Yes, you guessed it! Another one of my beaded beads made with glass that evidently gets its color from uranium. It fluoresces yellow-green under UV light.
Cool, huh?

Strung on 1 yard of clear gel elastic so it sort of looks as if it's floating in space.

A toy for adults. Comes with a Hello Kitty bead if you behave nicely.

Bead is about 1 inch (25 cm) in diameter. My mannequin's plaster hand models it for you.

Also included are instructions for how to do crossweaving and how to tie a concealed knot.

This is a thicker, more 3-dimensional heart. Simple to make, once you know the tricks! Two different methods are diagrammed and explained step-by-step.

Also included are instructions for how to do crossweaving, tie a concealed knot, and a suggestion for constructing a beaded bail. A colorless pattern sheet is included so you can work out your own multi-color combinations for future pieces.

A giant bead that glows greenish yellow in daylight, and fluoresces a fiery green under UV light – you just know that can’t be good. So of course it's fun!

If the word “uranium” makes you panicky, better stay away from these, because I suspect that’s what gives this glass its absinthe glow. Those who paid attention in science class, on the other hand, will be unconcerned because they know that low level alpha radiation doesn’t have the poop to pass through a piece of paper. You’re at more risk getting an X-ray at your dentist’s office.

Suspend a couple beneath your UV grow-light to entertain, impress, and inspire your. . .uh. . .mimbletonia.

I invented this particular beaded bead all by myself. What a claim to fame, huh?
