In my photography business, I am usually taking pictures of people during their special occasions such as weddings or the birth of a baby but my favorite things to photograph are the details of these events - the rings, the flowers, the little toes. So I decided to give myself a special assignment of macro only photography for the next few weeks and to divide it into different categories. This is number 2 of my Urban series - the search for beauty in the minutae of concrete, bolts and flaking paint.

This listing is for an 10 x 8 archival print - perfect for framing. And don't worry, the copyright notice will not be on the final print!

All of the lilacs and crabapple trees are in full bloom right now and I just couldn't resist trying to capture the color and beauty of it all!

This image is approx 7x9 and is printed on an 8.5x11 piece of canvas (this image is meant to be framed in an 8x10 frame with some white showing around the image).
