If you are building your own Hint necklace by purchasing charms and a custom sterling chain or readymade leather cord from my shop, you may want to create personal significance by adding gems to your jewelry story.

Purchase this listing, and I will wire wrap one gem dangle that slides freely along chain or cord next to the charm (e.g., gems dangling on the necklaces in photo #2). You do not need to purchase a jump ring to attach this gem to the necklace, for I will use the loop on top of the dangle. If you would like more then one gem, just increase the quantity during checkout.

The gems shown in the photos are the most popular ones I have in stock. To see the brilliance of these gems, be sure to click to select each photo, then click a second time to zoom in and enlarge the picture.

Most of these gems are 3-4mm in diameter. This is about an 1/8" wide or a little bit smaller than the size of peppercorn. Some of the freshwater pearls are larger and are between 5-6mm in diameter.

In Rumi's poem Love Dogs the great Sufi mystic reveals the secret to fulfilling humanity's search for meaning: “Listen to the moan of a dog for its master. That whining is the connection.” Sometimes, in the search for wholeness, you may feel like a dog chasing its tail, crying out in confusion, round and round in a circle. Let yourself be content in knowing that chasing your tail IS the deeper connection!
