Believe it or not - these lights still light up. They're still in the original box (no date) but the box isn't in very good shape. It's very cute though.

The box says "Reliance Lantern Outfit". We plugged the lights in and were amazed that they still light up - but they did get really, really hot. So use at your own risk.

If you like the look of vintage, you'll love this box and the original lights.

Who knew there was a children's book about LBJ's ranch? This is an interesting historical book. It was published in 1965 by Random House.

I love the illustration of Johnson riding his horse in his suit and tie.

The boy and girl in the story are always dressed in girl and boy scout uniforms.

This book shows some wear on the cover and the owner's name is written on the inside front cover. Most of the pages are crisp and clean.

There are 34 cards in this set of Presidential cards (Lincoln is missing and another Pres. not sure which one).

The cards are 2 3/4" x 4 1/2". Some are in excellent condition, a few show a little wear. All of them are lovely paintings, except for Bill Clinton (photo).

The back of the card includes a history of the president as well as the name of the painter.

These would be great to use for altered art projects. But would also be educational tools for kids - perhaps for a history project.

This is such a fun kit. According to the package it teaches drawing, creativeness and constructiveness. Keeps kiddies calm, quiet and contented.

This Big Little Book will be fun for any Daktari fan. It's 3 1/2" x 5", from 1968, with 248 pages.

It's not in very nice condition. The cover is worn, some pages are torn, and the color from the illustrations are staining some of the text pages. I didn't want to scan the illustrations for fear of ruining the book so have only shown the cover. But the illustrations are in color. Other than that!! it's in O.K. condition. At least the pages could be used for art projects, etc.

How great is this little book? Doesn't it bring you back to watching Bonanza on T.V? (well, maybe not a lot of you because you weren't even born yet) but to those of you who remember - this is a very fun book.

The illustrations are very funny. You'll love them.

The book is 3 1/2" x 5" - from 1967 - 250 pages. It's in pretty nice condition. The cover is a little worn. Inside pages are excellent - no scribbles, tears or rips. Binding is tight.

Never been used Folkwear Pattern for a Chinese Skirt. The envelope includes the pattern, instructions and iron-on transfer for embroidery or painting.

Sizes 6 / 16.

The pattern is from 1978. Wonderful graphics (would make a nice framed piece after making the skirt).

Since the iron-on transfer has been folded up in the envelope for so many years, the inks have smudged. But the designs could be traced instead of ironed-on if desired.

This is a wonderful addition to any seamstresses stash of patterns.

I loved this magnet when I spied it at the estate sale. I was tempted to keep it but had no idea what to make it into. Maybe you have one. It would make a great addition to an assemblage but would also be a nice gift for a car collector.

The car is a cadillac? an oldsmobile? Not sure. But it's a wonderful two-toned yellow and black and definitely from the 50s. Is that Elvis behind the wheel?

It's 6 1/2" x 2 1/2" and a very thick plexi-glass. The back is completely covered with a magnet. It's cut out nicely - check out the pony tail on the female rider.
