I started making these dresses years ago for my granddaughter and have put alot of thought into my pillowcase dresses.

They are all always One of a Kind because they are made from an actual vintage pillowcase-*-elastic for the neckline-*-handmade ties made from leftover matching fabric or coordinating fabric-*-all stress points are triple stitched-*-machine wash and dry

This dress/top fits sizes:
2T/3T/4/5/6 as a dress
8/10 as a top

I have sewn on a satin vintage scarf to the bottom & tied it into a pretty little bow.

The top has daisies along the neckline to match the daisies in the fabric

This dress is made from a new old stock pillowcase and washed in an all natural laundry soap prior to sewing.

I do not use the ribbon ties instead I make my own straps out of the matching fabric or sometimes out of other vintage fabric and elastic for a more comfortable neckline.

Fits ages 3T - size 8 as a dress.
I don't recommend this dress as a top for the older child because it is on the narrow side in width. Most of my dresses can fit the older child as a top but not this one. It is only 30" wide compared to the standard 38" - 42" on regular pillowcases.

Measures: 24" from top to bottom hem

What is great with these pillowcase dresses....they can be worn for many years to come! Everyone has their own size chart....below is what I recommend for my dresses. I also have listed what size it would fit as a top.

Beautiful bright white dress was made from a vinatge pillowcase.

Fits 18 months as a long dress to 4T as a short dress. As a top it will fit 5 - size 8
19" from the top of the neck to the bottom hem and 40" wide at the bottom

Thie tie is turquoise with white flowers and was sewn, turned and top stitched so it will hold up in the wash.

Has this ever happened to you?
While looking for a headband for my granddaughter to wear....I had to wiggle the drawer back and forth to get it open because they were jammed in there. Mad about that I proceeded to the plastic container full of headbands only to find it a tangled mess. Then the Organized Headband Holder was born :D

It will hold 30+ headbands
4 loops ~ 2 are sewn down for the open headbands and 2 have velcro so you may put the pullover headbands on the loop and secure it closed

I have put a lot of thought into making this! It is made with a thick 2 ply flannel fabric so it won't have that pulled down look after you put all of the headbands on it. Reinforced loops ~ Vintage cord roping for the hanger ~ 3 vintage buttons added to the bottom

I have recycled a pretty vintage crocheted dress and added a few things so it wouldn't be see through.

Added:
A beautiful sheer vintage floral fabric from the bust on down to the bubble hem.
2 hand crocheted flowers to the shoulders made from javaslublu, a fellow etisian.
Vintage cording through the crocheted loops that is tried into a bow.
I replaced the dingy yellow button with a pretty soft blue vintage one.

This dress will fit sizes 12 months as a longer dress up to size 3T as a knee length dress.
