Here is my 3rd and last whimsical house that has a dark green trim, added to my series of the brown trim, and pink trim homes I am selling. This piece is 3d and there are beads that drape the windows, along with a window on the other side of the house. A flower window box is adorned with yellow flowers and leaves, and of course my Peanut kitty and her bird friend enjoy the view on the top of the roof. It's 8" tall and 6" in width. And the house is very light weight because it's made out of paper mache. It's already to hang as well!

This delightful kitty, named Miss Peanut Jones is adorned in her favorite Green holiday costume! She loves her little handmade Santa hat along with her precious green tutu. Since she is an angel she, of course, has her wings on as well. She makes a perfect ornament for a tree, or just place her on top of your favorite spot to admire during the holiday season!
She is one a kind, made with clay, no molds, and reinforced with paper mache, as clay alone, is so fragile. She stands approximately 3", maybe a tad more.

She had a moment of fame when her ornaments were featured in a local antique magazine on the page of "What's Hot in Houston!"
She was my muse & inspired to me to write 2 unpublished children's books, "The Itty Bitty Kitty from New York City" & "Peanut Jones Thinks about Fun!" I just had to paint pictures of her hysterical poses she'd position herself in. This fabulous buxom angel ballerina was entirely made by me, & although you will find other angels I've made, no 2 are exactly alike. She is not made with a mold & is approximately 7 1/2" long & 6" wide & is made from clay reinforced with paper mache as clay alone, is very fragile.
This particular angel has her very own personality & sprinkles her fairy dust on you that make miracles happen. She carries a string of beautiful beads that holds a heart made from clay & paper mache with inspiring words on each side. She comes from a fun & whimsical world created in my own mind!

I was inspired to make this adorable Jack Russell because my friend, since childhood, has one named Mister. I call him my nephew. I've known and loved him since he was just a pup!

He is made of clay and reinforced with my special paper mache and mixed media. No molds, completely handformed by me. He stands about 3 1/2 inches high. As you can also see, there is a heart toy in his mouth expressing love & he wears a darling leash as well. I can put another word on the heart if you want, just contact me.

This fabulous mermaid with black hair is about 7 1/2" long & comes from a fun & whimsical world created in my own mind's imagination. She happens to be an angel as well, so she has her very own wings! She swims in the air with her 3 little fish pals as they swirl & twirl in the sky. Her fish pals are approximately 3" long. The mobile is around 17" in length.

Red Fun Fish

About me... I am a delightful beautiful Red Fun Fish & I don't weigh anything, practically, because I am made with Linda's own paper mache remedy & she does not use a mold so I am one of a kind & you can name me anything you want once you adopt me!

I'm approximately 12" long & I hang like a mobile as we all do a little swirl twirl in the air with our big smiling faces. I just love my smile, because it makes people & children smile when they see me, especially in person & sometimes they laugh at me. We all love to make people laugh. My photo does not do me justice!!! I've got round glass pieces for part of my decor to give my look a little pizazz! I'm very durable and will hold up to moisture.

There are other fish friends listed that Linda painted with other colors. You can see some of them in one of my thumbnails by clicking on it to make it larger, but I have made other friends as well since that picture was taken. You can find them by browsing Linda's shop or just by going to the "Fun Fish" section. Don't you think we all look so fabulous together! Of course if you were to buy more than one of us, I think Linda would give you a special price. Please contact her on that choice so she can make out a special order just for you instead of just ordering me alone.

We are perfect to hang in a Lake or Beach house, or anywhere you'd like to cheer up a room! As a group, we really cheer up an area, yet, I look just as fabulous hanging in a space all on my very own.

This print is taken from some of my favorite original acrylic paintings I have done. The print is a laser print and is 8" by 11" on cardstock. Miss Peanut Jones was born & raised in New York City. She frequently traveled cross country by automobiles and airplanes & has also lived in LA & Washington State. She spent the last years of her life in my hometown, Houston, TX. She still kept her NY accent though. Peanut now lives in "Kitty Heaven" after having an awesome life of 20 years. Miss Peanut was my muse & inspired to me to write 2 unpublished children's books, "The Itty Bitty Kitty from New York City" & "Peanut Jones Thinks about Fun!" I just had to paint pictures of her hysterical poses she'd position herself in. These prints, flat magnets & notecards that you will find in my store, are taken from some of my favorite illustrations in the books.
I just have to say that she had such an itty bitty tail, itty bitty cow legs, & the cutest itty bitty face...yet,lo & behold...she had a very big round body! If you would like to buy just one card of your choice, this is the place! My notecards are around 5 by 4 3/4" on cardstock and printed with a laser printer. They all have an envelope and are in a sealed clear sleeve! All my cards are also taken from an original painting I did! Light Green BIG FUN FISH

About me... I am a delightful beautiful Light Green Fun Fish & I don't weigh anything, practically, because I am made with Linda's own paper mache remedy & she does not use a mold so I am one of a kind & you can name me anything you want once you adopt me!

I'm approximately 12" long & I hang like a mobile as we all do a little swirl twirl in the air with our big smiling faces. I just love my smile, because it makes people & children smile when they see me, especially in person & sometimes they laugh at me. We all love to make people laugh. My photo does not do me justice!!! I've got round glass pieces for part of my decor to give my look a little pizazz! I'm very durable and will hold up to moisture.

There are other fish friends listed that Linda painted with other colors. You can see some of them in one of my thumbnails by clicking on it to make it larger, but I have made other friends as well since that picture was taken. In fact, I'm not even in that picture, so I am younger than all the others! You can find my other friends by browsing Linda's shop or just by going to the "Fun Fish" section.Of course if you were to buy more than one of us, I think Linda would give you a special price. Please contact her on that choice so she can make out a special order just for you instead of just ordering me alone.

We are perfect to hang in a Lake or Beach house, or anywhere you'd like to cheer up a room! As a group, we really cheer up an area, yet, I look just as fabulous hanging in a space all on my very own, as you can see!

A Feline Adventure

At one time in my life, I was an art teacher, yet also would travel around to different classes to read to the children. That is where I would tell them stories about Peanut which led to my little books I made. This painting is Peanut as my teacher's pet. I had many teacher's pets, but of course Peanut was my favorite!

Here is Miss Peanut getting ready to take a bath as she stares at her beautiful self in the mirror after brushing her teeth while waiting for her bubble bath to fill up in the tub. A Feline Adventure

Oh!!! The positions Miss Peanut could fall asleep in! This is just one of her famous poses of sleep. Most of her body on the tv while she balances with her front paws! The orginal was drawn in already and at the same time after beginning, there was 9-11. It then turned into a Memorial Acrylic painting, one of my faves. There are some additions on the painting of memories of personal loved ones that have passed on as well as words God Bless America. The ship has a cross on it and the top of the World Trade Center has USA flag. The painting in the background is representation of oe of my dearest artist friends that passed away.Just my way of a Memorial where is so much more than meets the eye!

This print illustrates Miss Peanut hiding because she knows she is going to have to take a bath, which she just hated to do. She would sing opera at the top of her lungs holding the same note for an extremely long time, while bathing and then purr like a kitten when it was all over with as she was clean and felt beautiful. I still can't figure out why she would make such a fuss, when she knew she would feel so much better afterwards!

Basset Hound Love

I was inspired to make this adorable Basset Hound because my childhood friend always had 2 of them as far back as I can remember. I've been wanting to add dogs to my collection & they are very difficult for me to do, but here it is! I'm making dogs now!

He is made of clay and reinforced with my special paper mache and mixed media. No molds, completely handformed by me. He sits up about 2 1/2 inches high & is sprawling out around 7 inches long. As you can also see, there is a heart toy in his mouth expressing love & he wears a darling leash as well.
Perfect gift for any Basset Hound lover!

Gothic Fairy

This is a picture of a special Gothic Fairy. I now customize these fairies to your liking! I will still make her with black hair, her vampire wings, black tutu & lace, but you tell me what extra color you'd like for me to adorn her with. If you prefer red, I'll add red to her instead of purple, etc.
It will only take a few days to get to you as she is already made waiting for your special order!
Her length is approximately 8" in length and handmolded with clay over foil and wire, as well as reinforced with a paper mache remedy to make her more durable, not as easy to break, like clay. That is a must with all my clay creatures.

Miss Peanut was my muse & inspired to me to write 2 unpublished children's books, "The Itty Bitty Kitty from New York City" & "Peanut Jones Thinks about Fun!" I just had to paint pictures of her hysterical poses she'd position herself in. I just have to say that she had such an itty bitty tail, itty bitty cow legs, & the cutest itty bitty face...yet,lo & behold...she had a very big round body! I was inspired to make this adorable dachshund because I used to have one as a kid named Frieda and personally I would love to have a miniature one, if my condo building would allow dogs! I think they are so....cute!

She is made of clay and reinforced with my special paper mache and mixed media. No molds, completely handformed by me. She stands about 2 inches high & 4 inches long. As you can also see, there is a heart toy in her mouth expressing love & she wears a darling leash as well.

All my angels have the words "Faith" & "Love" on their message hearts. I have changed them, since these photos were taken, but I can change them to any words that are more meaningful to you. This fabulous brown buxom angel ballerina was entirely made by me, & although you will find other angels I've made, no 2 are exactly alike. She is not made with a mold & is approximately 7 1/2" long & 6" wide & is made from clay reinforced with paper mache as clay alone, is very fragile.
This particular angel has her very own personality & sprinkles her fairy dust on you that make miracles happen. She carries a string of beautiful beads that holds a heart made from clay & paper mache with inspiring words on each side. She comes from a fun & whimsical world created in my own mind!
She can be used as an ornament, but most people prefer to hang their angels as a mobile & enjoy watching her dance & fly in the air as she watches over you! These fun loving angels make fabulous, one of a kind, gifts, as well as adding her to your very own family to hang wherever you please!

Funky Little Shack Original

Here is my 3d mixed media porch scene called "Funky Little Shack" as that is my part of the song by the B52's "Love Shack" I love it when Fred sings the part Funky Little Shack. That's my "turn up the radio" part so I can sing along with him! It always puts me in a good mood! This house also puts me in a good mood! You'll see all the things I used to make this piece in the "Material Section" at the bottom of this page. There is a wood cut out door, a window, window slats for the borders. A "Home Sweet Home" sign hung with beads on the door that has a sculpted wooden handle for the doorknob. Beads hanging from the windows that I beaded. A darling little chair I found and painted and I sewed a little pillow for it, along with a round piece of wood on top of a sewing spool with little mosaic tiles. There is a hand woven rafia rug that I made at the foot of the door. A handmade ceiling fan and flower boxes on the sides with fake sunflowers that I also painted to get a richer look. There is a clay and paper mache Jack Russell Terrier, cat hanging over the roof, 7 black birds, and flower pot. The big trees are made of wire and beads. I didn't make those, but found them at a good price and they are kinda what gave me the idea of the whole project. The piece is ready to hang on the wall and the bottom is painted as well! The size of the piece with the trees is 23" tall, & without the trees, it's 12" by 9" and 6 " deep. It looks fabulous on a wall and what a conversation piece!!!

Mermaid Palace in the Sea Original

Mermaid's Palace in the Sea is an original mixed media piece of art on stretched canvas measuring 11" by 14" and 11/16" deep and is ready to hang without a frame! I used real driftwood I found at the Gulf, and had some big shells in my stash, as the shells I found on the beach were just too small, so I used some on her body, for this project. The mermaid, fish & her top are made from clay and paper mache along with her hair. Colored tissue paper, paint, gorgeous purple beaded ribbon and hand beaded on the bottom. The top was a green ribbon with beads already on it. I covered the green ribbon with the beaded purple ribbon like it on the bottom and beaded every single bead myself there. Each jewel, shell, pearl, etc. on the mermaid's body is glued on with super duper holding glue. It's very 3d although the pics don't show that as much. In fact the pics never does art justice now does it, unless of course, you have a professional photographer. Yet I promise you, you won't be disappointed! A beautiful piece for anyone that loves the sea.

Here's a collage/mixed media butterfly. The word JOY represents simply JOY! The butterfly is made out of thick watercolor paper, clay, paper mache, wire and obviously paint. About me... I am a delightful beautiful Black Fun Fish with highlights of hot pink & I don't weigh anything, practically, because I am made with Linda's own paper mache remedy & she does not use a mold so I am one of a kind & you can name me anything you want once you adopt me!

I'm approximately 12" long & I hang like a mobile as we all do a little swirl twirl in the air with our big smiling faces. I just love my smile, because it makes people & children smile when they see me, especially in person & sometimes they laugh at me. We all love to make people laugh. My photo does not do me justice!!! I've got round glass pieces for part of my decor to give my look a little pizazz! I'm very durable and will hold up to moisture.

There are other fish friends listed that Linda painted with other colors. You can see some of them in one of my thumbnails by clicking on it to make it larger, but I have made other friends as well since that picture was taken. In fact, I'm not even in that picture, so I am younger than all the others! The Itty Bitty Kitty from New York City

This is a book I wrote about 10 years ago, along with a 2nd book. I used to be an art teacher to pre and middle school. The children kept asking me to tell them to tell my story about my kitty Peanut, so eventually I made up a rhyme. I had to go through chemo for 2 years and during that time I worked and eventually worked part time and then not at all. I am on disability from that, but that's a different story because this little story about Peanut inspired me during that time and kept me going along with my precious Peanut being there for me! I never got the books published, but did have a couple of books made, way expensive...and also this book and the 2nd one are the books I took my prints and cards from that I sell in my shop. Well, to make a profit on this book, I would have to charge a rate that is way outrageous. So I am displaying this one because I got it for half price since it was the first time I made a book from this company. It's a very high quality, paperback and is 6" by 7 3/4". Redhead Mermaid and Fish Mobile

This fabulous browm buxom angel ballerina was entirely made by me, & although you will find other angels I've made, no 2 are exactly alike. She is not made with a mold & is approximately 7 1/2" long & 6" wide & is made from clay reinforced with paper mache as clay alone, is very fragile.
This particular angel has her very own personality & sprinkles her fairy dust on you that make miracles happen. She carries a string of beautiful beads that holds a heart made from clay & paper mache with inspiring words on each side. She comes from a fun & whimsical world created in my own mind!
She can be used as an ornament, but most people prefer to hang their angels as a mobile & enjoy watching her dance & fly in the air as she watches over you! These fun loving angels make fabulous, one of a kind, gifts, as well as adding her to your very own family to hang wherever you please!

I was inspired to make this Boston Terrier from a fellow artist that gave me the idea, and also has a Boston Terrier herself.

This is made of clay and reinforced with my special paper mache and mixed media. No molds, completely handformed by me. It stands about 3 3/4 inches. As you can also see, there is a heart toy in it's mouth expressing love & he wears a darling leash as well. I can put another word on the heart if you want, just contact me.

About me... I am a delightful beautiful Brown Fun Fish & I don't weigh anything, practically, because I am made with Linda's own paper mache remedy & she does not use a mold so I am one of a kind & you can name me anything you want once you adopt me!

I'm approximately 12" long & I hang like a mobile as we all do a little swirl twirl in the air with our big smiling faces. I just love my smile, because it makes people & children smile when they see me, especially in person & sometimes they laugh at me. We all love to make people laugh. My photo does not do me justice!!! I've got round glass pieces for part of my decor to give my look a little pizazz! I'm very durable and will hold up to moisture.

There are other fish friends listed that Linda painted with other colors. You can see some of them in one of my thumbnails by clicking on it to make it larger, but I have made other friends as well since that picture was taken. In fact, I'm not even in that picture, so I am younger than all the others! You can find my other friends by browsing Linda's shop or just by going to the "Fun Fish" section.Of course if you were to buy more than one of us, I think Linda would give you a special price. Please contact her on that choice so she can make out a special order just for you instead of just ordering me alone.

We are perfect to hang in a Lake or Beach house, or anywhere you'd like to cheer up a room! As a group, we really cheer up an area, yet, I look just as fabulous hanging in a space all on my very own, as you can see!

A Feline Adventure

This print illustrates Miss Peanut moving to Texas. Her bags are all packed and she has arrived to her destination. Flat as can be, an armadillo in the road and a gorgeous sunset with an enormous sky. Texas Bound. What a change from New York City!!!

Miss Peanut Jones was born & raised in New York City. She frequently traveled cross country by automobiles and airplanes & has also lived in LA & Washington State. She spent the last years of her life in my hometown, Houston, TX. She still kept her NY accent though. Peanut now lives in "Kitty Heaven" after having an awesome life of 20 years. If you take a tour of my store, you will see a variety of items that portray Miss Peanut.
Miss Peanut was my muse & inspired to me to write 2 unpublished children's books, "The Itty Bitty Kitty from New York City" & "Peanut Jones Thinks about Fun!" I just had to paint pictures of her hysterical poses she'd position herself in. All my angels have the words "Faith" & "Love" on their message hearts. I have changed them, since these photos were taken,(Sorry about the blurry photo) but I can change them to any words that are more meaningful to you. This fabulous blonde buxom angel ballerina was entirely made by me, & although you will find other angels I've made, no 2 are exactly alike. She is not made with a mold & is approximately 7 1/2" long & 6" wide & is made from clay reinforced with paper mache as clay alone, is very fragile.
This particular angel has her very own personality & sprinkles her fairy dust on you that make miracles happen. She carries a string of beautiful beads that holds a heart made from clay & paper mache with inspiring words on each side. She comes from a fun & whimsical world created in my own mind!
She can be used as an ornament, but most people prefer to hang their angels as a mobile & enjoy watching her dance & fly in the air as she watches over you! These fun loving angels make fabulous, one of a kind, gifts, as well as adding her to your very own family to hang wherever you please!

About me... I am a delightful beautiful Bright Yellow Fun Fish & I don't weigh anything, practically, because I am made with Linda's own paper mache remedy & she does not use a mold so I am one of a kind & you can name me anything you want once you adopt me!

I'm approximately 12" long & I hang like a mobile as we all do a little swirl twirl in the air with our big smiling faces. Peanut in her Pink Outfit

This is a sculpture of Miss Peanut adorned in her pink outfit! She is about 3" by 3", possibly a tad bigger. She was handmade with clay, no molds, and then reinforced with paper mache, as clay is so fragile. This darling kitty can be used as an ornament or simply an adorable feline art piece. She is wearing her fancy pink tutu with a pink silk flower on the waist. Since she is an angel, she also is wearing her beautiful angel wings and halo.
Perfect as a gift for any kitty lover!

THE STORY OF MISS PEANUT JONES
My kitty cat. What can I say?
Miss Peanut Jones was born & raised in New York City. She frequently traveled cross country by automobiles and airplanes & has also lived in LA & Washington State. She spent the last years of her life in my hometown, Houston, TX. She still kept her NY accent though. Peanut now lives in "Kitty Heaven" after having an awesome life of 20 years. If you take a tour of my store, you will see a variety of items that portray Miss Peanut.
Miss Peanut was my muse & inspired to me to write 2 unpublished children's books, "The Itty Bitty Kitty from New York City" & "Peanut Jones Thinks about Fun!" I just had to paint pictures of her hysterical poses she'd position herself in. These prints, flat magnets & notecards that you will find in my store, are taken from some of my favorite illustrations in the books.
I just have to say that she had such an itty bitty tail, itty bitty cow legs, & the cutest itty bitty face...yet,lo & behold...she had a very big round body! Perfect shape for an ornament ball, that you will see in other costumes and forms in my store. This lovable feline who was raised in an art studio environment & exposed to the visual & performing arts her whole life, made Miss Peanut, not only a very cultured feline, but also a legend!
