This small bowl is made with brightly colored batik cotton wrapped around cotton line and then coiled into shape using a zigzag stitch. The sky blue body calls to mind a tropical ocean or a summer day and is nicely complimented by the hand-stitched lime green rim.

Great for holding small items on a dresser top, entryway table, or an end table or for just brightening a room.

The base is approximately 4.5" (11.5 cm) across, the top is approximately 7.5" (19 cm) in diameter, and the bowl is just over 3" (7.5 cm) tall.

This "Lullaby" soap is wet felted with a cool blue-green merino wool and then needle felted with the outline of a leafless tree, reminding us that even winter can be beautiful.

Lullaby is a relaxing combination of lavender and chamomile handmade by Lusa Organics. I wish that someone would pay a computer nerd to figure out how to transmit smells over the world wide webs -- this scent is irresistible.

These soaps are entirely organic and are about 5 oz. (About 3.5" long, 2.5" wide, and 1" deep.)

This bright blue bag was knitted before being machine washed to create a soft and luxurious but sturdy carry-all, ideal for portable crafting projects, everyday use, or even trips to the farmer's market. The white, green, and yellow dandelions were needle felted and capture the essence of early spring as the seeds float away. The bag is finished off with a light blue button.

This bag is unlined, but for an additional $20, I can hand sew in a lining in the fabric of your choice. You can also specify how many and what size pockets you'd like.

Approximately 15" wide, 13" tall, and 4" deep. The straps are 23" long, enough to make it easy to throw over your shoulder.

Minnesotans know that long winters require warmth and cheer. This everyday purse offers both. The felted wool is warm and luxurious and the bright colors remind you that winter isn't going to last forever.

This piece was hand knitted and machine felted and is sturdy and large enough to carry around all your daily needs.

Base is approximately 18" (46 cm) across, from the base to the "v" where the turquoise and red pieces meet is approximately 7" (18 cm) and from the base to the handles is approximately 12" (30.5 cm). The straps are about 19" (48 cm) long.

Please note that there is a great deal of color variation from computer monitor to computer monitor and, in spite of my best efforts, these photos may not reveal the true depth and vibrancy of these colors. The red is deep with a slight hint of orange. The turquoise is a very rich blue-green.

My friend Annie used to always carry a tote bag overflowing with books and other necessities to and from class. Alway-stylish Annie was the inspiration for this tote, which is extra tall to fit notebooks and papers easily. No more paper edges hanging out of the top and getting all grungy and bent!

This bag is made of brown corduroy. The cute red and pink applique flower is completed with a green rikrak stem and complimented by a little surprise flower on the back of the bag (see the second picture). A button flap hides an exterior pocket and there's a second zipper pocket inside. The inside lining is a bold red flower cotton. The generous 23" long straps make it easily to sling this little number over your shoulder.
