This is a very beautiful necklace set with oblong green and white beads from AVON, called “COME SUMMER” dating from 1975. This is a Book Piece shown in “Identifying Avon Jewelry” by Sandra Sturdivant on page 49. This would be a great addition for your AVON collection.The classic necklace set consists of ultra bright gold tone chains separated by a center of plastic oblong shaped green and white beads with gold spacers. The center white bead is ridged while the two green beads are mottled.The earrings are pierced dangle.
The necklace measures about 19” long, is adjustable, has a hook clasp, and is signed AVON on the hang tag the earrings measures 1 1/4" long. The necklace & earrings are in excellent condition. Almost like new.
