Here we have large painted wooden beads with large holes. I'd say they're about 12mm (I'm a little fuzzy on measuring things metrically!)

You get 12 in the pack. These would be great for a colorful, summery bracelet, necklace or earrings, and the larger holes would work with leather laces or thicker chains.
