Neko means "cat" in japanese, its called like that because its inspired of japanese fashion and the cap makes you have cute kitten ears ^-^

I must say its the most cute i did so far, using a lot of pretty lace with pretty small pink bows. There is a small silver crown charm hanging between the two handmaded beaded chains.
