St. Nicholas on Bersenevka - Moscow

This awesome photograph was taken by my daughter last summer in Russia. I think she has quite an eye for architectural detail and interesting angles.

She fell in love with everything she saw in Moscow and took hundreds of photographs. This church is a little painted gem she stumbled upon while exploring the area around Red Square.

The image is 5 x 7 inches with a small white border for ease in framing. Listing is for the photograph only. This photograph is stunning when matted with a pure black mat with black core – it really makes the images pop! The second photo shows the image matted to 8 x 10, the third shows it matted to 10 x 12 (custom framing).

I Love a Messy Workroom

This is Dascha, my daughter’s cat, who is beautiful, and boy does she know it! She is our ‘poser’. All of our kitties are adorable, but she is the one that is always in some sort of position that sends us running for our cameras. In this one, she waited until I had a giant mess on my work table, and then settled right in the middle of it. Gotta love this cat!

Photograph has been manipulated in Photoshop.

Print is 8x10 inches on a lustre finish high-quality photo paper. It is easy to frame in a standard pre-cut 11x14 inch mat and frame. Looks wonderful with a white or black mat, but would also look great with a mat pulling out one of the colors in the print – especially in a kid’s room!

This awesome photograph was taken by my daughter last summer in Russia. I think she has quite an eye for architectural detail and interesting angles.

She fell in love with everything she saw in Moscow and took hundreds of photographs. The white of the stone and the golden onion domes against the brilliant blue sky was a photograph the she simply had to take. And yes – the blue of the sky is truly that intense – a color she has only seen there.

Image is 5 x 7 inches including a small white border for ease in framing. Listing is for the photograph only. This photograph is stunning matted with a slight off-white mat (to echo the color of the stone) - or with the addition of a gold mat under the white. Wall Detail - State Historical Museum of Russia

This photograph was taken inside the State Historical Museum of Russia in Moscow. Located on Red Square, the museum was established in 1872 as a repository of Russian History. The building is a work of art itself, both outside and in. Due to lighting conditions and camera issues, the focus in this photograph is a bit soft and the image somewhat grainy, which we feel contributes to a feeling of antiquity.

The image is 8 x 10 inches with a small white border for ease in framing. Listing is for the photograph only. This photograph looks wonderful matted with a pure black mat or a white mat. You might also think about matting it with a gray mat, or perhaps one with a marble or granite appearance. This is Desmond and Shadow, who is no longer with us, but will always be fondly remembered (and immortalized in photos!). I had to stand up on the bed to get this shot of them, and I’ll bet they were thinking, “is she nuts?”. I just love the looks on their faces.

Photograph has been manipulated in Photoshop. It is primarily black and white, with flashes of color throughout.

Print is 8x10 inches on a lustre finish high-quality photo paper. It is easy to frame in a standard pre-cut 11x14 inch mat and frame. Alexander Gardens – Moscow

This is a detail shot of a rubble wall in the Alexander Gardens, which run the length of the western wall of the Kremlin. The Gardens were one of the first public parks in Moscow. I am fascinated by the fact that they not only used stone in the wall, but also used bits of frieze work and even pieces of columns to build the wall. Take a look – you’ll see the top of a column in there!

Desmond likes to steal my spot on the bed – this time he decided to avail himself of my pillow, too! But he looked so cute, I couldn’t chase him off, and decided to take a photograph instead.

Your photograph is printed in a gloss finish. If you would prefer a lustre finish, please let me know in the notes to seller when you check out. If you do not make a choice, gloss finish will be sent.

I will ship your photograph in a cellophane sleeve in a rigid mailer to make sure it arrives to you safe and unbent. Each photograph is printed to order so please allow up to 1 week after payment for your photograph to be shipped.
