This beautiful pendant necklace is about 20 inches long with a 1.25 inch rhodonite heart shaped pendant! It is super super super pretty and feels soooo nice! The necklace part of this piece is made from watermelon tourmaline chip beads that are inter-spaced with rhodonite sphere beads and a few daisy silver spacers.

Anyone that is working on either drawing love into their life, or working on healing their heart center or heart chakra would benefit from wearing this necklace. Watermelon Tourmaline is connected with the water element and the heart chakra.

Watermelon tourmaline helps old wounds to heal gently bringing those wounds to the surface so they can be dealt with and then transmuted into something positive.

Wearing or carrying tourmaline with you helps to heal and repair hole in the aura left by past wounds and abuses. This AMAZING pendant is made from turquoise and is wrapped in sterling silver with a sterling silver bail. The necklace is made from rat tail and then closes off with a sterling silver clasp. This is a very beautiful piece of untreated and real turquoise. A lot of the stuff you see out there now a days is not real turquoise, it is dyed howlite or magnese, which is of course beautiful but not the same. I know how this works as I also sell gemstones and crystals for a living, this Etsy store is a hobby that I love :)

Also if you look at the third picture down, you will see the back of the pendant. As you can see the back of the pendant is very beautiful too, the turquoise would lay directly on your skin, if worn around the neck, which helps the energy of turquoise integrate into ones physical body more (read below for details on that) This is an amazing piece, I am sure whoever winds up with this, is going to LOVE it.

Metaphysical Healing Properties of Rhodochrosite

Rhodochrosite, sometimes spelled rhodochrosite also, is a often a pink stone, but can be red, orange tan or brown as well. It often times has veins of white or even tan traveling through it, it can be clear or solid in nature.

Rhodochrosite is known as a very loving and high energy stone. As Melody calls it in her book, 'Love is in the Earth', it is "the stone of love and balance". This stone has many wonderful attributes to it, one being it can easily balance and align your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies with one another. It is a wonderful healer to the heart chakra and will gently open and purify your base and sacral and solar plexus chakras as well.

Rhodochrosite is also used in meditation, when it is used to meditate with one can feel much peace and tranquility in their meditation. It is said that it can connect you with your twin soul when used in meditation and put you in a golden sphere of ecstasy.

Rhodochrosite is an excellent stone for love and relationships. It is also wonderful for those that don't feel love or loved. It is said to attract a soul mate to the holder, but not necessarily a soul mate that is full of passions, and happiness, but rather one that is what is needed for the individual on a soul level. I am always creating new things to sell.

The focal cabochon is made from cherry quartz gemstone and it is wire wrapped with sterling silver. The pictures dont do it justice, this is just a beautiful piece! If you would like a ribbon or cord to go with the pendant, I can make you one for a couple of dollars more. I personally think this would also look great with a sterling silver chain. The pendant is about 2 and 3/4 inches long.

The top picture is of the front, the middle pic is it in my hand and the bottom pic is the back of the cabochon. It is crafted nicely on both sides and I wanted to show that in the pictures. The stone is just beautiful being semi transparent-pink!

SMOKEY AND CLEAR QUARTZ PENDULUM - Reiki Infused - For Opening Chakras, Centering and Dowsing

This beautiful 8 sided smokey quartz pendulum is cut in a Vogal cut and is hung on a silver chain. On the opposite side of the pendulum crystal I have attached a large clear quartz sphere bead and two large faceted smokey quartz sphere beads, then it is finally finished off with an adorable tag that says "Here" on one side and has a swirly design on the opposite side.

I decided on the "Here" tag because to work with a pendulum you need to "here" in the moment to work with a pendulum and connect with the spirit of the pendulum. I am also including the blue organza bag that you see in the picture, so you have somewhere safe to keep it when you are not using it!

The pendulum is about 11.5 inches from tip of the pendulum to the tip of the tag!

What is a Pendulum?

The Pendulum is a tool that is used to help you access the collective consciousness/collective unconsciousness to you and your Higher Self.

Pendulums can answer any sort of question for you, help you find lost items, do healings, and adjust chakras as well many other things. Pendulums connect you with YOUR higher being and self, therefore it is important to keep in mind that these answers ultimately come from you.

There are many different types of pendulums; many of them are made out of different types of gemstones and metals. I personally like the gemstone pendulums best, but they all work wonderfully if you practice and connect with your pendulum.

sense. It can also be used to transform thought into vibration and sound.

How to choose your pendulum?

Pendulums carry a vibration of their own, like crystals and gemstones. When you pick out your pendulum, if it feels right, ask it if it wants to come home with you. If the pendulum says "yes", then you should get that one. If the pendulum says "no" then you should not get it. If purchasing a pendulum online, you can ask the seller to do that for you, if you purchase one from me I will be happy to ask the pendulum if it belongs to you or not. Also you can see which one you feel drawn too, even through the computer one can sense if the pendulum they are looking at is the one they should have. I would suggest that if buying it online that you ask the seller if that is the actual picture of the actual pendulum that you are buying, as
it is best to see the actual pendulum if you buy it online. All my pendulums I sell are the actual picture of the pendulum you will get for this reason.

You can choose the pendulum with certain stones to ask certain questions. For instance, if I want to ask about a love question, I would use my rose quartz pendulum. If I want to ask a spiritual question I might use my amethyst
pendulum.

If you are not looking to choose a pendulum because of the stone it is made out of, then you can choose the one that calls to you. If you feel drawn to a specific pendulum, then you should use that one. Sometimes it takes a little
while to find a pendulum that you feel connected to, so don’t give up on looking! If you want to work with a pendulum then at the very least one will find you.

Those are just suggestions, not rules, but they have helped me in working with pendulums and figuring out what is best for me. If all else fails a chakra pendulum, metal or clear quartz pendulum works great too! Most of all you want to feel connected to your pendulum so go with that, as that is more important then what it is made out of.

Handmade pendulums are really nice as well as natural pendulums made with raw gemstones or even leather. It is entirely up to the user as to which kind of pendulum you would like to use.

So how do you get your answers?

Well first when getting a pendulum that you want to work with, one of the first things you do it ask the pendulum what means no and what means yes. Some pendulums will swing up and down for a no answer and some will swing left to right for a no answer. It is important for you to clarify that BEFORE you start working with the pendulum. Once you have established what means yes and no then you are ready to ask questions of the pendulum.

You can start the pendulum off by rotating it in a circle at first, it is easier for you to get an answer from the moving pendulum then a still one. Once you get the hang of it, you probably wont need to start the moving process first, but to start off you might do better to just gently rotate it in a circle. After you have established what the directions for yes and no are, then you can start the process of asking it questions you know answers to already. That way you can verify if the swing of the pendulum is right. You can also ask it questions like, Can you show me the directions of front door of the house? Those sorts of
questions help you and your pendulum’s energy m acclimate to one another.

This process should take you some time to go through, a couple days maybe even a couple weeks. Just work with it until you feel comfortable with it. I have found that the more you hold your pendulum, the more you are able to connect with it and get accurate answers from it.

Once you feel comfortable with asking questions from the pendulum, you can then start to ask it questions you don’t know the answer to.

I usually start off by asking it questions like:
Are you willing to give me a truthful answer?
Do you want to work with me?
Is my name (insert your name here)?

And then I proceed from there and ask it other questions. Just remember to ask questions that are not ego related questions! As the pendulum might not give you accurate answers if you do! Always ask your pendulum questions to
things related to your well being or others well being.

This beautiful 7 sided citrine pendulum is cut in a Vogal cut and is hung on a silver chain. On the opposite side of the pendulum crystal I have attached citrine gemstone beads, then it is finally finished off with an adorable tag that says "Now" on both sides.

I decided on the "Now" tag because we do need to practice being in the "Now" when we are working with pendulums or our prosperity! These stones remind me of the positive Light of the sun and that reminds me of being happy and living in the "Now" :)

Citrine is very connected to the solar plexus chakra where positive Light from the Spirit realm enters into our bodies. This stone would also be wonderful when working with manifesting prosperity! How to choose your pendulum?

Pendulums carry a vibration of their own, like crystals and gemstones. When you pick out your pendulum, if it feels right, ask it if it wants to come home with you. If the pendulum says "yes", then you should get that one. If the pendulum says "no" then you should not get it. If purchasing a pendulum online, you can ask the seller to do that for you, if you purchase one from me I will be happy to ask the pendulum if it belongs to you or not. Also you can see which one you feel drawn too, even through the computer one can sense if the pendulum they are looking at is the one they should have. I would suggest that if buying it online that you ask the seller if that is the actual picture of the actual pendulum that you are buying, as
it is best to see the actual pendulum if you buy it online. All my pendulums I sell are the actual picture of the pendulum you will get for this reason.

You can choose the pendulum with certain stones to ask certain questions. For instance, if I want to ask about a love question, I would use my rose quartz pendulum. If I want to ask a spiritual question I might use my amethyst
pendulum.

If you are not looking to choose a pendulum because of the stone it is made out of, then you can choose the one that calls to you. If you feel drawn to a specific pendulum, then you should use that one. Sometimes it takes a little
while to find a pendulum that you feel connected to, so don’t give up on looking! If you want to work with a pendulum then at the very least one will find you.

Those are just suggestions, not rules, but they have helped me in working with pendulums and figuring out what is best for me. If all else fails a chakra pendulum, metal or clear quartz pendulum works great too! Most of all you want to feel connected to your pendulum so go with that, as that is more important then what it is made out of.

Handmade pendulums are really nice as well as natural pendulums made with raw gemstones or even leather. It is entirely up to the user as to which kind of pendulum you would like to use.

Heart Chakra - Self Love Line - Memory Wire Necklace - Reiki Infused

Here we have a really colorful Memory Wire Choker Necklace. It is called Memory Wire because it holds its shape after being unwound. There is no clasp on this necklace because it will just wrap around your neck like in the pictures.

The memory wire part of the necklace is about 16 inches in length and then the dangly tags are a little more. You can wear the necklace with the dangly tags in front or back, whichever way you like, both ways look good! The larger tag says "love" on both side and the smaller heart shaped tag says "Made with love" on both sides. They add a nice little touch to the necklace. The memory wire is silver plated, I do not think they make memory wire out of sterling silver because it needs to be rather hard to hold its memory.

I am selling the earrings to match in another ad and the bracelet as well. These items are ONE OF A KIND and WILL NOT be repeated so if you like them feel free to grab them all! Here we have a pretty little choker necklace made up of serpentine which is a type of jade, green turquoise which is also a type of jade, and sterling silver beads. It also contains some tiny green glass seed beads to finish it off and cute little sterling silver cube beads.

The choker is about 17 inches long and closes with a sterling silver hook and eye clasp.

The healing combination of both Serpentine Jade and Turquoise Jade is what is represented in this piece here. This candle is deep orange and is scented
ylang-ylang and amber it also has a golden shimmer
applied to it, the points and rim of the candle are also
hand painted with gold paint. The candle has also
been charged with Usui Reiki energy and will help to

This adorable lepodolite pendulum is in the shape of the Goddess and is hung on a silver chain. On the opposite side of the pendulum gemstone I have attached some amethyst sphere beads and star beads. This is truly a beautiful and unique pendulum that you won't find somewhere else!

Metaphysical Healing Properties of Lepodolite

Lepidolite is usually found as a pretty purple/lavendar colored stones that looks like it has tiny glitter pieces in it. It can also come in grey, yellow and pinkish colors, but is most commonly found in the shade of purple & lavender.

One of lepidolite's most common and useful energies is that is aids in dependency issues such as alcoholism and drug use. It is sometimes even referred to as the "addicts stone" and it can east the stress of despondency.

Lepidolite is also known as a transition stone and helps one to recognise old patterns within ones self that need to be acknowledged and attended to. It can aid in that process inducing those changes in the old patterns with a gentle and loving energy. If there is something in your life that you are wishing to change but you feel you haven't found the strength to do so, lepidolite can help you with that strength. While doing so, keep in mind that it is gentle and loving in its ability to help you change those old patterns, it does not force them to be changed but rather helps you decide that you are ready for them.

Lepidolite helps to open all of the chakras but is especially tied to the third eye chakra and the heart chakra. In energy and Reiki work it opens blockages in the physical body. Lepidolite can help treat tight shoulder muscles and relief from stress related disorders including digestion problems and stabilization of the nerves.

I have personally used lepidolite to help balance emotions. If I am feeling particularly emotional on any given day I will just carry a piece with me to help me balance out emotionally. It also works well with a grounding stone or stone like apache tear or black tourmaline to help keep negative emotions away from you. Lepidolite has a high lithium content and I believe because of this it has that balancing effect on people emotionally. I have also used it to help me access reading the akashic records and in grid work around the house creating a peaceful and stress-free environment.

You can try bathing with a few pieces of lepidolite in your bath water, which is a wonderful way to use the energies of this stone.

Lepidolite is associated with the astrological sign of Libra. (makes sense, right? Seeing as how balancing it is and Libra being the sign of the scales)

Amethyst is a purple color ranging from a light shade of purple to a darker shade. It can grow in the form of a geode, point or clusters. Amethyst is a very popular stone as it connects one with their spirituality.

Amethyst is a variety of quartz that is found throughout the world, it is said to be the stone of "spirituality and contentment". Amethyst helps to balance the physical, spiritual and emotional bodies. It is said to help clear ones aura just by having it in ones aura or wearing a piece of jewelry with amethyst in it.

Amethyst is helpful when you meditate, it turns your mundane thoughts into more tranquil and calming thoughts.
Amethyst promotes emotional centering.

Metaphysically amethyst encourages you to develop common sense and to become more emotionally centered and focused.
Physically Amethyst will strengthen the endocrine system and boast metabolism. Amethyst can reduce swelling and help aid in reducing of bruising, and injuries.

If you practice tarot, I-ching, runes or any other form of divination it is wise to keep an amethyst close to them. As it is a very high vibrational stone and will help to sharpen your sixth sense when using your divination tools. It is also naturally worn while using your psychic abilities or using your divination tools.

How to choose your pendulum?

Pendulums carry a vibration of their own, like crystals and gemstones. When you pick out your pendulum, if it feels right, ask it if it wants to come home with you. If the pendulum says "yes", then you should get that one. If the pendulum says "no" then you should not get it. If purchasing a pendulum online, you can ask the seller to do that for you, if you purchase one from me I will be happy to ask the pendulum if it belongs to you or not. Also you can see which one you feel drawn too, even through the computer one can sense if the pendulum they are looking at is the one they should have. I would suggest that if buying it online that you ask the seller if that is the actual picture of the actual pendulum that you are buying, as
it is best to see the actual pendulum if you buy it online. All my pendulums I sell are the actual picture of the pendulum you will get for this reason.

You can choose the pendulum with certain stones to ask certain questions. For instance, if I want to ask about a love question, I would use my rose quartz pendulum. If I want to ask a spiritual question I might use my amethyst
pendulum.

If you are not looking to choose a pendulum because of the stone it is made out of, then you can choose the one that calls to you. If you feel drawn to a specific pendulum, then you should use that one. Sometimes it takes a little
while to find a pendulum that you feel connected to, so don’t give up on looking! If you want to work with a pendulum then at the very least one will find you.

Those are just suggestions, not rules, but they have helped me in working with pendulums and figuring out what is best for me. If all else fails a chakra pendulum, metal or clear quartz pendulum works great too! Most of all you want to feel connected to your pendulum so go with that, as that is more important then what it is made out of.

Handmade pendulums are really nice as well as natural pendulums made with raw gemstones or even leather. It is entirely up to the user as to which kind of pendulum you would like to use.

So I have my pendulum chosen, what next?

Most Pendulums are on a chain or cord of some sort that is
anywhere from 5-12 inches in length. You use it by holding the cord with your thumb and forefinger at the end and
allowing the stone or pendulum part dangle. You can then ask it a question, usually yes and no questions are good to start off with.

Note that when you are using a pendulum, you need to be fully present in the moment and focused on the question at hand for it to work for you. Working with a pendulum is sort of like playing an instrument, the more you use it, the
better you can do it!

So how do you get your answers?

Well first when getting a pendulum that you want to work with, one of the first things you do it ask the pendulum what means no and what means yes. Some pendulums will swing up and down for a no answer and some will swing left to right for a no answer. It is important for you to clarify that BEFORE you start working with the pendulum. Once you have established what means yes and no then you are ready to ask questions of the pendulum.

You can start the pendulum off by rotating it in a circle at first, it is easier for you to get an answer from the moving pendulum then a still one. Once you get the hang of it, you probably wont need to start the moving process first, but to start off you might do better to just gently rotate it in a circle. After you have established what the directions for yes and no are, then you can start the process of asking it questions you know answers to already. That way you can verify if the swing of the pendulum is right. You can also ask it questions like, Can you show me the directions of front door of the house? Those sorts of
questions help you and your pendulum’s energy m acclimate to one another.

This process should take you some time to go through, a couple days maybe even a couple weeks. Just work with it until you feel comfortable with it. I have found that the more you hold your pendulum, the more you are able to connect with it and get accurate answers from it.

Once you feel comfortable with asking questions from the pendulum, you can then start to ask it questions you don’t know the answer to.

I usually start off by asking it questions like:
Are you willing to give me a truthful answer?
Do you want to work with me?
Is my name (insert your name here)?

And then I proceed from there and ask it other questions. Just remember to ask questions that are not ego related questions! As the pendulum might not give you accurate answers if you do! Always ask your pendulum questions to
things related to your well being or others well being.

Here we have a really nice Double Strand Necklace. It is made up of two different length strands of beads, one is a mix match bunch of earth and grounding stones while the other strand is made of tiger eye faceted squares, round orange aventurine beads and rectangle citrine beads in a cute little pattern.

The smaller strand of the necklace is about 21 inches in length and the longer strand of the necklace is about 24 inches so it hangs a bit lower. The clasp is made up of a sterling silver hook and eye, so it is fairly easy to get on and off but not too easy!

The focal bead is of orange carnelian and it is semi transparent, then the rest of the beads are made out of different colored carnelian and the briolettes are orange pearls & faceted burgundy faux pearls. The clasp is a sterling silver lobster claw. I think the necklace is very warm and yummy, it can be worn casually with a nice pair of jeans or even dressed up with a nice evening outfit.

The necklace is about 17.5 inches in length.

Here we have a really beautiful and adorable Memory Wire Necklace. It is called Memory Wire because it holds its shape after being unwound. There is no clasp on this necklace because it will just wrap around your neck like in the pictures.

The memory wire part of the necklace is about 18.5 inches in length and then the tags make it a little more. You can wear the necklace with the tags in front or back, whichever way you like, both ways look good! The tag says "harmony" on one side and has a swirl on the other side, the other little tag says made with love on both sides. The tags adds a nice little touch to the necklace. The memory wire is silver plated, I do not think they make memory wire out of sterling silver because it needs to be rather hard to hold its memory.

This candle is scented peonies, which is know as the
scent of love in feng shui and is sprinkled with crushed
crystals. It is a twisted octagon shape and down the one
side as you can see from the pictures are the 7 genuine
stones that correspond to the chakras. It has also been
charged with Usui Reiki energy and will help to balance
Chakras. I personally have one of these candles that I
light for when I am doing any chakra balancing. The

In my experience with the cards the tarot cards help you by answering questions about every day life and the Archangel cards answer questions about your spiritual path. The fairy cards do both! That of course is a general rule of thumb and if you are called to one type of desk I say use that one, no matter what you want to ask, or not ask.

To do the reading, I only need your name, and date of birth. If you want to give me more information that is fine, but some people just like to ask general questions, that works too.

I give you the option of choosing if you would like earrings or a bracelet, and then depending on what we talk about in the reading I will use certain gemstones to work with you. I am an avid gemstone collector, hobbyist, feign, whatever you wana call it, hehe, I just love gemstones and crystals, so I know a thing or two about which ones would be helpful.

This sweet bracelet is made up of two very pretty creamy white agate heart doughnut beads that have tiny peridot and amazonite beads inside of them. The rest of the bracelet is inter-spaced with green aventurine, amazonite and the same tiny peridot beads. Green is my favorite color and this one is just a beauty!

The energy of Rose Quartz is one of tranquility and peace. When carrying a piece of rose quartz or wearing a piece of rose quartz on your body one is said to attract tranquility to themselves. If you know you will be going into a situation that is going to be challenging or difficult having a piece of rose quartz (or wearing a piece of rose quartz jewelery) on you is highly recommended.

Rose Quartz is used in healing to benefit the heart, the circulatory system, fertility, headaches, kidney disease, migraines, sexual dysfunction, sinus problems, throat problems, depression, addictions, ear aches, slowing signs
of aging, reducing wrinkles, spleen problems, fibromyalgia, and weight loss.

Rose Quartz is also said to boost self esteem making it easier for one to come to terms with past traumas or even childhood issues. It brings about understanding and self love through these methods and is very helpful for those that seek to release some of these old things that are no longer serving their highest good.

Rose Quartz is also associated with the water element and also the signs of Libra and Taurus.

This energetic bracelet is made up of two different gemstones that will help to give you energy, balance you and ground you to the earth. It is also charged up with Reiki energy before I sent it off to you, so it will radiate Reiki energy too!

Often times when someone gets a piece of my jewelery that is charged with Reiki like this one is, they tell me that is just "feels good"! I attribute that to the gemstones themselves and the Reiki they are charged with. If you don't know what Reiki is, feel free to check out my Reiki website for more information www.lightandlovereiki.com In a nutshell things that are infused with Reiki, like this necklace, are basically charged up with loving, positive, healing energy that will radiate outward from them. So the person wearing this necklace will absorb that Reiki energy. Some people even tell me that they can feel the energy from my jewelery... I know I can, but to some people, it is more subtle. Either way, the energy is there and will only do good and make you feel good too!

The gemstones that this bracelet are hematite and rutilated quartz, hematite is an amazing stone to help you become grounded and centered. Rutilated quartz is actual quartz crystals with rutile growing in them, the rutile help you to amplify and cleanse your energy levels. It also helps with centering oneself. I also added some Czech seed beads to make it sparkle even more, this bracelet looks stunningly pretty! The clasp is a plated with sterling silver and is heart shaped. This bracelet is 7.5" and the clasp is a little more, but if you need it sized I can adjust that for you, I will have to change a couple stones in or out, but it can be done, just let me know if that is what you want.

The memory wire part of the bracelet is about 16 inches in length and then the tags are a couple more. It should wrap around your wrist two times. There is a tag on the end of the bracelet that says "harmony" and the other tag says "love". The tags look really cute on the ends :)
The memory wire is silver plated, I do not think they make memory wire out of sterling silver because it needs to be rather hard to hold its memory.

So what is Usui Reiki, you ask?

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, (I will just going to call it "Usui Reiki" or "Reiki" for now) is a study and practice of a healing art that will help you to clear your chakras and open the energy fields in your spiritual body.

The manual will teach you a method of invoking Reiki energy within you, to which you can use on yourself and others to you be in a positive energetic place that promotes relaxation, releif from stress and healing. It does not necessarily heal all your ailments or cure your dis-eases, rather the regular practice of Reiki allows your spiritual and energetic body to be in alignment with healing energies. So in essence, it puts you in a positive spiritual, emotional and physical place!

In receiving a Reiki attunement, I as your teacher will distantly open these pathways to healing for you. That will allow you to work on yourself to keep yourself balanced. This is different then a healing session, whereas a healing session is wonderful and helpful, but it does not "attune" or connect you with being able to do Reiki on yourself. Basically a healing session is me using Reiki on you and an attunement is you being able to use and invoke Reiki energy after the attunement process is over with.

In this process, some people go through a short detox period. What that means is that sometimes people will have things from their past come up, emotions surface, or maybe they even feel physical symptoms like a runny nose or being tired. The detox period is usually minimal and it typically doesn't last long. It is over with within 21 days from the attunement, most people tell me if they even have symptoms that they usually last a day or two. It really depends on how much stuff you have that you need to work on! And the beautiful thing about a Reiki detox is that when it is over with you feel better then you started and have processed some stuff that you were ready to let go of!

There are different levels to Usui Reiki, and if you were wondering what Usui means in front of Reiki.. That basically means it is the original Reiki that was re-discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1922.

What you learn at level I:

Usui I Reiki - You are introduced to energy healing, and learn how to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others that are in your presence. You are also given an emailed manual & certificate.

At level II (not included in this offer, look through my store for that) - You are introduced to the Usui level II sacred healing symbols and you are taught and able to give Reiki to people, places, or even things DISTANTLY! So basically if someone is sick and not around you, you can send Reiki to them!

At Usui level III (not included in this offer, look through my store for that) - You are introduced to the Usui III Master/Teacher level sacred symbols and you are taught how to give an attunement to someone. There are two symbols in this attunement then what is usual. One of my Reiki Masters gave me an extra symbol so I pass that on to my students as well. Some information abut me, Reiki & ethics.

As a Reiki teacher I think it is my duty to explain the ethics that I stand by and I like to pass along to my students.

My name is Starlene, I have been teaching Reiki full time for about 7 years now. I was first attuned to Usui Reiki in 1993 but didn't start doing attunements for a few years after that. About 7 years ago I was able to grow my business to do this full time, well aside from the crafty things I make for Etsy and the readings I do, this is my full time work.

So why am I telling you this? I think it is really important for you to do your "homework" with Reiki. It is not hard homework, but it is really great if you just practice it. Integrating Reiki into your life can bring about changes that you only dreamed of...
IF you only LET it!

So that brings me to what the homework is... (I know who likes homework, right?) hehe
Making Reiki a daily practice, even if at first you devote just 10 minutes a day to yourself, you will start to see results. Nothing about Reiki is a quick fix, but rather a discipline and practice, that if embraced can produce wondrous results!

A lot of people ask me thisquestion, and I think it is a very personal one for every individual...

How long should you wait between receiving attunements?

I think that once you receive the first one, you should allow that to sit and give it at least a few days, heck maybe a week or even a month, since everyone processes things differently. I think it is important to take each person individually when asking that question. So take your time and enjoy the flow.

How long should I wait before I teach Reiki?

Some Reiki masters say you should practice Reiki a year, or two, but I do not. Once again I think this is a personal thing, but on the same token I believe that you need to feel confident before attuning someone and charging them money for it. I don’t think it's bad to attune your friend or practice on your teddy bear, by all means I think you SHOULD do those things, how else are you going to practice, right? So take your time with that, enjoy the flow and experience each step in your learning stage goes and know that I (and countless other teachers) will be around when your ready to move forward!

I also get asked...
Where should I start? Usui Reiki? Kundalini Reiki? Karuna Reiki? (the list is endless, literally) With so many modalities, which one do I start with?

My answer to that is start with Usui Reiki. Picture it like this, Usui Reiki is like the trunk of the tree and all of the other modalities are branches. This is so because Dr. Mikao Usui re-discovered Reiki in the early 1900's and taught the healing practice to others, which is why it is called Usui Reiki. Once you are a Usui I or II even, I would say go where you feel pulled to going! Some modalities require that you are a Usui I, II or even Master in Usui before taking those courses.

I know it is confusing when you start looking at Reiki information, because there is just sooo much out there to read about, so I am going to leave this here. I have created a website dedicated to learning Reiki, it has literally hundreds of articles about Reiki, so if you are looking for more information on Reiki, feel free to contact me so I can share my website with you!

I love garnets, they are my birthstone but aside from that, they are just adorable! I have made myself a pair of these that I wear a LOT! They are about 1.25 inches in length and made from 100% sterling silver. They also close with a kidney wire hook type earring so they wont get lost or fall out of your ears! (the garnets are the earrings on the left)

Garnet is known as a grounding stone that will help to balance and harmonize the root chakra. It is also the birthstone for people born in January.

The little oval goldstone beads are also a favorite of mine. They just sparkle so much and look so cute while they sparkle! Of course I had to have a set to call my own hehe... I love little earrings, not so much the bigger earrings these days,,, and these fit right in there! They are about 1 inch in length and are made of sterling silver wire also with a kidney hook type earring! (the goldstone earrings are on the right)

Goldstone is said to being energy to the person drawn to keeping it in your aura, or wearing a piece of jewelery with goldstone in it. It is actually a handmade stone that comes from copper, but is amazingly energetic and pretty!

MOSS AGATE PENDULUM - Reiki Infused - For Clearing Chakras and Dowsing

This adorable 8 sided moss agate pendulum is cut in a Vogal cut and is hung on a silver chain. On the opposite side of the pendulum crystal I have attached three moss agate stars that are interspaced with two tree agate tube beads and finally finished off with an adorable tag that says "Now" on one side and has a design on the opposite side.

I decided on the "Be" tag because to work with a pendulum you need to be in the now. I also liked that tag because moss agate is a stone that connects you with earth energies and helps to focus you on being in the now, so it seemed to just fit like that!

What is a Pendulum?

The Pendulum is a tool that is used to help you access the collective consciousness/collective unconsciousness to you and your Higher Self.

Pendulums can answer any sort of question for you, help you find lost items, do healings, and adjust chakras as well many other things. Pendulums connect you with YOUR higher being and self, therefore it is important to keep in mind that these answers ultimately come from you.

There are many different types of pendulums; many of them are made out of different types of gemstones and metals. I personally like the gemstone pendulums best, but they all work wonderfully if you practice and connect with your pendulum.

How to choose your pendulum?

Pendulums carry a vibration of their own, like crystals and gemstones. When you pick out your pendulum, if it feels right, ask it if it wants to come home with you. If the pendulum says "yes", then you should get that one. If the pendulum says "no" then you should not get it. If purchasing a pendulum online, you can ask the seller to do that for you, if you purchase one from me I will be happy to ask the pendulum if it belongs to you or not. Also you can see which one you feel drawn too, even through the computer one can sense if the pendulum they are looking at is the one they should have. I would suggest that if buying it online that you ask the seller if that is the actual picture of the actual pendulum that you are buying, as
it is best to see the actual pendulum if you buy it online. All my pendulums I sell are the actual picture of the pendulum you will get for this reason.

You can choose the pendulum with certain stones to ask certain questions. For instance, if I want to ask about a love question, I would use my rose quartz pendulum. If I want to ask a spiritual question I might use my amethyst
pendulum.

If you are not looking to choose a pendulum because of the stone it is made out of, then you can choose the one that calls to you. If you feel drawn to a specific pendulum, then you should use that one. Sometimes it takes a little
while to find a pendulum that you feel connected to, so don’t give up on looking! If you want to work with a pendulum then at the very least one will find you.

Those are just suggestions, not rules, but they have helped me in working with pendulums and figuring out what is best for me. If all else fails a chakra pendulum, metal or clear quartz pendulum works great too! Most of all you want to feel connected to your pendulum so go with that, as that is more important then what it is made out of.

Handmade pendulums are really nice as well as natural pendulums made with raw gemstones or even leather. It is entirely up to the user as to which kind of pendulum you would like to use.

So I have my pendulum chosen, what next?

Most Pendulums are on a chain or cord of some sort that is
anywhere from 5-12 inches in length. You use it by holding the cord with your thumb and forefinger at the end and
allowing the stone or pendulum part dangle. You can then ask it a question, usually yes and no questions are good to start off with.

Note that when you are using a pendulum, you need to be fully present in the moment and focused on the question at hand for it to work for you. Working with a pendulum is sort of like playing an instrument, the more you use it, the
better you can do it!

So how do you get your answers?

Well first when getting a pendulum that you want to work with, one of the first things you do it ask the pendulum what means no and what means yes. Some pendulums will swing up and down for a no answer and some will swing left to right for a no answer. It is important for you to clarify that BEFORE you start working with the pendulum. Once you have established what means yes and no then you are ready to ask questions of the pendulum.

You can start the pendulum off by rotating it in a circle at first, it is easier for you to get an answer from the moving pendulum then a still one. Once you get the hang of it, you probably wont need to start the moving process first, but to start off you might do better to just gently rotate it in a circle. After you have established what the directions for yes and no are, then you can start the process of asking it questions you know answers to already. That way you can verify if the swing of the pendulum is right. You can also ask it questions like, Can you show me the directions of front door of the house? Those sorts of
questions help you and your pendulum’s energy m acclimate to one another.

This process should take you some time to go through, a couple days maybe even a couple weeks. Just work with it until you feel comfortable with it. I have found that the more you hold your pendulum, the more you are able to connect with it and get accurate answers from it.

Once you feel comfortable with asking questions from the pendulum, you can then start to ask it questions you don’t know the answer to.

I usually start off by asking it questions like:
Are you willing to give me a truthful answer?
Do you want to work with me?
Is my name (insert your name here)?

And then I proceed from there and ask it other questions. Just remember to ask questions that are not ego related questions! As the pendulum might not give you accurate answers if you do! Always ask your pendulum questions to
things related to your well being or others well being.

Metaphysical Healing Properties of Turquoise

Turquoise has been valued and used since ancient times. It has been used by Shamans and Native Americans both as a protective stone and bestower of goodness.

Turquoise can be used to balance the male and female energies and bring forth mental and spiritual clarities. It is known as a very wise stone and master healer. It helps to dissipate negative energy to the one called to wear or place it in their environment. In ancient times turquoise was used to heal cataracts and other eye problems.

So I have my pendulum chosen, what next?

Most Pendulums are on a chain or cord of some sort that is
anywhere from 5-12 inches in length. You use it by holding the cord with your thumb and forefinger at the end and
allowing the stone or pendulum part dangle. You can then ask it a question, usually yes and no questions are good to start off with.

Note that when you are using a pendulum, you need to be fully present in the moment and focused on the question at hand for it to work for you. Working with a pendulum is sort of like playing an instrument, the more you use it, the
better you can do it!

Well first when getting a pendulum that you want to work with, one of the first things you do it ask the pendulum what means no and what means yes. Some pendulums will swing up and down for a no answer and some will swing left to right for a no answer. It is important for you to clarify that BEFORE you start working with the pendulum. Once you have established what means yes and no then you are ready to ask questions of the pendulum.

You can start the pendulum off by rotating it in a circle at first, it is easier for you to get an answer from the moving pendulum then a still one. Once you get the hang of it, you probably wont need to start the moving process first, but to start off you might do better to just gently rotate it in a circle. After you have established what the directions for yes and no are, then you can start the process of asking it questions you know answers to already. That way you can verify if the swing of the pendulum is right. You can also ask it questions like, Can you show me the directions of front door of the house? Those sorts of
questions help you and your pendulum’s energy m acclimate to one another.

This process should take you some time to go through, a couple days maybe even a couple weeks. Just work with it until you feel comfortable with it. I have found that the more you hold your pendulum, the more you are able to connect with it and get accurate answers from it.

Once you feel comfortable with asking questions from the pendulum, you can then start to ask it questions you don’t know the answer to.

I usually start off by asking it questions like:
Are you willing to give me a truthful answer?
Do you want to work with me?
Is my name (insert your name here)?

And then I proceed from there and ask it other questions. Just remember to ask questions that are not ego related questions! As the pendulum might not give you accurate answers if you do! Always ask your pendulum questions to
things related to your well being or others well being.

I haven't made any memory wire things in a little bit & most of the sets I did make sold... So this looks like a new project for me -- but its something I have done for a while. I love to create these "random appearing" memory wire sets to share with everyone. They appear random but there is a method to my madness in making them :)

The stones in this particular necklace are all earthy stones that will help to calm and relax frayed nerves. (I have a set similar to this one for myself, I love it!) Not only is it adorable, it helps relax you, what could be better, right?! I love stars, they have become a running theme in my jewelery too, sort of like my name Starlene. Not all my pieces have stars in them, but this one has a lot of cute little Thai silver stars sprinkled throughout the design, its just CUTE!

The memory wire part of the necklace is about 15 inches in length and then the dangly wire & tag that says "Here" is a little more. The dangly wire is sterling silver, the tag & memory wire are silver plated. I do not think they make memory wire out of sterling silver because it needs to be rather hard to hold its memory. I thought the "Here" tag was appropriate because all of the centering stones in the piece...

I am selling the bracelet to match in another ad. These items are ONE OF A KIND and WILL NOT be repeated so if you like them feel free to grab them all! Snowflake Obsidian & Hematite Necklace #JN011

This cutie is made with a pretty chunk of snowflake obsidian in the middle surrounded by snowflake obsidian chip beads and little hematite round beads.
There are also thai tribal wrap beads that surround the center, as you can see from the close up. I actually think this one would look good on a guy or girl, if it fits.

The necklace closes with a sterling silver hook and eye clasp and is 17" long.

Snowflake Obsidian is a wonderfully calming stone, it brings one back to their center while relaxing and calming the spirit. Hematite is a great stone for grounding and cleansing the mind. It can be used in meditation and to help keep one grounded at the same time.

These cute little dangle earrings are made from a pink cats eye stone. They are carved into crescent half moons. The earrings are silver hooks with three little silver balls on the end of them. I am also including two plastic backs so they wont fall off :)

Often times when someone gets a piece of my jewelery that is charged with Reiki like this one is, they tell me that is just "feels good"! ROSE QUARTZ PENDULUM - Reiki Infused - For Opening Chakras Heart Healing and Dowsing

This adorable 9 sided clear quartz pendulum is cut in a Vogal cut and is hung on a silver chain. On the opposite side of the pendulum crystal I have attached a rose quartz sphere and two pink chip beads. Finally I finished off with an adorable tag that says "Love" on on both sides!

I decided on the "Love" tag because rose quartz is a stone of love and happy emotions. So I figured this would be an awesome companion for someone that is going to use this while doing Reiki or healing treatments, or someone divining about love things :)

CLEAR QUARTZ PENDULUM - Reiki Infused - For Opening Chakras and Dowsing

This adorable 8 sided clear quartz pendulum is cut in a Vogal cut and is hung on a silver chain. On the opposite side of the pendulum crystal I have attached three faceted clear quartz beads that are interspaced with two silver flower spacers and finally finished off with an adorable tag that says "Imagine" on one side and has a swirly design on the opposite side.

I decided on the "Imagine" tag because to work with a pendulum you need to use your imagination and connect with the Spirit of the pendulum. I also liked that tag because you can program clear quartz for whatever reason you would like to program it for,,, so use your imagination when using it!!

Clear Quartz can create altered states of consciousness and can serve as a
bridge to connect one with their psychic abilities, talents, and abilities of the mind. Metaphysically Clear Quartz attunes to all of the chakras bringing light into them and clearing them of negativity. There are specific gemstones and crystal

MOSS AGATE PENDULUM - Reiki Infused - For Clearing Chakras and Dowsing

Aside from being a balancing stone agate also acts as a shield to ones aura, promoting faithfulness in relationships, balancing sexual energy and promoting ones natural talents.

Moss Agate is strongly connected to nature and the earth. Moss agate can help people be less sensitive to weather and environmental pollutants.

Moss Agate is also a birthing stone, helpful to midwives and women that are pregnant.

Moss Agate is helpful when one is recovering from something. It speeds up the recovery process and acts as an anti-inflammatory and eliminated depression.

Tree agate should be worn for long periods of times for best application. Tree Agate helps one to see the beauty in everything. There is beauty there to show that to you. Tree Agate is there to show that to you. Tree agate is very calming and soothing to ones that has suffered any sort of trauma.

This stone like moss agate is very connected to nature. If you feel disconnected to nature then wearing or having a piece of tree agate will help you connect further.

Alike its name it connects you with tree energy and allows you to help heal the earth.

What is a Pendulum?

The Pendulum is a tool that is used to help you access the collective consciousness/collective unconsciousness to you and your Higher Self.

Pendulums can answer any sort of question for you, help you find lost items, do healings, and adjust chakras as well many other things. Pendulums connect you with YOUR higher being and self, therefore it is important to keep in mind that these answers ultimately come from you.

There are many different types of pendulums; many of them are made out of different types of gemstones and metals. I personally like the gemstone pendulums best, but they all work wonderfully if you practice and connect with your pendulum.

How to choose your pendulum?

Pendulums carry a vibration of their own, like crystals and gemstones. When you pick out your pendulum, if it feels right, ask it if it wants to come home with you. If the pendulum says "yes", then you should get that one. If the pendulum says "no" then you should not get it. If purchasing a pendulum online, you can ask the seller to do that for you, if you purchase one from me I will be happy to ask the pendulum if it belongs to you or not. Also you can see which one you feel drawn too, even through the computer one can sense if the pendulum they are looking at is the one they should have. I would suggest that if buying it online that you ask the seller if that is the actual picture of the actual pendulum that you are buying, as
it is best to see the actual pendulum if you buy it online. All my pendulums I sell are the actual picture of the pendulum you will get for this reason.

You can choose the pendulum with certain stones to ask certain questions. For instance, if I want to ask about a love question, I would use my rose quartz pendulum. If I want to ask a spiritual question I might use my amethyst
pendulum.

If you are not looking to choose a pendulum because of the stone it is made out of, then you can choose the one that calls to you. If you feel drawn to a specific pendulum, then you should use that one. Sometimes it takes a little
while to find a pendulum that you feel connected to, so don’t give up on looking! If you want to work with a pendulum then at the very least one will find you.

Those are just suggestions, not rules, but they have helped me in working with pendulums and figuring out what is best for me. If all else fails a chakra pendulum, metal or clear quartz pendulum works great too! Most of all you want to feel connected to your pendulum so go with that, as that is more important then what it is made out of.

Handmade pendulums are really nice as well as natural pendulums made with raw gemstones or even leather. It is entirely up to the user as to which kind of pendulum you would like to use.

So I have my pendulum chosen, what next?

Most Pendulums are on a chain or cord of some sort that is
anywhere from 5-12 inches in length. You use it by holding the cord with your thumb and forefinger at the end and
allowing the stone or pendulum part dangle. You can then ask it a question, usually yes and no questions are good to start off with.

Note that when you are using a pendulum, you need to be fully present in the moment and focused on the question at hand for it to work for you. Working with a pendulum is sort of like playing an instrument, the more you use it, the
better you can do it!

So how do you get your answers?

Well first when getting a pendulum that you want to work with, one of the first things you do it ask the pendulum what means no and what means yes. Some pendulums will swing up and down for a no answer and some will swing left to right for a no answer. It is important for you to clarify that BEFORE you start working with the pendulum. Once you have established what means yes and no then you are ready to ask questions of the pendulum.

You can start the pendulum off by rotating it in a circle at first, it is easier for you to get an answer from the moving pendulum then a still one. Once you get the hang of it, you probably wont need to start the moving process first, but to start off you might do better to just gently rotate it in a circle. After you have established what the directions for yes and no are, then you can start the process of asking it questions you know answers to already. That way you can verify if the swing of the pendulum is right. You can also ask it questions like, Can you show me the directions of front door of the house? Those sorts of
questions help you and your pendulum’s energy m acclimate to one another.

This process should take you some time to go through, a couple days maybe even a couple weeks. Just work with it until you feel comfortable with it. I have found that the more you hold your pendulum, the more you are able to connect with it and get accurate answers from it.

Once you feel comfortable with asking questions from the pendulum, you can then start to ask it questions you don’t know the answer to.

I usually start off by asking it questions like:
Are you willing to give me a truthful answer?
Do you want to work with me?
Is my name (insert your name here)?

And then I proceed from there and ask it other questions. Just remember to ask questions that are not ego related questions! As the pendulum might not give you accurate answers if you do! Always ask your pendulum questions to
things related to your well being or others well being.

This adorable set is a new sort of thing I am trying out! The bracelet is made out of rose quartz & amethyst small beads, along with cherry quartz oval beads and a rhodonite flower bead.

Two of the beads on the bracelet are actually little cages, you can actually open them up some and put a different bead or small stone in there! I put rhodonite beads in there already but if you want something else, let me know and I may be able to do that for you, or you can do it yourself when you get it!

I love the idea of being able to change the stones in the little cages because I wear my gemstones for their purposes... Not just their beauty :)

All of these stones can be placed on the chakras to help balance and keep them that way. Since I am charging them with Reiki energy (unless you ask me not to) they will also give you a nice boost of Reiki energy when you use them. You can use them all at once or even carry a certain one with you for the day if you are feeling the need to balance a particular chakra out. For instance if you are feeling ungrounded maybe you would like to carry one of the root chakra stones with you that day.

You can also put them in your enviroment so your Aura comes in contact with them often. Just by having them near you their energies will come in contact with your aura and help to put you in a balanced state and keep you there.

You can play with them and see what works best for you.

The chakras are parts of our spiritual bodies. We have
three bodies, we have our physical body that we can all
touch and feel, the emotional/mental bodies that we all
feel on the inside and a "less known" but much more
important (in my opinion) a spiritual body. I believe it is
much less known or understood because it is more
subtle, more delicate then our physical or
mental/emotional bodies.

There are 7 main chakras in our spiritual bodies. We have lots of other little chakras in our bodies that some called meridians, they are what acupuncturists deal with when creating channels throughout our bodies. So the thought and idea of these chakras is not some "new age" idea or newly discovered thing. In fact I believe it is because of the age we are in that people are becoming more and more aware of their spiritual bodies as we evolve.

The 7 main chakras in our bodies all govern certain areas of our physical and emotional self. I will go in more depth about each one of them on each individual chakra page, just click on each name of the chakra below to find more information about each chakra.

Root chakra ~ governs your ability to feel safe and connected to this earth. When this chakra is out of order one will feel insecure, not safe, not taken care of, I find lots of people have this trouble with their root chakra and in my opinion we need the root to be strong otherwise all the other chakras have a problem
being on a shaky foundation.

Sacral Chakra ~ governs your sense of taste, smell, sensuality, sexual and reproductive organs, it also governs the pancreas, spleen and intestines. When the sacral chakra is unbalanced one can have problems in any of these physical areas or have trouble with their own sexuality.

Solar Plexus ~ governs your connection to "the other side", it is also said that an ethereal cord is connected from our physical bodies and our spiritual bodies through the solar plexus chakra. This chakra also governs the "me" part of your personality it is the center of personal power, ambition, intellect, astral force,
desire. If the root is your foundation and the sacral your senses then the solar plexus is how you identify yourself.

Heart Chakra ~ governs our emotions and feelings. The heart also governs our actual physical heart, when someone has heart dis-ease it is likely they unresolved have emotional issues as well.

Throat Chakra ~ governs our voice and creativity. The throat chakra when open someone will have the ability to speak their truth without worry and express themselves well.

Third Eye or Brow Chakra ~ governs out psychic sense and visions. When this chakra is open and working properly we will likely be very in-sync with other and things around us.

Crown Chakra ~ governs our connection to "Our Creator" however it is you define "Our Creator" usually this chakra is either open or closed, there is not usually an in-between.
