This burgundy leather journal is part of my new line of refillable journals. I'm often asked if I make these, and I'm very happy to be presenting this line to you. It's not your typical refillable! Instead of using a premade journal and designing a cover, this journal uses loose sheets that are punched and tied into an inner piece of leather. When you are finished with these sheets, simply punch holes in more papers, fill the journal back up, and tie them up!

The leather used in this journal is premium burgundy latigo leather that is my favorite of all the leather I work with. I have finished the inside and edges of the journal with black for protection, and durability. I've used antique brass eyelets on the inside leather piece for added strength. The inside leather piece has been glued AND stitched giving it strength, durability, and makes the journal look handbound! It looks great doesn't it!

Burgundy Leather Ring Binder Journal with Free Monogramming

This leather journal/notebook is a little different style for me, but I have found it incredibly useful and wanted to share it with you. The covers of the notebook are made from Burgundy Latigo Leather. The leather is soft, but stiff enough to give the cover the body it needs. On the inside, are 75 unlined 3" x 5" index cards. The notebook is held together with 2 silver book rings.

There are so many uses for this journal! It will open up flat for easy writing, or the cover and used pages can flip all the way around, making it really easy to write in. If you don't want to keep the pages, just tear them out as you use them. If you run out of pages, all that is needed to replace them is more index cards that you've punched holes in! I've had one of these on my desk for a week now, and I use it every day!

The total size of the journal is 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" (9 x 14 cm) and it is about 1" thick. The rings are 1" around. There is a hand tooled detail line around all sides of the notebook. If you would prefer unlined notecards, please let me know in the "message to seller"

The journal is made of premium, beautiful dark Burgundy latigo leather that is substantial and soft. It is a wonderful leather to work with and I know you will enjoy using it. The front of the journal features a raised, diamond and oval design. The shapes are crafted in three tones of burgundy and brown. They are edged in black to give this a truly unique, striking look. The edges and inside of the journal have been professionally finished in black and there is a hand tooled detail line around the entire journal. The book has been shaped by hand so it will stay closed when not in use, and this leather will soften up each time you use it.

The journal measures 7 1/2" X 5" (22 x 15.5cm) and is
1 1/2" thick (7cm). There are 384 pages of crisp white 24# writing paper for writing or light sketching. A very sturdy longstitch binding will hold the journal together and there is a knotted thread place marker.

This handmade leather journal is made from a long searched for Brown Latigo leather. For a year I've been looking for a good source for this particular leather, and have finally found a reliable one. The leather used in this journal is a beautiful shade of medium brown,and is already soft and pliable. It will get even more so as you use it, making it a wonderful choice for journaling.

One of the great things about this journal is its size! It measures 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" (19 x 14cm) and is 1 1/2" (4cm) thick. I think this just might be the perfect size. It's got plenty of room to write in, but still small enough for a handbag, or bookbag. There are 288 pages of quality, crisp white writing paper. A very sturdy, black thread, longstitch binding will hold the pages securely and there is a knotted thread place holder. The edges have been finished in black for durability and protection. I couldn't resist a little decoration so I've added a hand tooled detail line around the whole book.

Once you get your hands on this handmade Brown leather hardcover journal, you'll never want to use another kind of journal! At least that's how I feel about mine! It is made of a very soft, utility leather that is a light brown color. What makes this journal so special is that it has a hardcover front and back, AND has an exposed stitch binding! It is fully lined with the same leather making it very rich. The journal will lay completely flat for writing, or drawing, and can even be folded all the way over without losing it's shape or cracking the binding. This journal is a little stiff right now, and the front cover pops up a little bit because of the stiffness. With use this will go away. In the meantime, I'm including a leather strap that will help the journal stay closed.

The covers of the notebook are made from premium veg tanned Leather that has been hand dyed a beautiful shade of emerald green. The leather is soft, but stiff enough to give the cover the body it needs. On the inside, are 75 5" x 8" lined index cards. The notebook is held together with 3 silver book rings.

There are so many uses for this journal! It will open up flat for easy writing, or the cover and used pages can flip all the way around, making it really easy to write in. If you don't want to keep the pages, just tear them out as you use them. If you run out of pages, all that is needed to replace them is more index cards that you've punched holes in!

This handmade leather journal is both simple and beautiful. It is made from premium veg tan leather in a unique Honey Yellow color. The leather is a very nice weight, very pliable and will soften even more with use. There is a hand tooled detail line around the whole book, and a waxed, 6-thread braid wraps around the book twice to keep it together and protect the pages. The edges have been sealed and stained in black for durability and protection.

The journal measures 6" x 4 1/2" (15 x 11cm) and is
1 1/2"( 3.5cm) thick. There are 288 pages (counting both sides) of crisp, white, quality writing paper. A super strong waxed thread was used for the longstitch binding. I've added a thread place holder in matching thread.
