My wife thinks this pendant looks a little like Marlo Thomas' hair from the TV show *That Girl*. I thought maybe it looked a little like a funny face, with wonky eyes and a long nose, albeit upside down.

Beachglass is glass found along the shores of oceans, seas, and very large lakes. It found its way into the water by being onboard a ship that sank, being tossed in as rubbish, or by some similar manner.

Over time, (Some of this glass is over a hundred years old. Some is hundreds of years old.) the action of the waves and sand round off the sharp edges, while the acidity or alkilinity of the water etches the glass, giving it a smooth, frosted finish. It takes years for this process to form the broken pieces of glass into true gems of the water, sometimes referred to as *Mermaid's Tears*.

Shot Through The Heart!

The Heart is 3.5 inches wide x about 4 inches tall. Total height on this piece is a little over 7.5 inches tall. The Arrow measures 5 3/8 inches.

The copper in this piece is hand hammered, and the Heart is Hand Riveted. The Arrow holds a BeachGlass *Arrowhead* and beach Glass *Fletching* . The Feather Flecthing contains Green, Amber, White, and Red Beach Glass. It's adorned with a Green Wire Wrapped Chunk of Beach Glass suspended from a hand hammered copper twirl. Hand formed rings have been silver-soldered to the top of the heart for hanging in your window, or anywhere else you find a place that needs a little decoration.

Red Beach Glass is only found about 1 in 10,000 pieces.

This pendant is made from a larger piece of white frosted beach glass with blue, green, amber, and purple beach glass attached. The bail is hand twisted, pure copper.

The pendant has been sprayed with a clear gloss finish to give it just a bit of lustre.

This piece looks like it may be from the bottom rim of a Coca-Cola bottle. It has the same little clear indention that those bottles have. I used the copper wire swirl to accent that indention.

These earrings are made from hand hammered copper disks which have been textured and domed. The disks/domes are approximately 3/4 inch across.

Copper will tarnish over time, and will need to be polished occasionally, if the bright finish is to be maintained.

I am a recycler. These disks are formed from US copper cents. Some may have a slight shadow of image remaining on the rear, but the fronts are clear.

Offered for your perusal....22 inch Copper necklace consisting of 20 hand hammered copper disks which have been textured and domed. (Length can be altered, if requested, for a small charge.) The finish is natural, and has been hand polished for a nice sheen.

A Touch of Glass Smoky Gray Lake Erie Beach Glass set in Hand Made Copper Bezel

Dark Smoky almost an amethyst tinted Lake Erie beach Glass. This is a thick chunk, and is very old, as the surface marking shows. Nicely frosted and set into a custom handmade bezel.

The bezel was hand formed from a single piece of 14 ga. copper wire, hammered flat, formed around the glass, and soldered shut. The bezel and retaining bands have been polished to a high shine, as has the hand made bail.

A lot of work went into this piece, but I think the end result is worth the time spent.

The dangles on these are formed from a single piece of 12 ga copper wire, hammered to get the shape I wanted, then hammered again, for texture.

They have a brushed finish with a rainbow like effect. The colors are amazing, and the pictures don't do them justice.
