The world is a circular place and all things must come full-circle within it. This is one of my favorites and I just love the symmetry that is found in it! This piece speaks to me in a special way... it's like the balance of nature has been restored to all! And Peace pervades our Universe once again...

This is my first print for my friends in the Earthpath Artisans Street Team. I am proud to be a member of EAST!

This piece was developed using Adobe Illustrator and therefore can be enlarged to whatever size you may want without losing the crisp clean lines and extreme detail that you see in the close-up images. I can even make a billboard if you'd like one that big!! :)

All the elements are present and accounted for, even Spirit, which is at the center of it all! The graphical representation of the elements, although subtle, helps give this piece a firm connection with anybody who sees it.

The gradations of color between the elements help transition one from the other and can be a gentle nudge to the subconscious. This is a wonderful piece to add to any alter or anywhere you may want a subtle reminder of the basic workings of the elements. I personally had this print in my cubical at the office and got so many compliments on the bold colors and interesting graphics.

Dreams Come In All Sizes - 8x10 print - EAST

Dream catchers are one of the most fascinating traditions of Native Americans. The traditional dream catcher was intended to protect the sleeping individual from negative dreams, while letting positive dreams through. The positive dreams would slip through the hole in the center of the dream catcher, and glide down the feathers to the sleeping person below. The negative dreams would get caught up in the web, and expire when the first rays of the sun struck them.

The dream catcher has been a part of Native American culture for generations. One element of Native American dream catcher relates to the tradition of the hoop. Some Native Americans of North America held the hoop in the highest esteem, because it symbolized strength and unity. Many symbols started around the hoop, and one of these symbols is the dream catcher.

Deosil go by the waxing moon, chanting out the joyful tune.

Four times the Major Sabbats mark in the light and in the dark.

As the old year starts to wane the new begins, it's now Samhain.
When the time for Imbolc shows watch for flowers through the snows.

When the wheel begins to turn soon the Beltane fires will burn.
As the wheel turns to Lamas night power is brought to magick rite.

Four times the Minor Sabbats fall use the Sun to mark them all.
When the wheel has turned to Yule light the log the Horned One rules.

In the spring, when night equals day time for Ostara to come our way.
When the Sun has reached it's height time for Oak and Holly to fight.

Harvesting comes to one and all when the Autumn Equinox does fall.
Heed the flower, bush, and tree by the Lady blessed you'll be.

Where the rippling waters go cast a stone, the truth you'll know.

She was previously a very sneaky and elusive creature, but through the high-tech process of digital artistry and illustration, I have been able to capture her image on "film". Here we have something different...it combines a background that is an actual image of the rings surrounding Saturn as taken from the Hubbel telescope. I've colorized and frosted them to add a nicely surreal background to the other Science Fiction inspired artwork in the foreground. I hope you enjoy it as well.

This print is a smaller section taken from a larger 11x14 print (as shown in image #4). It is not just the larger image reduced to 5x7. These are different prints! Make sure you *ZOOM IN* on these images to get the entire experience...it's worth it!

Those were the days... Big cars, cheap gas, diners and drive-ins. Even Sunday drives with the family weren't too bad with treat of ice cream at the end of the day... Those were truly the days!

Here is a nice shot of the hood ornament that adorns a classic 1955 Chevy BelAir coupe. This image comes from my photo shoot last fall for a custom poster. That's how I'm able to combine my love of classic cars with my love of art...make art from the cars!

Khepri - Winged Scarab - 8 x 10 inch print

Khepri – Egyptian Creator God. Principally manifested in the form of a scarab. In one of the pyramid texts, a spell invoked the sun to appear in his name of Khepri (the literal meaning of which was, “he who is coming into being”). Because he was self created, he was identified with the creator god Atum.

The scarab's habit of laying eggs in animal dung as well as the bodies of dead scarabs was noticed by the Egyptians. The subsequent hatching of the eggs from this seemingly unpromising material lead to the Egyptians associating the scarab with renewal, rebirth and resurrection. The scarab's habit of rolling up dung into spheres and pushing it across the ground was also noted by the Ancient Egyptians. Khepri was often associated with the Sun and was conceived as a gigantic scarab rolling the Sun before him across the sky. The renewal and rebirth associated with the scarab also came into play here. Khepri renewed the Sun each day before rolling it above the horizon and carried it safely through the other world after sunset to renew it the next day. Khepri was variously represented as a scarab, a man with the face of a scarab and a man whose head was surmounted by a scarab.

The "ideasign" watermarks will NOT be on the actual print you receive.
