Little tarts as jewelry are one of my favorite designs!
All the fruits are made by me as well.
I love making fruit tarts since you've got billions possibilities to make different designs and they all look great!

These adorable tarts are covered with vanilla cream and topped with lemon, kiwi and banana slices. A few blueberries give them their final touch!

On the last photo you can see the different existing sizes.

A beautiful charlotte cake with strawberries! A red silk ribbon embrace the cake delicately.
This French cake is filled with a thick chocolate mousse and covered with "biscuits à la cuillère" (ladyfingers), smooth and very light long cookies.
You can find charlottes in every good French patisserie and it's always a pleasure to see one :)

I love fruit tarts! I love looking at them during hours in our French patisserie! They always look so beautiful :)
And I really enjoy those white tart/pie plate, they're so simple and elegant.
SO I decided to make one, two,... many(!) in miniature! The last picture show some of them (yes "some" :D and there are still more to come!)

This tart is covered with thick crême patissière and topped with banana and strawberry fruits! a true delight :)

It would be perfect in any pastry shop or in grandmother's kitchen :) Perfect on a dessert buffet as well!

Delicate Macarons - 1/12 m i n i a t u r e

This macaron box is my signature piece. It evolved and got better with time.
It's from "Ladorée" which is a nice word play with "adorée" The adored one and reminds of the very famous brand Ladurée.

The macarons are all handmade by myself in three steps:
- making the macarons shells then baking
- filling the macarons with the cream > baking
- amking tiny tiny boxes
- glueing the tiny macarons in the tiny boxes.

It's quite a lot of work but the result is adorable and makes a great addition to just any miniature scene!

IMPORTANT: all the boxes are different and the macarons scheme is different from box to box, but each one has the five flavors: chocolate, raspberry, pistacchio, strawberry and coffee.

Foie Gras with Fresh Figs - 1/12 m i n i a t u r e

A French specialty, "foie gras" is a very delicate and smooth "fat liver" from a goose or a duck.
It's eaten with some toast or for a more rustic feeling with baguette and served with white wine.
It's a bit gory, since the goose or duck has to be force-fed in order to have a sick fat liver.

The "foie gras" slices are presented with some fresh figs on a fine porcelain plate (glued to place)

It's a perfect entry for a festive Christmas or New Year's Eve.

And I really enjoy those white tart/pie plate, they're so simple and elegant.

Ooh ice cream!! I love ice cream, especially in waffles! Unfortunately, ice cream is extremely expensive in France and I just can't take it very often!

These earrings feature chocolate and strawberry-cream ice cream on crispy waffle cones.

So here a version which doesn't melt, which has 0 calorie and which looks good :D
Be aware though everyone will have the desire to touch these earrings!

I'm working on a Food of the World Collection, trying to make different specialties from around the world.
This time, it's Mexico! Burritos, tacos and tortilla, perfect party food!
