This set of beaded bling has a pattern on it that reminds me of peacocks, with it's blues and greens and shades of brown. The necklace is chain that flows into round and square beads leading to one large peacock-patterned focal pendant. The bracelet has both round and square beads connected with turquoise bicones. I've also created a pair of earrings to match. The pair is made with the square beads and is in between turquoise bicones.

Necklace measures approximately 18-1/2 inches in length. Pendant measures a little over 1-1/2 inches in height and width.

Bracelet measures approximately 8 inches in length. Feel free to convo me and let me know if you'd like a different size.

The Turquoise and Red bracelets are made with large round beads and either Swarovski bicone beads or Czech fire polished faceted round beads. And those can be made ONLY in the turquoise and red colors (for now).
The Cobalt Blue, Peridot Green, and Yellow bracelets are made with square shaped beads and Czech fire polished faceted round beads. I have other colors available for that design, so please be sure to specify which design and colors you want.

This is my personal favorite!

The seahorse pendant measures 2-1/2 inches tall.

I chose turquoise beads to accent this piece (because they are similar to colors of the sea). However, I can make this necklace with pink, purple, black or white beads as well. So please let me know prior to your purchase which color you'd prefer.

Must be willing to face stimulating technical challenges, such as small gadget repair, mysteriously sluggish toilets and stuck zippers. Must screen phone calls, maintain calendars and coordinate production of multiple homework projects. Must have ability to plan and organize social gatherings for clients of all ages and mental outlooks. Must be willing to be indispensable one minute, an embarrassment the next. Must handle assembly and product safety testing of a half million cheap, plastic toys, and battery operated devices. Must always hope for the best but be prepared for the worst. Must assume final, complete accountability for the quality of the end product. Responsibilities also include floor maintenance and janitorial work throughout the facility.

POSSIBILITY FOR ADVANCEMENT AND PROMOTION:
Virtually none. Your job is to remain in the same position for years, without complaining, constantly retraining and updating your skills, so that those in your charge can ultimately surpass you.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
None required unfortunately. On-the-job training offered on a continually exhausting basis.

WAGES AND COMPENSATION:
Get this! You pay them! Offering frequent raises and bonuses. A balloon payment is due when they turn 18 because of the assumption that college will help them become financially independent. When you die, you give them whatever is left. The oddest thing about this reverse-salary scheme is that you actually enjoy it and this wish you could only do more.
