Bug Jar III quilt

This is the last in a series of bug jar quilts that I made this summer. They were so much fun with all the different bug fabrics and the little pieces to cut and sew together.

This quilt is 58" wide and 78" long and made from all cotton fabric. I put it together with my Singer Centenial Featherweight sewing machine from the 50's and then finished the binding and ties by hand. It was a real labor of love and will bring you years of enjoyment and comfort.

This hand crocheted afghan is one of my favorites because of the colors and the design. It is very intricate and very warm.
43" wide and 68" long it is great for cuddling and a favorite to watch TV and snuggle up in.

This one took longer than usual to make because of the design but I loved making it and filling it with lots of positive energy.

This bright colored afghan is hand crochet with love! It would brighten up anyone's day.
42" wide and 64" long, it is great to cuddle up in spring, winter and fall.

This is a fun quilt for young and old alike.

Handmade quilt 40" wide X 48" long. All cotton fabrics. This quilt is made of the popular biker bugz fabric plus all small biker related fabrics I could find. The back of the quilt has puppies riding motorcycles. This would be great for a small child or for a lap quilt or even a wheelchair quilt! The quilt is hand cut, pieced together (lots of pieces!) and sewn on a Featherweight Centenial Singer Sewing machine from the 1950's. It is the hand tied and the binding is hand sewn.

Handmade quilt 57" wide X 64" long. All cotton fabrics. The charm squares are such favorites as hershey kisses, gummy bears, lots of M & M's, Krispy Kreme donuts, sugar daddy, jelly beans, cheese and crackers, christmas candy, cake and strudel, chocolate chip cookies, carmel corn, ice cream cones, hersheys chocolates, tootsie rolls, pretzels, popcorn, cracker jacks, ice cream bars, peppermint candies, popsicles, s'mores and more! I put a colorul gummy bears border as well as bright stripes and purple border with lavender backing.
This quilt is hand cut, pieced together (lots of little pieces!) and sewn on a Featherweight Centenial Singer Sewing machine from the 1950's. It is the hand tied and the binding is hand sewn.

Fruit Jars in Cabinet quilt

This quilt was a challenge to make! There are a lot of small pieces that go together to make this cabinet and the jars. The fruit fabric is vibrant and make this quilt fun.

This is the first one I have made of this design but I had fun doing it and will make another with a black cabinet and all different fruit in the jars.

The fabric is all cotton and the batting is special because it is made from recycled plastic bottles! With this quilt you save 13 bottles from the landfill. I love that idea and plan to use this batting in more of my quilts.

I pieced this quilt together using my 1956 Singer sewing machine and then hand tied and hand stitched the binding.

The back of this quilt is really beautiful and will make it hard for you to choose which side you like the best.

The quilt is 62" wide and 71 1/2" long.

Betty Boop - Biker Babe Quilt

I used a variety of Betty Boop motorcycle fabrics and bright colors to make this one of a kind quilt. On the back I found fabric with "girl skulls" with heart shaped eyes and bows on their head, a really fun fabric.

The quilt is made from all cotton fabric and hi-loft batting for warmth and cuddliness! You will really love to snuggle up under this one.

The quilt is 74" wide and 81" long, big enough for 2 people to snuggle under this one!

I made this quilt on a 1956 Singer Sewing machine and pieced all the pieces, then hand tied the quilt and hand finished the binding.
