Chrysocolla's gorgeous blue-green patterns and swirls attract the eye in this lovely gemstone point pendant. A long, well cut point in a simple and attractive sterling setting, which allows all of the gem's character to show!

This stone is one of my all-time favorites - not only because of the patterning and lovely cool color (which goes with any of the "cool spectrum" ensembles), but because of its "feel" - its metaphysical qualities.

The blue green of chrysocolla is often confused with turquoise, but it has dark patterns swirled throughout. Pure chrysocolla is soft, but it often comes mixed with quartz deposits, which makes it hard enough for cabochons and gemstone points like this.

The point is 2" (5 cm) long and 3/4" thick, with a simple loop bail on top and is READY to SHIP.

Blood of my Blood - Ruby schist blade pendant (sterling silver)

This looks like nothing more than a vial of deep red heart's blood, which is wonderful. Connection on a visceral level, one to another.

A ruby schist blade pendant, capped in sterling silver and with a sterling silver chain. Choose 18", 20" or 24" box chain or 18" or 20" Figaro 3+1 (and tell ME - otherwise, I'll assume 18" box chain is fine).

Technically, this is not schist, but a radically rutile included blood red natural ruby. Due to the massive number of naturally occurring inclusions (all natural rubies will have some, which confirms that they ARE rubies), this blade appears to have a silky texture all the way through. Hence its use here as a blade pendant.

I don't see these blades (in ruby! and with this color and silky texture) very often, so I snagged this quickly, to cap into a pendant. So this is the only one I have.

This is a fantastically cheerful and colorful pendant! Gorgeous ruby red and spring green ruby in zoisite (also called thulite) long stone.

Oddly, I'd written the above before I looked up the complete description for this stone, but find it's right on: Zoisite helps one accept the Divine Will in everything and allows one to accept the gift of life with every breath, even if physical healing is not forthcoming. Ruby's passion and zest join with the physical joy, on an emotional level. This stone is an excellent stone for those who are newly awakened spiritually. Also helpful for dealing with loss and grief, and attuning oneself to one's own emotional foundation.

This absolutely wonderful necklace reminds me of the deep ocean, with deep blue waves, tipped with white caps "riding" the surface... Incredibly varying shades of blue depths show as the light moves, with sterling silver reticulation on the beads, as well.

Intricately detailed fine silver box beads (13x14mm), handmade in India, add to the beauty of this 21" necklace.

The photographs cannot possibly show how the light shines in the depths of this vivid blue lampwork... the wonderful lampwork of Marianne of Bellebeads shows the colors of the deep ocean perfectly.

White mother-of-pearl 10mm beads accent and represent the sparkling shimmer of the sun on the waves, the shells on the beach and the plankton's glow at night.

The varying shades of blue found in the ocean are shown by bright blue azurite rondelles and deep blue lapis 8mm and medium blue lapis 10mm rounds.

All metal components are sterling silver, including the lovely nautical rope toggle. This piece is 21" / 53.34 cm long and as lovely as can be!!!

PROMISE - Mountains pendant with carnelian and mixed metal (hand forged)

Named "Promise", this pendant "began life" as a memory of late afternoons (and early mornings) hiking in the mountains with my mother. The sun, coming up (or going down), red with atmospheric dust, glowed red, but not burning. The air in the mountains was cool and we were free. Out of the city and spending time with just the two of us ☺ In my case, the mountains were in North Georgia, but it doesn't matter. The value was the memories and the TIME.

This is a one of a kind piece - any similar pieces will be just that: similar. This is the first piece of my "mountains" series, more of which will come later.

Technically, this is an arched sterling silver pendant (22g) with double layers of recycled copper for the mountains. Hammered out, textured with punches, to represent the folds of the earth and lightly oxidized, they glow red with the light of the carnelian sun. Around the rim is a "rope" border and the bail is also "rope" (twisted sterling wire).

A very sturdy and attractive pendant, this has 5 solder joins and 3 layers of metal. LOVE mixed metal, since it adds yet another "layer" (couldn't resist) to the complexity that is the world as expressed in art jewelry.

There is no greater gift you can give someone than TIME. As a shy only child with an over achiever mother I was in awe of, these were the best times of my life - and still are.

Striking banded patterns leap into view in this gorgeous beautiful tiger's eye gemstone point pendant. A long, well cut point in a simple and attractive sterling setting, which allows all of the gem's character to show! This stone is one of my favorites for the neutral and warm colors - because of the glowing bands and also because of its metaphysical qualities. Tiger's Eye is a stone for the mind, not the body (even though Roman soldiers wore it for protection).

Tiger's Eye is a deep golden brown, with shimmering bands that change as the light changes or as you move. It comes in deep red and deep blue gray (also called Hawk's Eye), as well, but this pendant is of the most common golden brown variety. The point is 2" (5 cm) long and 3/4" thick, with a simple loop bail on top and is READY to SHIP.

Tiger's Eye is often confused with Cat's Eye gemstones. The difference is in the fibers of crocidolite that have been replaced by silica in Tiger's Eye, which are twisted, giving more random chatoyancy (shimmering) than cats eye generally has.

This particular stone has incredibly vivid vertical banding (very striking!), but has one very small flaw at the base of the point (see photo #2). The banding way offsets that, but I did reduce the price slightly, as a result.

Tiger's Eye (Tiger Eye) is a stone of protection that is also very grounding. It enhances integrity, willpower, practicality and correct use of power. This wonderful piece is just chock-full of great color and shimmer - from the pale rose sunstone to the deep red and gold faceted tigereye.

The moukaite central station has strong gold and garnet patterning, which sets off the golden tigereye on either side, perfectly matching the striations in the moukaite.

The strand has pale rosy sunstone with tons of shimmer, alternating with deep natural red tigereye faceted rondelles, with their own wonderful shimmer and glow.

3" of strong multi-link interwoven silverplate chain brings up the rear, with an attractive and convenient sterling toggle.

This is a soft, soothing, natural looking necklace, with its earth tones and soft green-blue accents! It reminds me of a mountain retreat, with the wonderfully patterned scenic jasper nugget and the cool green-blue tones.

I don't know what it is about this necklace, but it just gives me a feeling of peace and tranquility. "Solid as a rock" :)

A large "Camo" patterned Scenic Jasper nugget is the focus, framed by a pair of African "jade" drum beads. African "jade" is actually opaque grossular garnet (green, rather than red-purple), but it greatly resembles jade.

Faceted jasper rectangles (15x10mm) alternate with turquoise round beads (8mm). The jasper type is unknown, but may be brown zebra or picasso jasper, since it has chocolate brown, cream and reddish streaks. The turquoise is greenish-blue, indicating a higher iron content than copper.

Mixed Agate and Unakite round 4mm beads make up the back strand, with a pair of silver wire guardians, sterling jump rings and a beautiful sterling silver toggle clasp. The clasp has an extra long bar for security and 3 extra jump rings, for play while closing (that puts less stress on the wire). The wire guardians further protect the wire, so this piece should last a good long time!

For a little extra highlight, there are deep olive green seed beads between the stones on the main part (the jasper and turquoise), and two lovely Bali sterling silver beads mark the separation between the primary string and the 4mm rounds that complete this soothing piece.

Lovely blossoms (dogwood or cherry blossoms, to me!) adorn this hand forged sterling silver band, with a milled dot border along the edge. Size 8 is currently made or can do CUSTOM - just state in Buyer's Notes.

With the flowers being possibly dogwoods, this ring is perfect for someone from the state of Virginia, whose state flower is the dogwood. But then, it looks like cherry blossoms, too...☺ Atlanta, in the springtime, has clouds of dogwoods blooming all over the hills...

Purpley perfect :) A lovely, perfect faceted amethyst gemstone point, capped in sterling silver. This is called "double terminated", where the crystal comes to a natural point at both top and bottom.

Amethyst crystals and gem roughs are found all over the world, including the US, Russia, Canada, Brazil, Bolivia and more. The color comes from the presence of trace amounts of iron and aluminum and ranges from palest lavender to deepest purple.

Amethyst is a member of the quartz family, with a hardness of 7. Amethyst has long been regarded as a stone of royalty, with its lovely purple gracing scepters, crowns, the rings of bishops and even scapulars.

Long valued as a gemstone, amethyst was used as long ago as 25,000 BC (yes!! 27,000 years ago!) by Neolithic peoples. Ancient Egyptians valued amethyst as much as lapis for their royalty, and ancient Greeks and Romans valued the stone for its protections, purity and calming influence.

According to Greek mythology, the god Bacchus was enraged following an insult. He decreed that the first person he met would be eaten by his tigers. This poor unfortunate happened to be a young woman named Amethyst, on her way to worship at a shrine to Diana. When the tigers sprang upon the girl, the goddess Diana transformed her to a clear, transparent crystal to save her from being torn to pieces. When Bacchus' temper cooled, his remorse caused him to pour his sacred wine over the stone, transforming it to a lovely, pure purple color. He endowed amethyst with the ability to protect one from drunkeness (and all forms of addictive behavior), calm anger and ease frustrated passion. The very name of the stone means "not drunken".

Amethyst is considered to have an ability to encourage Divine influence, aid meditation and other spiritual forms of communication. In ancient Israel, it was one of 10 stones that the names of the tribes were enscribed upon, as well as being part of the breastplate of the High Priest.

Besides all that, it is a truly lovely stone! The crystal’s point is 1" (2.54 cm) long and approximately 1/4" wide and gorgeous!

Turquoise Mosaic Ring (size 8.5 US) sterling silver

Turquoise and any blue stone I can find are among my favorites, so you might see a fair bit of that preference in my shop!

This is a very solid sterling silver ring with a flat forward platform, like a signet ring. Attached there is a mosaic assemblage of turquoise and sterling silver, in diagonals.

I consider this an "IRREGULAR" - the ring itself is perfect, however, the turquoise mounting is slightly at an angle - it's own private diagonal, if you will. In most cases, this is not noticeable, but it is there, nonetheless.

I thought I'd offer it, until I have time to take it apart and re-do, so this will be offered for an undetermined, but limited period of time. Due to the amount of silver, it will be priced considerably higher when it's redone.
