SWEATER PATTERN BUNDLE No Two Snowflakes presents Katrina Ballerina Flying Trapeze and Rockefeller Center PDF patterns by Nicole Feller-Johnson

$16.00
SPECIAL OFFER! For a limited time, we are offering 3 NTS patterns as a bundle-- Katrina Ballerina Lace Layering Cardigan, Flying Trapeze Lace Tunic, and Rockefeller Center Skating Shrug. For more images of these patterns, please see the individual listings for each item in my shop.

Buy all three patterns at a big savings!
Regular price $21- Pattern bundle $16
Descriptions of each pattern below...

KATRINA BALLERINA:This sweet layering cardigan was designed for my beautiful sister Katie! A perfect cardigan for ballet class or throwing on over your favorite tank or long sleeved shirt, the Katrina Ballerina Lace Layering Cardigan will work well in almost any wool, silk, or cashmere!

Knit from the top down, the cardigan is comprised of two main sections: a modified, gentle ballet neck with the increases that happen before the sleeves separate from the body, and the long Bodice Lace body section, which reminds me of traditional ballet corsets. It is a very flattering piece—the vertical lines slim and lengthen the torso, and the top section stops above your mid-bust, creating a more modern A-line silhouette!

Suggested Yarn: No Two Snowflakes, Sundara ASM, Handmaiden Silk Maiden, Knitpicks Wool of the Andes
Yarn weight: Worsted- Aran
Gauge: 20 rows and 18 stitches = 4” in straight stockinette
Needle size: US 8 or 9, whatever is needed to obtain gauge.
Yardage: S (33-35” bust) 400-450 yds , M (36-38” bust) 500 yds. , L (40-42” bust) 550 yds, XL (43”+ bust) 600-700+ yds-- All yardage will vary depending on desired length

FLYING TRAPEZE:
Inspired by fluttering costumes of trapeze performers, this cozy and comfortable, yet light and airy Trapeze line Flutter Sleeve Tunic is the ideal layering piece! Great to throw on over yoga clothes, or as a casual back-to-school sweater, the Aran yarn and lace stitching makes this a super speedy knit… Knit in the round, “Flying Trapeze” features a modified traditional lace stitch body, with a sweet scooping ballet neck and wide set shoulder, soft flutter sleeves, and an oversize bottom hem to add to the flattering tunic line. This top-down, seamless sweater can be knit to a shorter length to be worn with jeans or a few inches longer to be worn layered over leggings or cigarette pants. It works well with either a camisole or long sleeved shirt underneath, and has a free and unrestricted bust area to allow for better layering. Instructions for altering size and fit are given in pattern :)

Suggested Yarn: Reynold's Rapture (shown), Spud and Chloe Sweater, Malabrigo Merino Worsted, Noro Kochoran
Yarn weight: Heavy Worsted- Aran - Light Bulky
Gauge: 18 rows and 16 stitches = 4” in straight stockinette
Needle size: US 10 circular and one set US 10.5 DPN's, whatever is needed to obtain gauge.
Yardage: S (33-35” bust) 375 yds. , M (36-38” bust) 425 yds. , L (40-42” bust) 475 yds, XL (43”+ bust) 550+ yds-- All yardage will vary depending on desired length
Sample size shown is Large.

This pattern will work well with both semi-solid and variegated yarns :)

ROCKEFELLER CENTER:
This luxurious sweater shrug was inspired by the ice skaters at Rockefeller Center at Christmastime; I love watching skaters holding hands and whizzing around the rink beneath the giant, light-studded tree!
Bright Dk Weight Cashmere is transformed into a cozy skating shrug that features ultra-soft and lofty Thermal Ribbed sleeves, collar, and edging, with a wrap-over front for extra warmth, and rhinestone buttons for a bit of holiday sparkle… A perfect little cardigan for ice skating, skiing, or throwing on over your favorite tank or long sleeved shirt, this sweet shrug is also a fantastic accent to wear with formal holiday dresses. The Rockefeller Center Shrug will work well in almost any wool/silk, Merino, or luxurious cashmere; try Great Northern Yarns mink/cashmere for an especially scrumptious knit —smaller yardage makes this a great project for luxury yarn use!
Knit from the top down, the shrug is seamlessly made… the collar and bottom band are knit right onto the body, so no sewing is required. Rockefeller Center has a modern silhouette that is very clean, and the shaping can be made more or less A-line as you desire. Simple enough to be knit in solid, semi-solid, or handpainted colorways, you will want to knit this again and again…cozy up to this decadent little shrug!

Suggested Yarn:No Two Snowflakes DK Cashmere, Great Northern Yarns Mink Cashmere, Colourmart Cashmere DK,
Dye My Darling DK Merino, KnitPicks Merino Style or DK Gloss
Gauge: 5 stitches/1” in straight stockinette

Needle size: US 6, or whatever is needed to obtain gauge.

Yardage: S (33-35” bust) 400-475 yds , M (36-38” bust) 525-550 yds. , L (40-42” bust) 575-650 yds, XL (43”+ bust) 675-750+ yds-- All yardage will vary depending on desired length

Notions: (2) rhinestone buttons or other decorative buttons for outside of sweater (2) Small Sized Buttons (buttons used shown are 3/4” ) for interior of sweater,( 2) small snaps (optional) if you would like to have a neater closure on the neck band.
$38.00
SALE! take 20% OFF ALL DK CASHMERE! I WILL REFUND VIA PAYPAL OR CONVO ME FOR AN INVOICE!

Blood Red, Blue-Violet, and Rose combine in this "Ture Bood" inspired colorway... dramatic and striking!
It doesn't get much more luxurious than this hand dyed pure cashmere in a decadent colorway! Soft, soft, soft, this yarn is a must have!

Truly a spectacular yarn, and for the luxury yarn lover, a perfect treat... Enough yardage in one skein for a great cable knit cowl, or Bread and Butter Hat -- I promise you will never want to stop petting it, both in the skeins and in your projects :) As a cable ply yarn, it is very beautiful and will remain soft without the pilling that is so common in cashmere. Stitch definition would be great for cables or lace-- let your imagination go wild!!!

100% Pure Cashmere
Cable Ply
120 Yds/ skein
DK- Light Worsted weight ... this yarn in my opinion is super close to a worsted, although technically still a DK.
50 grams/skein (2) skeins available
No special orders are available on this colorway, but please contact me if you are interested in other cashmere and I can tell you what I can get!

FREE "Charlotte Luxury Cowl" OR "Bread and Butter Men's Hat" pattern with any DK Cashmere purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As with all luxury fibers, I highly recommend dry cleaning. However, a very minimal amount of spinning oil has been left in this yarn for ease while knitting, so you may choose to wash the skein gently first in a mild wool wash, or soak it before the initial blocking to rid it of the very last of the oil and cause your cashmere to reach its bloom!

Questions? please convo me, email me at NoTwoSnowflakes [!at] aol.com, or find me on Ravelry as No Two Snowflakes!

No Two Snowflakes presents Katrina Ballerina Lace Layering Cardigan TOP DOWN SWEATER PATTERN PDF by Nicole Feller-Johnson

$7.00

This sweet layering cardigan was designed for my beautiful sister Katie!

This pattern will work well with both semi-solid and variegated yarns :)

Errata **Row 8 of the warm-up section**-- instead of "P to the last marker" it should read "P to the last 6 stitches" the pattern has since been corrected-- but if you purchased this pattern before May 14th, please email me at NoTwoSnowflakes@aol.com for an updated version.
Typo ** a very few patterns were mailed out by mistake which read that on Row 25 and 26 you should repeat button band rows 9 and 10. This should read button band rows 11 and 12.

This listing is to purchase the PDF of this pattern. I WILL REFUND VIA PAYPAL OR CONVO ME FOR AN INVOICE!

The absolute softest, palest Petal Pink, Pearl, Ballet, with the subtlest hints of Lavender combine in this amazing colorway... the absolute perfect baby girl gifting yarn!!!
It doesn't get much more luxurious than this hand dyed pure cashmere-- Soft, soft, soft, this yarn is a must have!

Take all 5 skeins for a "Katrina Ballerina" or Baby Blanket. Stitch definition would be great for cables or lace-- let your imagination go wild!!!

100% Pure Cashmere
Cable Ply
120 Yds/ skein
DK- Light Worsted weight ... this yarn in my opinion is super close to a worsted, although technically still a DK.
50 grams/skein (5) skeins available
No special orders are available on this colorway, but please contact me if you are interested in other cashmere and I can tell you what I can get!

FREE "Charlotte Luxury Cowl" OR "Bread and Butter Men's Hat" pattern with any DK Cashmere purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Buy all 6 and get the FREE NTS pattern of your choice!

However, a very minimal amount of spinning oil has been left in this yarn for ease while knitting, so you may choose to wash the skein gently first in a mild wool wash, or soak it before the initial blocking to rid it of the very last of the oil and cause your cashmere to reach its bloom!

Questions? please convo me, email me at NoTwoSnowflakes@aol.com, or find me on Ravelry as No Two Snowflakes!

No Two Snowflakes presents Rockefeller Center Skating Shrug TOP DOWN CARDIGAN SWEATER PATTERN PDF by Nicole Feller-Johnson

$7.00

(6) Stitch Markers, Stitch Holder if adding extra rows to sleeves

This pattern will work well with both solid, semi-solid and variegated yarns :)

This listing is to purchase the PDF of this pattern. You can see her lovely work here on Etsy at Heirloom Lace
http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5724612

This is Karen's latest exclusive design for No Two Snowflakes, and we thank her for lending her considerable talents to our offerings :) Karen and Nicole would also like to thank our excellent group of test knitters on Ravelry who made the release of this pattern possible!

An intriguing fishnet background has captured frolicking seahorses in this unique lace stole pattern! Delicate seed and undulating seaweed edging frames four symmetrical seahorses, and the net background can display beads and charms, creating a shimmering lace wrap-- an excellent choice for an advanced beginner-intermediate lace knitter! Beads are optional, and eights charts are included in this very detailed pattern to give you more options in length and shaping, including fully charted seahorse-on-mesh sections...the stole is ever so slightly trapezoidal in shape. It can be knit in lace or fingering weight for a great year-round evening wrap. You will be showered with compliments when you wear this amazing piece!

Some words from Karen about herself:
"I am an 11th generation Atlantan, wife, mother of one, stepmother of two, semi-retired from years of legal secretarial and interpreting work in Atlanta and metro Atlanta.
No Two Snowflakes presents First Snowfall FIRST ANNIVERSARY LACE SHAWL PATTERN PDF by Karen Walker

$10.00

No Two Snowflakes is thrilled to present the work of Karen Walker, an amazing lace knitting artist and designer! You can see her lovely work here on Etsy at Heirloom Lace
http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5724612

This exclusive design is from Karen Walker, incelebration of the one year anniversary of No Two Snowflakes :) We thank her for lending her considerable talents to our offerings :)

Just so beautiful, and so delicate! Tiny snow flurries drift down to larger, icy lace patterning... a wintry delight! Knit in a half-circlular shape, this is a warm shawl to throw on while knitting on chilly winter evenings-- the garter stitch patterning adds extra coziness. This pattern will show both semi solid and variegated yarns well, and is a must-have addition to your collection! Throw it on with jeans or a long skirt, and enjoy our First Snowfall!

Some words about the shawl from Karen:
"Inspiration for this shawl came largely from my love of many of the leaf, vine, and floral knitting patterns as well as recent completion of a circular spiral shawl which has become one of my favorites. The idea of trying to create a
pattern integrating both ideas was challenging, but in the end, with a lovely finished shawl, very gratifying. I hope you will enjoy knitting and wearing this shawl."

Some words from Karen about herself:
"I am an 11th generation Atlantan, wife, mother of one, stepmother of two, semi-retired from years of legal secretarial and interpreting work in Atlanta and metro Atlanta. I was raised in a very loving, close-knit Christian home, and learned to knit while in high school, having watched my mother sew, crochet, and quilt for years. Designing for myself is not new to me; designing for others is relatively new but very exciting. I hope my meagre contribution to the Knitting Community will provide pleasure."

THE PATTERN
Suggested Yarn: No Two Snowflakes Laceweight
shown here in Light Dusting Lace Club Merino
Yarn weight: Lace or Light Fingering
Finished Size: 72"-36"
Needle size: US circular 6, Crochet Hook size G or H
Yardage: 1600 yds.
For custom dyed lace yarn, please contact Nicole, contact info at the end of this listing...

This listing is to purchase the PDF of this pattern. Wear in an air-conditioned office, with a sweet sundress, or as a fall layering piece… you will throw this on again and again to add a special signature to your wardrobe. Inspired by my lovely and elegant Mother-in-Law, Charlotte, who knows how to enjoy little luxuries, and has such excellent taste!

Suggested Yarn: Any Heavy Sport, DK, or Light Worsted
will do. Handspun works great in this stitch
pattern!
Shown here in about 110-120 yds.
Of Tilli Thomas Fil De La Mer
Also recommended—No Two Snowflakes DK Silk, Sundara Sport Silk, Malabrigo Dos

Gauge: varies

Needle size: US 8 / 5.0 mm

Yardage: 110-130 yards

Notions: One stitch marker, if desired.

This pattern will work well with both semi-solid and variegated yarns, and is even suitable for self-striping sock yarn if it is very heavy weight. Gauge is not terribly important, the pattern can be adapted to fit your yarn!

This listing is to purchase the PDF of this pattern.
No Two Snowflakes presents Something Wicked This Way Comes LACE SHAWL PATTERN PDF by Karen Walker

$12.00
No Two Snowflakes is thrilled to present the work of Karen Walker, an amazing lace knitting artist and designer! You can see her lovely work here on Etsy at Heirloom Lace
http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5724612

This is Karen's latest exclusive design for No Two Snowflakes, and we thank her for lending her considerable talents to our offerings :)

An unbelievably gorgeous pattern! This is a unique and exciting knitting experience, an excellent choice for an intermediate-advanced lace knitter! When Karen and I brainstormed about this design, we liked the dramatic shape of the hexagon, and Karen's design has far exceeded my lofty hopes for this idea:) The pattern is composed of four charts and is a hexagonal shape with an elegant lace patterned center section... the flaming lace motif descends to a dramatic arched and pointed lace border. This is a fantastic shawl to wear, it is very large and drapes about the body in a beautiful, exciting manner! Truly heirloom quality, you will be stunning in this piece-- a dark and dramatic shape!

Yarn weight: Lace or Light Fingering
Finished Size: 88" by 35"
Needle size: US circular 2, 3, or 4, whatever you prefer, 27" legnth
Yardage: 2200 yds
For custom dyed lace yarn, please contact Nicole, contact info at the end of this listing...

PLEASE NOTE THAT A REVISED (CORRECTED) PDF OF THIS PATTERN IS AVAILABLE AS OF JULY 26, 2009… corrections pertain to Rows 3-26, and pertain to the yo increases on each triangle. MEA CULPA (Karen)

**Errata** "Row 8 of Chart A" was accidentally inserted twice in a row. If you have purchased this pattern on or before May 8, 2009, and would like to be sent the updated version of the pattern, please drop Nicole an email at NoTwoSnowflakes@aol.com. There is a second Errata in that an additional row should be inserted at Row 28. Row 28 is a WRONG-SIDE ROW and Row 1 of the Chart should not begin until ROW 29! If you have purchased the pattern on or before May 18, 2009, I will be happy to send the new updated copy... Our apologies!

This listing is to purchase the PDF of this pattern. Your access to the PDF has a 3 month availabilty from the date of purchase.Upon purchase you will receive two PDF files containing the pattern and edging charts. Float away on clouds of yummy yarn!
This cowl is knit in the round, and is a stylish accessory for when you need just a little added warmth or coverage…Wear in an air-conditioned office, with a little tunic , or as an extra winter layering piece.
No Two Snowflakes presents Skater's Waltz Lace Ankle Sock LACE SOCK PATTERN PDF by Nicole Feller-Johnson

$5.00
This sweet, lacey sock was inspired by Emile Waldteufel’s classical composition “The Skater’s”, also known more popularly as the “Skater’s Waltz”!
Knit from the cuff down, the Skater’s Waltz Sock uses a traditional, vintage-feel lace stitch to create a delicate, icy pattern, and has steady repeats of this stitch, accented by changing colors. The lace pattern also creates a beautiful and interesting shape of the sock at the top cuff, reminiscent of the way an ice skate looks against the ankle. Eyelet rows even provide the opportunity to “lace” your skate sock up, if you should so choose, by weaving i-cord through the eyelets-- as you would lace up a skate!

Recommended Yarn Pairings:
1. Color A = No Two Snowflakes Fingering Weight Merino
Color B = Claudia Handpainted Yarns Fingering
2. Color A = Reynold’s Soft Sea Wool
Color B = Sundara Yarn Sock
3. Color A = Kraemer Yarns Merino Silk and Silver with
Color B = Koigu Kpppm Fingering

Yarn weight: any Fingering should work
Gauge: 20 rows and 18 stitches = 4” in straight stockinette
Needle size: US 2
Yardage: 200 yds Color A, 75-100 yds. You can see her lovely work here on Etsy at Heirloom Lace
http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5724612

This is Karen's first exclusive design for No Two Snowflakes, and we thank her for lending her considerable talents to our offerings :)

This fantastic and elegant shawl will be your go-to piece for every outfit you want to dress up or just make more special! Delicate leaves spiral out and are edged in an intricate border, shown here in No Two Snowflakes Alpaca Lace. I have tried on this shawl and I just wanted to dance around the house all day in it-- you will never want to take it off!

Yarn weight: Lace or Light Fingering
Finished Size: 49"-52"
Needle size: US circular 2, 3, or 4, whatever you prefer
Yardage: 1800 yds
For custom dyed lace yarn, please contact Nicole, contact info at the end of this listing...

Karen has added errata for this pattern: "row 5 shouldn't begin with a yo thereby decreasing the stitch count per row by one"

If you have purchased this pattern and would like to be sent the updated pattern and charts, which reflect this errata, please email Nicole NoTwoSnowflakes@aol.com

This listing is to purchase the PDF of this pattern.
