Old Testament Stories Vintage Story Book Copyright 1939

This delightful Old Testament Bible Story Book is a real treasure retold by Eualalie Osgood Grover. The book has an inscription in the front inside page of "sixth Grade year 1939" and then on the front inside cover an inscription of "5th grade reading circa 1940-41" with a signature of "Shirley Coleman". Copyright is 1939. How great to have these markings!

There are a few loose pages and the binding is not in the greatest of shape but for its age, the book is in decent condition. There are some illustrations throughout the book and some specific pencil markings on some pages.

What a wonderful little book to have in your vintage library or to have for your toddler's nursery!
