For those who have more than 4 kids, I do make a 5 disc necklace. However, it does not have the heart charm since I place a smaller 5th disc (1/2" diameter) on top. The overall diameter of the pendant is one and a half inches.

Please specify the names in order from smallest to largest disc. Also, choose the chain length: 16" or 18".
