The black beads are glass and the metal is silver-plate. Beads are on on a very sturdy steel pin. The usable portion (the stick itself) is 6 1/8 inches or 15.5 cm and in total it is a hair over 7 3/4 (20cm) with the cross hanging 3.5 inches (8.7cm) from the top.

I'm adding a some hair sticks to my store - I made a few for myself and couldn't resist decorating some more. Anyone who has used them knows how simply wonderful they are to use. I have tried everything to hold up my hair in the past and sticks are the only things that have worked for longer than a few seconds.

I love working with these tiny marbles, they're like little gems.
For this pendant I placed little micro-marbles onto the base one at a time with epoxy and then used resin to hold them permanently together. The base is stainless steel and the marbles are glass.
The subject is an Egyptian hieroglyph. It is 1.25" wide and 1.5" tall.
Pendant comes with a 16" silver plate chain.

Mjolnir is the name of Thor's hammer and here it depicted in micro-beads set on a stainless steel plate and then covered in resin to protect the picture.
The hammer itself is made in black,blue, dark pink, amber and silver. The background is red.
The microbeads (or micromarbles) are glass and it is finished with silver foil tape around the edge.
It is 1.25" wide and 1.5" tall.
Pendant comes with a 16" silver plate chain.

These earrings are made from 2 gemstone beads on plated discs and tubes. The stones look a bit like jadeite but are more of a green color with black and white running through them (see pictures).
They hang from silver-plated leverbacks.

Okay, so it's not quite history...yet!
It's a bit hard for me to read the tiny print so I'm not sure if they beamed up some politicians or just stopped by for some good Chinese food.

Tiny newspapers folded like the ones a newspaper boy would throw on the porch. These have the headline "Aliens Land In Capital" on them.

The papers have been sealed to protect them from the elements and they are securely attached to surgical steel posts. They are water resistant but not water-proof.

The first picture shows the front page before it's folded.

These little kites are made from a soldered frame of brass with tails of copper and are covered in tissue paper. The "skin" of the kite is coated in a sealant but remains a bit transparent.
All of the metal is brass except for the tail. They are not water-proof.

They are 8cm long or 3.25" from where they would hang in the ear.

Rose quartz beads sit on a curved wire, skewed at a slight angle and are meant to move. I wanted them to be like little planets in orbit (hence the tilt).
The earrings hang from sterling silver ear wires (made just for this) and drove my photographer crazy as he waited for them to be still.
Not subtle, don't-notice-me earrings!

They will hang about 2.5 inches (63 cm) from your ear.
