Caral is the pldest city complex in southamerica and was inhabited between roughly 2600 BC and 2000 BC and appears to be the model for urban designs by Andean civilizations that rose and fell over the span of four millennia

Caral is a large settlement in the Supe Valley, near Supe, Barranca province, Peru, some 200 km north of Lima

I named Caral because remainded me the days where the civilizations pre-incas where discovering and exploring new forms of expresion, like the quipus, and like the old city of Caral it seams to be a non armed but a gentle society... and also was the inspiration for a the biggest collar I ever made

Caral was made with 950 silver and comes with a nice ajustable leather collar

Caral is double faced, showing diferent shapes with the lights and shadows and this make it a unique piece of jewelry

Inspired in the song "Yo pienso en Ti" (I think of you) written by Fernando Ubiergo, and included in Leusemia's CD Yasijah. Daniel F. one of the best Peruvian song writers and leader of Leusemia always plays this song in an amazing acoustic version, becoming one his classic songs to perform.

I tried to express the spirit of the song in this beautiful and unique pendant.

Beleg Cúthalion was the inspiration for this pendant. Beleg served in the army of King Thingol of Doriath. His bow named Belthronding and the sword Anglachel were his main weapons...

But was not Beleg's weapons that inspired Aldo to make this pendant, but his way to be, his loyalty to his King and his friend Turin, son of Hurin...

The pendant is divided in two parts, the head is like the wind and his means that Beleg followed no men, represents his blond hairs to the wind. And the bottom like a arrow, shinning and represent his pure spirit, his kindness and his loyalty

Handmade with fine silver crochet peruvian stitch 999,9 and the necklace itself is a delicate tube ended in a 950 traditional clasp. The charm has a very nice peruvian stone from the Andes called Serpentina and this one in particular has some metal spots, and some dark green lines that looks like smoke.
