This is a hand made, very soft and pretty blue and white set. It has various appliques and a precious baby verse embroidered on the blanket. The pillow case has an applique of a bear that matches one on the blanket.

The sheet is reversable, which makes middle-of-the-night burps easy to handle. Simply turn the sheeted mattress over for a fresh start and wash in the morning.

Grandmother's Fan Quilt

I have made this quilt using the "Grandmother's Fan" pattern of quilt blocks. The coloring is of various pastels on a durable, white percale sheeting fabric.

The top is carefully quilted through the batting and bottom layer which makes it hold together very well and adds much style.

The quilt measures approximately 85" x 66" which is a generous size when used on a twin bed.

This is washable on a gentle cycle. If you dry it in a dryer be sure to use a low heat and remove and fluff it every 15 minutes or so to keep the batting in shape.
