Starting at $365 we can make a coat for you from scratch. You choose the fabrics from dozens of swatches. You decide whether you want a hood, a shawl collar, bell sleeves, really it is up to you.

We make portions of the coat in cotton muslin and send that to you first so that you can give us feedback and we can get the fit just right.

Over and over again we have found that customers are looking for the perfect coat. This is a chance to work together to strive to make it.

The first and third pic are of a custom redingote in a chenille brocade fabric. The second pic is in a purple wool melton fully lined in zebra cotton. The fourth pic shows the coat with bell sleeves, and the fifth is cut in a coral melton with covered buttons that match the lining.

This fabric is stunning. The color is a supersaturated wine, and the texture is beautifully creped. Made from 100% wool.

A fine fabric, both airy and warm enough for winter. Perfect for all season wear.

The rings are punched out by hand with a hammer and die and then cut out with scissors. A painstaking but rewarding process.

Hand-dyed scarified denim jackets "mended" with endless jagged franken-stitches in silver thread. Metal studs have been added. Glossy orange fabric shows through like wounds or the glossy red paint that serves for blood in Romero's Dawn of the Dead.

The hemline is extremely full and flowing (just try spinning in it and you will see what I mean) and the yoke in back and in front is uniquely shaped and stitched.

You can have this skirt in your choice of any color. Some suggestions are listed in the final picture. I would love to make it in any of the iridescent colors, and the skirt really flows in the more textured and heavier hammered satins.

Denim hand-dyed with saffron colored dye to produce a variegated sea green pattern. Neon mud cloth stitched to the front panels. Metal studs added for a unique look.

Each jacket begins as a pre-worn/vintage jacket, (often from the Gap) before it begins its transformation into a piece worthy of a superhero. We alter, rework, and restore each jacket until it is better than new and has an awesome fit and silhouette.

This is a new version of my Gypsy Skirt with the tangerine and purple rings switched with rings of aqua and deep green teal. This gives the skirt a more oceanic feeling.

The skirt is cut from beautifully textured airy wool crepe.

The smaller rings are cut from bottle felt, a fabric made from recycled soda bottles, while the larger rings are cut from felted wool. I punch out the inside using a hammer and die, and then cut the outside of each ring by hand.

If you would like different color rings, just let me know. I can also make the skirt out of other colors of crepe for only a little more.

The skirt shown in the photograph is a one of a kind, painstakingly handmade piece designed for a spring fashion show by Lianna K. It features die-cut felt rings. Some of the rings have been punched all the way through the fabric to let in the spring air.

Pay especial attention to the bubbles (or are they fish scales?) drawn by the light on the bricks beneath her feet. The skirt is utterly comfortable and features an elastic waist.

The fabric is rayon crepe in a color made to be photographed in the Kodachrome colors of the 50s and 60s. The detailing at the hem is made from felt punched out in circles with a die and hammer.

Graffiti Mosaic Skirt

I shot the photos of this skirt against a concrete wall, as I thought it was appropriate given the graffiti print.

The texture of this fabric is awesome; it has been screen printed with a hologram texture that is made of of tiny tiles like a wall mosaic, and comes from a shop that specializes in leftover theatrical fabrics.

Each piece is cut and sewn to order, and I can extend the hem by up to 4 inches for no additional cost for those who like a longer skirt. The waist is fitted with heavy duty elastic.

The Anemone Matched Set

I had been meaning to design a tank top using appliqué felt rings, when a customer specially requested that I make her a top to match the skirt I was designing for her.

This is what I came up with. "The Anemone Matched Set".

The skirt is made from airy wool crepe. It drapes beautifully and has an incredible texture.

The fabric for the top is a knit jersey that is made from a blend of rayon, spandex and cotton. It is soft and stretchy but looks rather "formal" too.

The smaller rings are cut from bottle felt, a fabric made from recycled soda bottles, while the larger rings are cut from felted wool.

I also have listings up for the skirt alone and for the top alone.

When Lianna K. and I saw this fabric at a fashion jobber, we knew we had to have it. After a good deal of haggling the price became reasonable, and we walked away with thirteen yards of this shimmering satin spandex, featuring Captain Vigorous illustrations and the crazed ejaculation: Splo!

What were we going to do with it? We knew that we had to cut it in our hoodie pattern and we did. Lianna loves hers.

But what is next? How about an eighties style sleeveless t-shirt inspired by a vintage pattern? What about those big shoulders?

We decided that it was. This headband is made from ultra soft micro-fiber spandex which is embedded with a kiwi scent that is released when the fabric is agitated.

And yes, it really does smell like kiwis.

Cranberry Mohair Cravat--A Boucle Scarf

I cut this scarf based on a men's cravat pattern from the Edwardian Age. As you can see there are numerous ways to tie it. (I can provide directions).

The fabric is a beautiful open weave boucle made from a light weight wool/mohair blend that is silky to the finger tips and relatively itch free. It is cut on the bias, so it drapes perfectly.

When I saw this skirt at a thrift store, I knew that I had to rework it for my store. The waistband is unique with side buttons, one side pocket, and a "wrap" style closure.

The fabric is violet and deep pink tweed fully lined in satin. The quality of the fabric is wonderful

I added a crocheted jellyfish on to the hem using a pin back so that it is removable for washing.

This appliqued apron/dress was inspired by a book I recently bought on Japanese goldfish, also called Kinygo.

The goldfish and the belt are made from a stunning teal wool fabric that has a felted texture but is durable and woven.

The fabric itself is white-on-white cotton brocade (the pattern is beautiful and floral but too subtle to come through in photographs) which has been screenprinted in black with the GYE NYAME symbol, a Ghanaian symbol.

This is the ultimate piece for entertaining, but looks great over jeans and a skirt and can be worn for a picnic in the park.

Hand-dyed scarified denim jackets "mended" with endless jagged franken-stitches in silver thread. Metal studs have been added. Glossy orange fabric shows through like wounds or the glossy red paint that serves for blood in Romero's Dawn of the Dead.

I wanted to design a top using felt rings to compliment the skirts I have been making.

This is what I came up with. A piece that I am calling "Anemone Top."

The fabric is a knit jersey that is made from a blend of rayon, spandex and cotton. It is soft and stretchy but looks rather "formal" too.

The smaller rings are cut from bottle felt, a fabric made from recycled soda bottles, while the larger ring is cut from felted wool.

If you would like different colors of felt, just let me know. The top would look great in the colors of the Gypsy Skirt too.

Undersea Mermaid-Cut Skirt

This skirt is a work of art, entirely handcut and home-designed, it began as a project for a local runway show. Lianna wanted to find a way to mimic the scale patterns on iridescent and reflective tropical fish.

The skirt is cut from extremely soft micro-fiber twill (a fabric usually reserved for expensive raincoats) and is fully-lined with neon yellow mudcloth which glows forth through the front vents as one walks. Neon reflective vinyl has been appliquéd in an oval pattern.

The skirt is low cut and made to sit at high hip and features a trumpet shape so that the bottom opening is fully 108"!

High hip measurement (top opening): 33"

Low hip: 37"

Length: 33"
