This large bowl had some unusual things happen in the kiln that probably can't be reproduced - but they are BEAUTIFUL! The glaze on the outside of the bowl moved around and created some beautiful images that remind me of patterns of the surf on some remote island beach. The other side of the bowl makes me think of a calm sea just after sunset, with the sky FULL of stars.

Stoneware is wheel-thrown and the rim is hand sculpted to add beauty. Glazed in my unique version of spotted opal.

Use as a beautiful serving bowl or enjoy as a unique sculptural piece.
