These sturdy robots are members of the spice dispensing unit. They will gladly season your energy pellets...and they'll even look cute doing it!

Robots are hand-built and measure 2.5" (6.2cm) tall and 1.5" (3.7cm) across. I would suggest adding a few grains of rice to your salt shaker to slow the output...Saltron is an efficient bot.

Skull Necklace - Hand Built

This skull pendant was hand-built using a chocolate stoneware clay. The white glaze reduced at cone 10 to leave a positively goulish brown base with green highlights.

The necklace is made of black Greek leather cord, 1.8mm in diameter. It is about 16" long with two beads and a lobster claw clasp. The pendant is about 1.1" long, 0.9" wide and 0.6" thick.

Robo Bank - Untidy Work

Originally designed as a cleaning bot, this little fella was branded "untidy work" and demoted to the finance department for doing such a lousy job! He will gladly take your spare change and save it for a rainy day.

Robot bank was hand-built using a chocolate stoneware clay, and glazed with a nice shino. His color is a rusty red with metallic highlights.

He stands about 6.5" tall from antenna to base and 4.5" wide from arm to arm.

Inspired by the formality of white Windsor spread collars and french cuffs, this masculine vase is the perfect vessel to complement a dozen long stem red roses. Hand-built using a chocolate stoneware clay, I have embellished the exterior with texture to create a woven appearance and added three hand-built geometric buttons to finish the piece. The vase was glazed in a dramatic glossy black and white.

Vase is hand-built and measures 11 5/8" (30cm) tall and 3 1/2" (8.7cm) wide.

the overseers watch the threads of fate and report any anomolies to the counsel for disposition. their numbers are unimaginable. their similarity to what we consider angels is not coiincidence.

this figure is hand-built and measures 10" tall.

the guardians

it started off as nothing more than a ball of thread, really.

over time, the threads of fate began to unwind, slowly at first, then culminating ever quicker toward some purpose of which few are truly aware.

there are those who have been trusted with the knowledge of this great climax, and it is up to them to intervene and untangle the threads when necessary. though we may never have met in a physical sense, their images are somehow entwined with our self conscious...the eyes seem so familiar...

to shelter the universe, they bridge unfathomable gaps of time and distance like leaves in the wind. but the threads have begun unraveling too quickly in this age...the creations are quickly nearing a greater understanding, and the physical meeting is but a fiber in the thread, nearing its exposure to the light.

and though we, and all else, are their children, and though we are watched over by the guardians, our reaction to this meeting, like all else, is known. the guardians are torn...they know the pain they will have to endure, and yet they must persevere, for what greater purpose is there in all things than to fulfill one's destiny?

This little bruiser is a huge fan of cranial accessories. Outfitted with his baseball cap and gas mask, he's all geared up and ready for a fight.

Got Gas is a three piece rattle head. His head/body contains small pieces of clay that rattle quietly when he is shaken. He is hand-built from chocolate stoneware clay and measures 2.75" tall and 1.5" across. A thin layer of silicone has been applied to the inside of his hat to prevent slipping.

Egg Curster's devious, toothy grin was inspired by my favorite artist on Etsy (Erin Currie of curster.etsy.com). Influenced by my and my husband's love of urban vinyl, the little Egg Man was born. I hope you enjoy him as much as I do.

Egg Curster is a three piece rattle head. His hat can be removed and his head/body contains small pieces of clay that will rattle when you shake him. I have applied a layer of silicone to the interior of his hat to prevent slipping.
