This piece of work is an old book entitled 'Conversations with Painters'(not a precious one) deconstructed, cut, stuck, soaked, photographed and then reconstructed using handmade Japanese paper and an inkjet printer.

This listing is for an A4 size print on handmade Japanese paper, of a page of my book work Pages (please see the book in a seperate listing.) The image is a photograph of book spines.

This is a set of five inkjet printed A5 images on 100% cotton Japanese paper. The prints are of various pieces of cut paper work I made during my Master's degree in Book Arts, and one cut book.

Set of Five Disintegrating Book Digital Prints

These prints were exhibited at my MA book arts show in London. They are of an Artists Book of drawings on tissue paper (made by me) disintegrating in a tank of caustic soda over the course of five days. Beautiful ethereal photographs perfect for displaying in your home or anywhere else. These prints are inkjet printed A5 on 100% cotton Japanese paper. Encore - Artists' Book

This is a copy of a piece of work exhibited at my final show for my Master's degree in Book Arts at the University of the Arts, London.

The original book is a series of drawings on Japanese tissue paper. The repeated figure comes into and out of focus against an urban background.

I think I prefer this copy to the original. Printed on bible paper, it retains all the texture and translucence of the original. It looks to be creased and folded but the pages are perfectly flat.

This A5 book is made up of photographs of piles of books. I think this is one of my favourite books so far. Each image looks like a painting and the colour palate is amazing. Even if I do say so myself.

This is the next piece in the series of books of which Conversations with Painters is the first. I should probably come up with a name for the series soon. :)

The image and title pretty much speak for themselves. This is a cut book I made during my Master's degree. I use old books - cutting and teasing them apart. Each one is different and won't look exactly like the picture, I can also use a book of your choice. It will arrive flat, like a normal book, all you have to do is pull the curls out and arrange them as you please

The Lion - Artists' Book

This handmade, hardback, stab stitched (by me) artists book is made from a variety reclaimed paper.

The story is a Roald Dahl poem that my Mum used to read to me as a child, which has been cut up, mixed around and made into a new story.

The book could also be used as a very special sketchbook or notebook.
