I used a candy tin for the box, papers, acrylics, a hand painted bus with the word 'friends' on the side, stickers, inks, brads, and permanent markers to make this friendship box complete!

Nature comes alive in these two carved wooden hearts! Both hearts are carved out so that they are open bowls. I used acrylics on these hearts and then embellished with leaves and glass stones. The colors used were lumiere's purple and green, along with gold and bronze. The purple heart measures 5 1/2 inches wide at the widest part by 5 1/2 inches and is 3/4 inch tall. The green heart measures 3 1/2 inches at the widest part by 4 inches and is 1 1/2 inches tall. These hearts can be placed on a table as a 'catch all' for keys or change, or they can be placed for decor only! They would be the perfect gift for a friend!

Wine Bottle Table Lamp

I used a lovely reclaimed wine bottle and came up with this elegant table lamp! Measuring 16 1/2 inches tall and 5 inches wide at the widest part of the base, I used browns, neutrals and burgundy for the color choice here. The glass bottle was cleaned and a hole was drilled for the cord. I then decoupaged the glass with napkins and tissue papers and coated with a layer of transparent acrylics mixed with powdered pigments. I then added a bow, lace, and grapes and silk leaves to complete the base.

The cord on the lamp is about 55 inches long and it has a switch on it to turn the lamp on. The bulb used for this lamp is a 4 watt night light bulb, which can easily be replaced. The lamp shade fits down over the bulb.

'Autumn Breezes Rush In!' The autumn air comes to life in this altered bottle! I used bright and bold colors of Orange, Deep Reds, Greens, and Copper and clear coated the bottle! It measures 10 inches high, 13 inches high with raffia flowers included, and is 3 inches wide. Acrylics were used to hand paint the bottle and then I used raffia flowers, fall leaf wire garland, and a hand painted wooden leaf (6 inches long and 5 inches wide)to add the finishing touches!! The pictures show all 4 sides of the bottle and a close up of the wooden leaf, which is attached with wire and a bead!

'I'm cuckoo for cuckoo clocks!!!' is the perfect gift for the cuckoo clock lover!! This is a whimsical wall hanging made out of recycled sheet metal. It measures 24 1/2 inches long (from top of hangar to bottom of pine cone). The 'clock' portion itself measures 12 inches long by 9 inches wide at the widest part. The bird and leaf piece is from an actual German cuckoo clock, made out of wood. I used acrylics to add a little punch to the piece. I also used wire and beads for the hangar, a small birdhouse with bird, wooden pine trees, papers, chain, ribbon and a pine cone to finish the funky wall hanging!! The perfect touch of whimsy for the clock lover in your life!!

You can feel it in the air - Autumn is here!! This wall hanging measures 12 3/4 inches by 15 1/2 inches and is ready to hang on your wall. I used MDF as a base for the piece and used fabrics for the background. I then started to build the piece with a tree trunk and limbs. Perfect addition for a child's room! This altered wooden cigar box measures 6 inches long, 5 1/2 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches high. Colors used on this box are pinks, orange, purple and yellow. I used acrylic paints, sealed the box, and added a handmade polymer clay sun (made by me)to the lid. I embellished with beads, crocheted fibers, papers, and ribbon. The cardstock tags on the outside read, Sing your song, dream, live and be happy. Place on your desk or nightstand and add your own keepsakes to the box!

Adorable, wooden sleigh is decorated and ready for Christmas! Dolls, stuffed animals, a flower arrangement, or anything else you can imagine, would be cute sitting in this sleigh, waiting under the tree for Santa! I took an old paint bucket, which stands 8 inches high with the handle up and is 5 inches in diameter, and made up a Halloween decoration to be used on your table or as a child's treat 'bag'.
