A complete dinner party table set, this is perfect for a gift or as a treat for yourself.

The runner features a large scale floral design with timeless charm in pinks and a deep burgundy red. The leaves are lime and leaf greens. Periodically there is a block of a beautiful blue shading reminiscent of the ocean or the sky. The print is heavy canvas, and I have backed it with another heavy canvas to give it a solid weight and feel.

The placements are a pale lime green, each one embroidered with a pink flower in the lower right corner to coordinate with the runner, or stand alone for decorating your table. The back of each mat is wine/burgundy red moleskin, elegant to look at and soft to the touch but wears extremely well.

The napkins are a green linen blend, 2 layer, turned and topstitched. They have an elegant soft drape and weight.

This is a set of 2 white 100% cotton flour sack dish towels, measuring 30 x 32 inches (preshrunk) each, to which I have stitched a 3 inch contrast band of glittery snowflakes on a blue background, the band also being 100% cotton quilting fabric.

This makes a wonderful gift too, either by itself for a little treat or in a gift basket (I like to do a few wooden spoons, etc).

There are 4 separate appliques, 3 with recipes and 1 "flavors of fall" along one edge. You can fold it 4 separate ways when hanging to feature any one of the four designs that suits you that day.

This makes a wonderful gift, either by itself for a little something, in a gift basket or wrapped around a fresh hot loaf of bread or other tasty treat!

Simple feminine upcycled denim bag

This bag is perfect for everyday use, casual with jeans, out and about, for tween, teen or you!

It is constructed from upcycled denim jeans. The fraying of the jeans hem was preserved and incorporated into the top of the bag to give it that old beloved favorite purse look.

I have added a generous front patch pocket from another part of the original jeans. The white cotton trim is purchased new and added to the pocket and used to create the handles.

There are no interior pockets. I left is simple so it can become a general purpose tote for the farmer's market, etc. It is big enough to hold a couple magazines, sunscreen, hat and wallet for the beach too!

As many original jean seams as possible were kept. Any new teams were double stitched securely and seam finished to prevent fraying.

This is the perfect casual spring and summer bag. So perfect I nearly kept it for myself.

I made this bag to rest at approximately waist to high hip when worn over one shoulder or mid chest to waist if worn messenger bag style.

Dimensions:
Bag approximately 14 x 11-1/2 inches
Handle length (i.e. shoulder to bag) 17 inches

Care instructions: Machine wash gentle or hand, cold water. Lay flat to dry or dryer on lower temperatures because of the trim.
