These earrings look so delicate, sparkly, fresh and having so much movement making them super fun to wear.

They are made with a variety of aquamarine blue, crystal and topaz swarovski crystals on three silver head pins. There is another head pin threaded with a larger Aquamarine swarovski crystal bicone. They all hang down from a mint green square glass bead. Simply breathtaking.

In ancient Rome, the people believed that when Neptune, the god of the ocean, traveled, he swished through the water in a chariot drawn by gigantic, enchanted horses who could breathe underwater. When fishermen first saw the minute sea horses, they were fascinated with the little creatures. We are still fascinated today with these incredible creatures!

Seahorses typically mate for life, courting for several days and meeting daily for "morning greetings". During this time they have been known to change color, swim side by side holding tails or grip the same strand of sea grass with their tails and wheel around in unison in the water together every day just after the sun has risen. Throughout the male’s incubation (the male's are impregnated having up to 1500 babies at one time), his mate visits him daily for “morning greetings”.

I first applied gesso to the canvas to achieve a textured look. Then painted the background a light blue, cayman blue and metallic green. Finally the silhouette of the sea horses was painted on. The sides are painted a deep black and no framing is necessary - Ready for the wall!!

The beads in this necklace are so incredible, each one is so beautiful and unique, not two of them are exactly alike. The look is very earthy and grounded and the silver just adds to the soft tones. However I made this necklace extra long so that it adds that modern draping look to your outfit.

It hangs down to your stomach elongating your torso, who doesn't love that! It is a necklace that is just perfect for your work outfit because from afar it is neutral but when you have a chance to look at the beads you can see the wild variety that exists.

I have used various lengths of silver wire strung with these beautiful beads that are interrupted but simple loops of chain. The beads vary from tiny heishi beads, to 6mm fancy jasper rounds, to 8mm river stone and 8 and 10 mm picture jasper and leopard jasper rounds, all interspersed with silver ball rounds and flower spacers. It is a very beautiful necklace that you will love wearing!

Earth and Grass Hoop Earrings

Although the name of these earrings suggest I made them while gardening (one of my other favorite pastimes) it is not the case. I absolutely love the colors and think they go with so many different outfits. The colors remind me of the earth and grass which are both things that I really love.

I have wire wrapped each individual swarovski crystal around a large silver hoop then attached a fish hook earwire.

They are absolutely stunning and have a very modern look when you are wearing them.

These earrings are hang down at just over 2 inches (5.1 cms) and are about 2 1/4 inches (5.7 cms) wide.

These are very subtle earrings that can go with so many outfits. I love the tigereye teardrop because they always look like they have so much texture. Each time you move them a new beautiful color sparkles though. This is highlighted by the natural pearl circles that are also mottled with shiny tan colors. Overall it is a very subtle but sophisticated look!

These are very simple earrings that make a big impact because there is so much movement to them when you are wearing them. Each of the arms is hung seperately to the fish hook so they have maximum movement.

They are made by stringing spiral twisted square tubes onto stringing wire. They are then attached to the fish hooks. Two of the arms contain four of the spiral tubes and one has two of the spiral tubes, which again gives them more movement. These earrings may be simple but they SPARKLE!

They are about 2 1/2 inches (6 cms) in length

Koi are very hardy fish, like the carp, coming from Japan. They can live to be over 20 years old and some have been known to be over 100 years old.

In many of the Japanese stories, Koi are transformed through their efforts and perseverance, it is said that if they climb the dragons gate they great become dragons. The Koi is a symbol that represents perseverance in the face of adversity. They can also represents love, longevity, loyalty and knowledge.

The Daisy - Indoor/Outdoor Wall Plaque

This flower was made from a stencil I drew by hand. The stencil was cut out of styrofoam, covered in newspaper, then textured in spackle. I then painted it green, yellow, brown and white to achieve a more realistic looking flower. The back is just plain and flat so it is easy to hang. I will attach a hook when sale is final.

This can be hung inside or out, sprayed with varnish, but must be taken in during the winter.

The pictures show the flower from the front, back and side so you can see exactly what you are getting.

The dimensions are 12 X 12 X 1 inch thick.
