Jiggy Pin

Little folk made from “jigsaw” puzzles.
Their limbs are wiggly jiggly and they look as if they truly are getting jiggy with it!

Their heads are polymer clay and bodies are puzzle pieces. Little wings are of large iridescent sequins. Hands are made using shrink plastic and legs are made of varied beads. Jump rings are used to attach hands and legs.
Pin attached to back.

Truly one-of-a-kind since no two could ever be exactly alike!

Approx. 3” long and 1 ½” at the widest point (wings)

Lotus Flower

The lotus flower brings thoughts to ones mind of tranquil summer days on the pond.
For me, living on a pond, I have the pleasure of seeing these delicate flowers all summer long.

These lotus images are created on a dense plastic with a little
iridescent bead to simulate a tiny water droplet.

Stunning long dangle earrings with the illusion of pressed antique glass!

These lovely pieces are created in hard plastic.
I've given them yummy golden and carmel colors with a simple design embossed into the surface itself.

Dangling from the top are four square glass beads and little seed beads.
Goldtone findings and wire.

Since each piece is free-formed individually, no two will be exactly alike, making these truly one of a kind.
The pair you see pictured will be the pair you get.

These are thick enough to withstand much use yet lightweight enough to forget you're wearing them as well as having a beautiful translucent quality!

Amber

Big impact in a little package.

The process for weaving these pieces is a bit like
that of the beaded bead necklace in so far as they are done
wth one continuous length of filament. In this case they are created
around a central bead and, depending on the size, there are anywhere
from 70 to 90 beads woven into each.

This one starts with a gold color bead surrounded by seed beads of a muted earthy color range. These little beads reflect tones from brown, green, rose, and gold.
There is a deep amber color Swarovski crystal at the bottom surrounded by a ring of amber color seed beads.

The bead itself is approx. ¾”. They are on goldtone wires.
If you have sensitivity and need the wires to be of a certain material, please state this in the message to seller and/or convo me.

Yellow leaves

These beautiful autumn leaves are actually created using a photo of a leaf from a tree in my back yard!

I took that photo and created these earrings in a hard plastic.
Being still quite translucent, the light shines through them beautifully giving them a great autumn leaf feel.

Each leaf is cut by hand and while they will not be identical, they will be quite close.
Goldtone findings and wire.
Little green and amber colored beads dangle on leaf to add the perfect accent.

These are thick enough to withstand much use yet lightweight enough to forget you're wearing them!

Overall length from bottom of wire is approx. 1 1/4"
Width is approx. 1 3/4" at the widest point.

The process for weaving these beads is a bit involved.
Between crystals, pearl beads, and seed beads, there are approximately 114 beads in all,
woven into one self-supporting bead all
done with a hair thin needle on one continuous length of filament.

Top and bottom of this bead has three green Swarovski crystals at each end. There are nine green glass beads interwoven with chartreuse seed beads. Gold tone wire and neck chain (18").

The bead size itself is 1 ½” including the wire swirl.
If you are not familiar with bead weaving, you may find the soft unique texture to be delightful to touch.

While the little bird plays unaware on his perch...the big eyed kitty is behind the cage watching every move.

Don’t you just love the juicy summertime color of this little piece.
Glass beads that have a matte finish and almost looks like sea glass.
The orange seed beads add just the nicest bit of shine.

The bracelet is 7 ¼” from end to end of safety clasp. The clasp, when closed is approx. ¾”. The width is approx. ½”.
I have a 6 ¾” wrist and this fits perfectly.

When measuring the wrist, please measure ½” Smaller
than overall length of bracelet to account for clasp.

Swirls

A polymer clay pendant with a beautiful swirl design in the well know lentil shape.
The creation of this piece is always a wonderful surprise as to what the end result will be.
If you see one you love, buy it!!
No two will ever turn out exactly alike, making them true one-of-a-kind.

This piece is mainly black and silver swirls with shades of brown, orange and gold and includes metallic flecks throughout. I’ve photographed mainly the side which appeals to me as the ‘front”, however, both sides have an equally lovely design and I’ve tried to show the other in at least one photo.
The surface has been sanded and buffed to create a soft shine on a matte surface.

The pendant is approx. 3/4" diameter. Measures 1" when including the top addition.
Hangs from an 18” black cotton cord with silvertone findings and clasp.

Please note that there may be some slight color discrepancies between my photographs and the piece in person. This is due to variations in computer monitors as well as light sources. I have tried to represent these pieces as clearly and accurately as is possible. I will do my best to describe colors in the item descriptions (this is mostly a problem with certain purple varieties that tend to look blue sometimes). The addition of metallic flecks imbedded in the clay will also add color shifts.

Original Torn paper painted collage

Ahhh....who doesn't love cupcakes!!

Having been inspired by several artists I know, I've been working with a this collage technique and have found myself addicted to the process.

My paper collage starts as a sketch, then a loose underpainting, evolving into an image which consists of many different papers. Some
of the papers used are papers that are created
by me in advance of the piece.

The colors and textures are a feast for the eyes.

This piece is 5"x7" and is produced on a heavy weight base paper. The many layers of papers and gel medium make this a very sturdy painting.

This icy little bracelet goes from casual to dressy in a blink.
These glass beads have a frosted matte finish and almost looks like sea glass.
The little seed beads have that same finish as well. The iridescent beads add a shine of a multitude of subtle colors…..almost the effect of a soap bubble.

Sea Glass Earrings

Always a challenge to find two pieces of sea glass that will work well enough together in size and color to create a pair of earrings.
The ocean spills them out at will.

Here is a nice pair of green glass earrings that certainly came close enough to make it work.
While nature made them slightly different in shape (which is their beauty) they are actually the same measurements.

The glass peices themselves, at the widest point measure 1/2" and a length of 3/4".
Wrapped and hung on silver tone wire.

Sea Glass

Lovely piece of white frosted sea glass wrapped with wire.

Simple elegant jewelry.

Sea Glass
