Good vintage condition. There are bumps, scrapes and almost a puncture at back (but not quite!). Otherwise the puzzle is completely in tact and very usable!

Can you just see your little rascal wearing this? It's always good to have a sleuth in the household!

This coat is by Fieldston and of exceptional quality. Although the material content label is missing, the coat seems like a sturdy cotton. It's got a conservative tweed design in shades of green and black. From a distance the fabric looks like a black and green check with olive green hues. Black, leather look buttons. Double breasted at front, functional belt with plastic buckle. Front hip pockets. At back there's a Sherlock Holmes cape look and a bottom slit. Tabs and buttons on sleeve bottoms.

The hat is adorable with button at top and chinstrap and buckle.

Inside there is a furry lining that zips out.

Hand wash or dry clean.

When checking measurements, please take into consideration any clothing that will be worn underneath. My model is 3 1/2 yrs and he's a little small for his age. So I'm judging the coat to be a size 3/4T and might even fit a size 5.

Measurements:

Chest - 32"
Length from shoulder to bottom hem - 22"
Sleeve length from shoulder seam - 14 1/2"

Very good vintage condition. However there are a few flaws to consider. There is a small tear at the bottom of one of the front pockets. This is easily fixed. One of the shoulder tabs is torn on one corner, which is not likely fixable. You could dab it with fray check to prevent further fraying. Because of the business of the fabric, this flaw is not too noticeable. The zipper to the lining is a little stiff (it works, but I had a bit of trouble unzipping it, although there doesn't seem to be any damage). The furry lining has a lot of damage mostly because of tears in the sleeves (might be fixable). The coat will need to be cleaned or properly aired out.

The hat is in great condition but the chinstrap (which is a grosgrain ribbon) is worn in some spots.

If you would like me to repair the flaws (as best I can) I will do that for an additional $7. Please convo me if interested.

What a dandy jacket for a special occasion! By Lord and Taylor, 5th Avenue. Wonderful quality.

Blue, a bit of pea green and rusty brown all together to make a wonderful plaid. The buttons are gold and shiny. Lined with purple acetate.

Double breasted, real pockets at front hip area.

Excellent vintage condition. No major flaws to report. There is a light vintage smell (it's not too bad!) so the jacket will need a good airing or a dry clean.

A really cute, ex library book. 1957. Hardcover with paper jacket. Author is Phyllis McGinnley. Illustrator is Kurt Werth.

The spine is coming loose from book at front. This has been previously taped up. There was a library card pocket in the book which has been torn out. Also there are some black marker scribbles inside both covers. The pages are clean. There is some bending of the top corner of the pages, but that's just from age...not dog-earing.

Nice story, delightful illustrations.

Fiber - Not known, but most likely cotton/poly blend. The fabric is very lightweight. The tartan is mostly red and green. White pearl covered snaps. The breast pockets snap down (they are real pockets!)....very cute!

Tagged a size 3T. Theodore, who is modeling the shirt, is 3 1/2 (and it's a little snug on him), so it's more like a 2T. Please check measurements.

Fiber - Not sure but most likely a cotton blend. The fabric is on the thicker side (like denim) but has a soft, brushed surface. Melon orange color with blue and white Winnie the Pooh print. Deep v-neck at front and little pocket just below.

Theodore, who is modeling the top, is 3 1/2, so the top runs bigger than 2T.

Very good condition. There is a tiny hole in the seam at the bottom of the v in the v-neck area. A couple of faint stains.

A nice touch for a little man's room. This is a vintage picture of a Prince in blue holding a feathered hat. The frame is dark wood and it looks as though the backing is original too.

By the way, the matting around the picture IS NOT PINK! It's white. The pic was taken against a mahogany bookshelf, so the pink is a reflection of the wood.

I made this scarf out of a vintage pinstripe suit and an old plaid Gap shirt that I got from an Amish garage sale! :) The Gap shirt must have been one of the very first line of shirts Gap put out. There were a lot of moth holes, so I could only scavenge bits and pieces. I actually took the pocket off of the shirt and transferred it right onto the scarf with zig zag stitches.

Stash your cell phone or a bit of cash into the pocket as it keeps you warm!

The scarf is lined with a soft black/white check flannel to combat the itchiness of the gray pinstripe wool.

The scarf measures 63 1/2" long and 6" wide.

Hand wash or dry clean.

A simply gorgeous little boy's sweater by A Little Angel Original. The size tag has been removed but the sweater is most likely for a 0-3 month old. It's quite small.

The body of the sweater is off-white with orange and evergreen stripes. Machine embroidered football players at front and three little white buttons at shoulder.

Excellent vintage condition. I can see no flaws.

This gray wool waistcoat has a subtle plaid. The lining is a navy and light blue grid pattern. The vest features a small elasticated strip at back and a vintage leather button at front.

Theodore is modeling this vest and he's 3 1/2 years old. The vest is 13" at the front longest point and 11" long at back. Armpit to armpit measures 28" around. Because this vest is a wee bit short, I feel it's more suitable for a 2T but it certainly will fit a 3T because of the waist area measurement.

This adorable little blondie hugging his dog is something maybe I should put in my Oscar's room! He could then glance at it daily and be reminded of how being kind to animals looks! It would save me from constantly saying, "easy now, don't pull his fur, and DON'T KICK HIM!"

What a rascal boys can be!

This picture is quite an oldie and it has the wear to prove it. The print is set within a wooden frame and has a torn backing and old nails and roping to hang with. The frame itself has quite a few dings and the print a few scratches.

But in my opinion this is a genuine vintage charmer that will sure to fill a dull corner of your child's room.

Hummel has got to be the best children's artist ever. This one with the dog is my absolute favorite!

The plaque is in very good condition. There are water stains near the edges. Also along one edge the picture is a little scraped. But otherwise the plaque has a wonderful vintage charm.

Very good vintage condition. The edges of the book are worn, there is dirt and minor scratching. Some of the pages have a dirty smudges. But they are free of scribbles and marks otherwise.

Tartan OWL Scarf for Child

Theodore has a trusty friend called Mr. Owl. He lives perched up on a birdhouse that's been neatly installed into a corner of the bathroom. Mama found him in an antique store one day, he looks so real! He has feathers and everything!

This scarf is made of a stretchy corduroy that has a tie dyed look of different shades of brown. I appliqued an orange plaid owl made of 1970's fabric. His eyes are buttons and his beak and feet are grosgrain ribbon.

The scarf measures 37" x 6". The corduroy is soft and stretchy. Machine washable.

I've upcycled two Interstate Highway Bingo boards that are in very good condition and created a travel bag for them. The bingo boards are in great condition, although one has a wee bit of wrinkling on it. The bag is made of Michael Miller's Merryville fabric.

I know I have three bingo boards pictured but didn't realize that there was a duplicate, so I am only selling two with the bag now.

I've taken apart a vintage man's shirt and miniaturized it into a vest that would fit an 18 month old. Layer it over a hooded shirt or long sleeve knit tee, or dress it up over a collared cotton shirt. Either way, this vest will sure bring a smile to everyone who sees your little tot wearing it!

This vest is lined with a pinstripe cotton blend and has toggle type closures at front. Redundant buttonholes give some added character. This is a one of a kind, so get it while you can!
