2"
cardstock: bazzill (heavy cardstock, textured outside, smooth surface inside for writing)

I have added paper ribbon along the edges, as well as a vellum window--when the card is closed, you can just see through to the tree on the inside! The leaf stamps on the oustide were stamped using versamark--a watermark technique!

The card is tied closed with raffia...once open, it reveals a little scene inside, with a bird near the base of a tree!

I have used little glittery rhinestones for the bird's eye and around the circle cut-out on the outside of the card, and for the centres of the flowers on the inside.

Comes with a clear mailing envelope for you to use when you send this card by mail! I've included a blank mailing label you can stick to the surface when mailing.

Also available in set of 3 ($10).

SOCK MONKEY and BIRD circular stamped GREETING CARD

Circular card, folded at the top, in browns & greens
--featuring a sock monkey and a little bird

dimensions: approx. 4" (round!)

This comes with a square envelope--check with the post office when you're ready to mail it, this might cost more because it's in a square envelope.

I stamped the monkey figure several times, then cut out the clothing, and arms & legs--all the details were cut out and glued on! I added rhinestones for buttons on his outfit, and lots of fibres (and some metal with seed beads) for embellishment.

I also cut off a bit at the base of the card--a straight edge--and reinforced the back with heavier bazzill cardstock, so it will stand up on its own.

Smooth writing surface inside the card!

This is a little more than my other cards, since it took more time doing all the detail work!

This hand-stamped card features a quote:

It features a bird, a friendship quote, and lots of layers for dimension. Little rhinestone accents glitter for the bird's eye and in the flowers on the branch.

The base of this card is bazzill cardstock (heavy cardstock, textured on one side, smooth on the inside for writing).

The card comes with a hand-made envelope (made using specialty paper)--you'll need to add a white mailing envelope to put it in the mail (I've included a blank one for you!).

This is a hand-stamped Christmas card--by pulling the end with the fibers, three separate panels open up--silhuette wooded scene, pine trees, and an inner panel with a message!

This one is in French--joyeux noel--but I can make up almost-identical cards with a message in English--you choose the message!

This card comes with a hand-made envelope (specialty paper)--you'll need to place a white sticky label on it, if you're sending it through the mail. White envelopes also available, if you prefer!

Hand-stamped greeting card featuring a sock monkey and a Halloween theme!

Techniques:

I cut a hole in the front of the card so the monkey can peek out....stamped and cut or punched out the bird, pumpkins, and little spiders.

I added little glittery eyes on the pumpkins and for buttons on the sock monkey's outfit, and have used foam tape to give dimension!

the paper used for the base of the card is bazzill--nicely textured, but smooth on the inside for the writing surface!
