It's really cool how a small idea can make such a difference, this lady I know here on Etsy really liked the tea time ring http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=21979055

As you can see it's quite a big one :D

So here we have a smaller version, it looks so nice and still has the feeling of the larger tea time ring made specially to wear on a calm afternoon and sip tea from a massive cup seeing people walking by , or reading a wonderful book .. kind of ring.. :P

So we have a round band and a flower holding a 7mm freshwater pearl, I am so excited about this pearls because they are perfect!! I know that's quite a statement but they are AAA with a very high luster.

Well we have all noticed how vintage items allow old 60´s,70´s 80´s items to make a mayor come back..

This ring was made thinking of 70s jewelry , I did a bit of research and well 70´s stripes,dots patterns, swirls :D It´s so much fun..

So this ring is for someone with a boho heart but wanting a modern take... The ring consist of 3 layers of sterling silver, holding a wonderful 8mm light white freshwater pearl, the last picture captures the color of the pearl perfectly.

These have to be the smallest earrings I have ever made.. they measure only half and inch.

And feature a tiny rose, that was oxidized and polish to add dept in the petals..

They are so little and sweet.. I made them thinking of people who like to wear very subtle delicate jewelry.

These are also small enough for a little girl to wear.

I am a loyal believer that sometimes when things don't happen exactly the way you wanted is because something else was in store for you.

The other day I had a terrible day on my way to a class, and under the rain walking in the city I ran into a friend of mine who makes lovely beaded jewelry.

I told her about my day and she invited me over to her house to show me some of her work, which I did and ended up spending an afternoon making crystal earrings.

Since I work with silver making the finding was very easy, so I made stars,swirls , frames and soldered the small loops for the crystals to hang.. so she and I traded I made some frames for earrings and she taught me how to make clusters, rings and so man other wonderful things! :)

These earrings are part of the first batch of jewelry I made using crystals.

They feature a handmade sterling silver star and Swarovski Rose Crystals that dangle around when you have them on.

Very light to wear, and I think they are rather delicate and feminine!

My friend Jason made a comment once over coffee about spirals.. he said it would be cool to come up with a line of spirals because of the meaning and message that could be send with those pieces.

This was a long time ago.. and one afternoon thinking about him and how I never made anything to go with the spiral theme I started sketching..

I wanted something totally different than what I usually do, with a different style trying to incorporate the spirals and a focal piece and with a result that would call the attention but keep an elegant look.

This ring was born with spirals hugging your finger, a wide hammered band,the top of the band was also hammered..there is even a tiny pebble "holding the bezel in place"..the whole piece oxidized and brushed to bring out all the different textures all over the ring and a beautiful eye as a focal piece make the whole thing as mystical and unique as the idea of the pieces we first had..

The eye is a round glass domed cabochon,it has an eye design impressed into the backside and painted, and then the backside is coated in silver foil. The iridescent colors of the eye show through the clear glass dome, and shift from pink to green depending on how the light hits it.

It's a very special ring, one of a kind.. in a size 8.5 but since this is a wide band it would actually fit you if you are a size 8 or 7.75 .

Everyday Rosette..

The rosette pendant derives from the natural shape of a rosette in botany, formed by leaves radiating out from the stem of a plant.

The rosette design has been used extensively in sculptural objects from antiquity.

In my opinion it’s very delicate and after finding several images online I decided to give it a go and this is the result.

A line of flowers following this theme is available in the shop :)

The pendant was made in my tiny workshop out of .925 sterling silver, the little button pearl in the center is a +++A freshwater pearl.

I’ve attached pictures of how it looks on so you have a size reference is called everyday rosette because the one I own I wear it every day :D.

So I made these little twists which are a small version of that pendant, perfect for everyday wearing..it's a small pendant made with 2 pieces of silver with a 7mm pearl in the middle.

Perfect to put it on and never taking it off, layer it with other pendants, a little treat to a good friend :D

These are so fun and lovely , tiny star charms were added in the bottom making these earrings so fun and unique.

Then gave myself the task of coming up with a line with a small word..

I usually don't use stamps for jewelry, I like the rustic feel of it but I just don't use it , instead this is my handwriting transferred to silver, it's a bit harder to get right but also more personal.

This ring is very special the first thing I did was the word "Be" I had several sketches of the ring " Be yourself" , "Be who you are" etc but then decided since it's supposed to be a small reminder just "BE"

I have been thinking about this line and the small messages all around us , a small note to be worn around, to remind us to be ourselves or for someone else to see and maybe get the message they needed at that particular time.

I chose one of my favorite moonstone for this ring it's a small piece that perfectly shows a small rainbow when touched by light.. Did you know Romans theorized that moonstone, with its unearthly shimmer, was formed from frozen moonlight.

Because of the almost magical shimmer that resembles moonshine,which originates from the interior structure of the gemstone in scales . Incoming rays of light are refracted inside the stone and scattered, creating a unique play of light almost like a "three-dimensional" depth of color, which one will see clearly only when playfully tilting the stone and moving it.

I was playing with layers and textures and this ring was born, with a matching textured band,I love unique rings and this one is one of my favorite rings I've made in a while.

Oh I'm so happy about this ring, I have a similar version of it with 3 little flowers.

The other day while making a custom order with tiny stars, I had to cut several small stars, then though about making some more in a thick sheet of silver and form a ring out of it .

Ahhh it turned out so cute! That I decided to make some more that day.

Sometimes it works like that, while I make something , an other idea hits and with no previous plan I find myself with a bench full of stars :)

She taught me how to make this ring using different colors of swarovski crystals making a cluster using a larger crystal as the center and making hearts around it to look like petals.

Since I work with silver making the ring findings was very easy, she and I traded she taught me and I made her some custom ring bases :)

I love it, so femenine and shiny. This was the only one I made..maybe more will come along in the future after I'm done with some other ideas I'm working on.

These are great for a gift, or to just wear around the day they are so light and dainty! the earrings were made using sterling wire so there's no knots or anything that can make the earring uncomfortable.

These are gorgeous long dangle earrings measuring close to 2" featuring 3 crystals each one small swarovski crystal and a beautiful briolette dangling in the bottom of the chain.

I made the little swirls and soldered them so they don't ever change their shape and soldered several little loops to hang the crystals using a very thin wire.

The result are these delicate smoky blue earrings that are small but so elegant.

Very light , these are one of my favorite from the earrings I made that day.

Since I work with silver making the finding was very easy, so I made stars,swirls , frames and soldered the small loops for the crystals to hang.. so she and I traded I made some frames for earrings and she taught me how to make clusters, rings and so man other wonderful things! :)

These earrings are part of the first batch of jewelry I made using crystals.

They feature a handmade sterling silver star and Swarovski Crystals that dangle around when you wear them

Very light to wear, and I think they are rather delicate and feminine!

I am a loyal believer that sometimes when things don't happen exactly the way you wanted is because something else was in store for you.

The other day I had a terrible day on my way to a class, and under the rain walking in the city I ran into a friend of mine who makes lovely beaded jewelry.

These are great, I made several pairs at one time, after wearing the first and people asking me for them.

They are are sterling silver ovals filed to have a smooth outline about an inch and a half long and featuring a lovely brushed/satin finish.

The other day I got a special request for a little toe ring, I don't usually make toe rings but I thought it was cool.

When I met the lady that called me she was 57 and she said she had been looking for someone to make her a replica of a toe ring she had and lost in Woodstock, when she was young and that it meant a lot to her because of who gave it to her. My eyes LID! and I asked her about 50000 questions :D

SO since I was making toe rings. This is the latest I've made resembling a little twig.. it's a very delicate little toe ring I took a picture with the toe ring in my hand so you have an idea..how little it is.

I love Cherry blossoms and the whole idea of very light pink flowers falling as you walk..

In China the cherry blossom symbolizes feminine beauty, the feminine principle, or love in the language of herbs. In Japan cherry blossoms also symbolize clouds due to their nature of blooming in mass..

From any way you see it the point is that they are beautiful femenine and make you want to spin in a white cotton dress :D

Then gave myself the task of coming up with a line with a small word..

I usually don't use stamps for jewelry, I like the rustic feel of it but I just don't use it , instead this is my handwriting transferred to silver, it's a bit harder to get right but also more personal.

This listing is for a beautiful labradorite pendant.

Sometimes its charm is not fully noticed and may be overlooked if not viewed from the proper position.

Generally a dull, dark looking with no special virtue but with a wonderful secret waiting for you to expose it to light..this is when a shiller is observed glowing on the surface.

The resulting color effect is caused by a ray of light entering a layer and being refracted back and forth by deeper layers giving us this lovely blue/green tones

Also if the viewer does not observe from the precise angle or if light is not supplied from the proper angle then no color shiller is seen.

This stone with greens and blue when you look at it in person you can see the layers and how the colors blend together..I love how this one has lines that shine.. I hope you can see them in the pictures :)

And the word magic is placed in the back of the piece oxidized and brushed as a small reminder of magic all around us, I made a tiny little star too that seems to be shooting on the side.

I'm very happy with the result and happier to be able to offer it in the store.

I think there is a mystical feel when it comes to wearing eyes.. people notice them straight away and when it comes to these colorful eyes..it's a nice touch.

I sat in my bench and I said to myself, BIG, with 2 eyes and something I can wear on one hand when I don't feel like wearing anything else, something that will make certain people appreciate it and go WOW and other to think is a bit weird.

I've said it a thousand times I have an affair between very classic pieces or special pieces.

Some days I wake and put my pearl necklace,rings,and earrings and some jeans just to take it easy during that day and some days I wear a necklace with an elephant, a ring with a huuuuge black flower, with my patterned yellow long skirts and big boots because that day I feel like showing the world the visions I have Inside me, I like what's out there , what's out there to see.. what's different. This was the first thing I thought when seeing this Matrioshka doll bead..

It's been sooo long since I've been thinking about making another one of these.

When I was little my grandma used to take care of me and she had several matrioshka dolls and I used to sneak and play with them..

Like a year ago I found these beautiful gold matrioshkas and decided to surprise her.. when she opened the gift she laughed said she loved them and said she remembered me trying to be sneaky playing with them and she would just let me .. I mean we are talking 10 years later and I still in my innocent mind thought she never knew haha! Moms and grandmas KNOW EVERYTHING.

This necklace was meant to be playful I think it's a very hippie looking and unique and it's conformed by :

I made it straight so it can be bent into a U or L shape according to your preference.

This is part of a collection of pieces I made parting from eyes, first started off with several faces you can find in my store or in the sold section.

The rosette Ring derives from the natural shape of a rosette in botany, formed by leaves radiating out from the stem of a plant.

The rosette design has been used extensively in sculptural objects from antiquity.

In my opinion it’s very delicate and after finding several images online I decided to give it a go and this is the result.

So the story goes like this..

One upon a time me and 2 friends were in the beach , covered by a red blanket at 3am looking at the stars, It was a bit cold and then we said " A cup of tea would make this perfect" ..

This the second teacup I made from the red blanket, stargazing story..the lil thing is about an inch long, all made out f .925 silver ..I´ve attached pictures of the teacup on so you can see the size of the pendant and length of the chain.(chain is included and can be changed to a longer one if you like)

This ring was made in a rainy afternoon, I have several stones,pearls in a table and I picked my Keshi pearls and while playing with them came up with the idea for this ring..

A very modern ring with the pearl standing out, with a beautiful textured band..

This is currently a one of a kind ring in the whole sense of the word since the pearls are all different in a size 8, I will be making similar rings in the future but I like the idea of making one of a kind pieces instead of making the same item over and over again :D

I formed a small structure out of sterling silver..

I was thinking petals but didn't want to form a whole flower, then I decided it had to be a ring, I added a small silver ball to the side and bent it to it's current shape that wraps around your finger.

It's a free form ring,light and comfortable perfect as an everyday ring but big and elegant to dress up too..

I love it..

I still have the Victorian idea in my head...

I love to look at pictures of different times, this piece was made because the other day I found these lovely pictures in a magazine of Victorian clothing, something about the ruffles the elegance of these woman their style and dresses really caught me and I decided to make a series of pieces to try to capture this.

This Ring features a beautiful Czech glass round cabochon. It is opaque white, with an impressed mosaic design done in gold tone, red, and black. It measures 14mm in diameter that works perfectly with the idea I had.

I decided to keep it simple and make a sterling silver bezel a and ring to showcase the cab, this ring has an "old" feeling to it and I am more than happy with it..

I work with pearls almost daily and I've been thinking I should have a classic choker like necklace with a single pearl that goes with any other pearl piece ..but I needed a very delicate almost invisible chain ..and I found it! :D

So we have here a 7mm button pearl with a lovely luster, I top drilled the pearl so it sits perfectly right.

I found the chains I needed they are just the most delicate silver string.. and I always double check when buying these kinds of chains because they tend to break easily.. but this one is like a small cord and it's so sturdy I decided to go ahead and use it with the pearl..

This little pearl comes in a 16" or 18" chain.. I can make it 15" if you like a really really short choker.. you just let me know what you prefer in the notes to seller..

And about that first picture , I had to play with my magnifying glass! :P

Ohhh the whole long big layered jewelry came to mind and I truly enjoy that look.. this necklace is perfect for that.. you can wear it in layers with other necklaces or by itself..it really stands out, some days I think we should just put a bunch of jewelry on :P

Ok, I have a lot of hair.. a lot lot of hair down my waist in curls.. and I tie it up mostly when I'm working with anything a pen,knitting needle,chopstick, absolutely anything.

I am so excited about this new line..

I am in the process of moving to Guatemala, traveling there back and forth trying to get everything ready before I make the big move.

I love the architecture, the color, the art all around the place and I feel I need to live there.

I meet artisans all the time, jewelers all the time and it's so wonderful to be able to share ideas.

This particular cabochon is made with bone, they make a paste with bone and make one first piece carve it and then make a mold and use the paste to make several, there is no machines involved, just people working with their hands..which I value so much.

I wish you saw my face when I ran into all these cabs, an owl, a mayan sun, lucky symbols and this one a hand with a spiral that at the same time symbolizes so much with this particular moment.

Represents the evolutionary process of learning and growing.

It seems that our life doesn't proceed in a straight line. The path of life more closely resemble a spiral.

We seem to pass the same point over and over again but from a different perspective each time.

From the hands of the artisan, to mine to set in silver, for someone to wear..

So happy about this necklace..

It's made with Baroque pearls, pearls with irregular and unpredictable shapes, they give a different and unique feel to any piece of jewelry since each little pearl is one of a kind.

So we have 8mm Baroque freshwater pearls hanguing at 18" from a very delicate chain which was slightly oxidized then polished to create a more dramatic effect.

I am happy with it because it's very delicate and femenine which is just the idea I have of pearls..

This is the first pendant from a line of "clusters" I'm working on..

For this one I used pink and white freshwater pearls, a jade leaf, a blue clay bead and a pair of glass beads from a vintage necklace..

I was talking to my mom the other day and we were talking about the holidays and how many different parties usually come around this time.

When I got back home after making some coffee I gave myself the task of making a necklace which would work for several occasions.

I took a lovely agate cabochon, made the focal piece I made a small flower in the back of the piece so the reflection could be seen in the stone too..

Then took a good while to wire wrap matching agate beads to make a chain for it..

The result is this beautiful necklace, that follows the idea I first had. You can wear this for a lunch with friends.. for a dinner.. anything.

Yayy! this ring.. couldn't wait to list it.

It all started with one of the girls from my school , she was showing me her stones and I told her how beautiful was the color of this jasper, love the deep red tones.. she just said " It's yours".

That day I was there by mistake not even in class, when she gave me the stone my friend Gaby (who happens to be a teacher) gave me the idea and showed me how to make this ring.

So the stone moves around and it just sits directly in your finger.

You can wear it 2 ways as shown in the picture with the stone pointing up or down..

At the end of that day we were sipping coffee and looking at the mini collaboration ring and how it looks very modern.

It fits a size 6 and it's a one of a kind ring.

What we have here is a beautiful pair of earrings made from the freshwater pearls I have in my workshop.... I've said it wayyyy toooo many times but I adore them and I have a ton of them..I like the fact of picking the pearls , looking for the perfect luster and shape..

These earrings feature beautiful 7mm freshwater pearls
top-drilled to create this zig zag effect they look very original as if the pearls were floating :P

I am in love with these because of the luster.. and I have it available in 2 colors white and peacock also listed in the site

So we have a Dichroic glass cabochon in a beautiful blue, this whole piece was oxidized in order for the glass to stand out even more giving the piece a nice effect.

This is a wonderful everyday necklace, looks nice bold and elegant and the colors are just beautiful when exposed to sunlight..

It comes ready to wear with an oxidized 18" chain..
