The yarn used for this one is a 100% wool bulky slub yarn that has been loosely plied for the chunky look. Perfect gift for a frivilous adult or a teenager.

This bag is in the luscious fall colors of peach, olive and rust. This is the first of my Allegria Bags, which in Italy mean happy, cheerful, and they are the most fun to knit.

I combine 2 or 3 yarns in the same colorway and knit for 2 or 3 rows, and then change partners. It is a fun way to knit and the bags have a really fun, one of a kind look.

This one measures 12" wide by 9" tall and has a self handle knit with the same yarns. I have lined it with an olive and rust cotton fabric for strength.

This woven scarf was woven with a warp of rust colored soft 100% extra fine merino wool, and the weft used 2 yarns, a nubby metallic with little flags of bronze and gold that is 95% nylon and 5% lurex, and a gold metallic eyelash that is 95% polyester and 5% metal. It is very different from anything I have done and I just love it.

It measures 68" long, 54" woven, and 14" fringe. It should be handwashed in cold water and laid flat to dry. The metallic highlights are very beautiful and I am sorry the pictures don't show how gorgeous it really is.

This lovely scarf was woven using violeta africana malabrigio sock yarn as the warp and fringe, and the weft yarns are both novelty yarns, Little Flower from Crystal Palace, which is 66% rayon 30% nylon and 4% lurex, which gives the yarn that metallic glimmer. The other novelty yarn is also from Crystal Palace and in the same colorway, Fizz is 100% polyester and a furry eyelash. They combine wonderfully with the violet yarn for a lovely serene, calm and cool look.

The scarf measures 71" long, 55" woven and 8" fringe on each end, and it is 3" across. This scarf should be handwashedcold and laid flat to dry.

Burgundy Woven Scarf

This scarf is the second one woven on my new knitters loom and I am thrilled with how beautiful it is. The colors are burgundy red and the yarns are 100% pure merino wool and boucle is the weft which I believe is a wool, mohair blend.
This item should be handwashed in cool water and laid flat to dry.

The color is beautiful and I only hope my photos do it justice. It measures 76" long and 3" wide and the fringe is the burgundy merino only.
