Pillbox style cocktail hat constructed with a handmade buckram frame covered with white velvet to simulate rice, orange beads to represent fish eggs, and green feathers as sprouts. It is lined with black satin and has a black hat elastic to wear for security. Perfect for a "make your own sushi " party or any other party where you want to stand out.

Hat is all together including the feathers is around 8 inches tall.
1 1/2 inches tall no including the feather.
