Classic 1966 Catwoman Style Necklace - Batman TV Series

$65.00
Listed here is a close replica of the Classic 1966 Catwoman necklace. I say close, because it is not screen accurate, but IMO prettier than the original. While researching my own costume, I knew I had to have the purrfect necklace to wear with this. It's iconic if you ask me.

I decided, however, to take a little artistic freedom from the original. The original was made of 6 oval pieces with the round medallion centered and large oval linked chain. I did this much at least.

Mine is made from gorgeous gold colored filigree oval pieces with a large filigree round medallion. The rhinestones and jewels accenting the ovals and medallion are all Genuine Swarovski crystal purchased from an authorized retailer here in NYC. The lion in the center of the medallion is a vintage Metal button with rhinestones. The shank was snipped off and the button glued down with heavy duty epoxy type glue. The stones were glued on with the same glue. You will get a few extra small rhinestones just in case something should happen, though it shouldn't. The chain closes in the back with a large lobster claw clasp. It is large enough to slip of the head, but the clasp is always a nice option, so it's included.

I put a lot of work into this, finding the right parts, setting the stones, and even making my own jump rings to connect the parts. This is a work of art, display it with your Batman memorabilia, wear it with your costume, or simply wear it out for a night on the town. I've sold a few already and was advised to list here. I'll see if it works out.

**I am not making the costume or other accessories, sorry. They were made for me, and I really can't take any commissions.

**This item is final sale as it is made for you when you order it, please allow an extra week for delivery :-)
